    I had to go to the chase bank in the medical center to get help after I lost my wallet and credentials. I had an expired ID and my military DD-214 but that wasn't enough information for her. I filed a complaint with Chase and she still didn't honor it.

    I am a senior who is not tech savvy and I came with my return item but no return code. The first young woman was about to send me home to my computer to get the code but her supervisor found it on my phone. Saved me a trip. Too bad they are not close on the East side.

    I visited the UPS store and the staff was friendly. They respected my service dog. The pricing is ok, however I will not use them again to send a PKG to my daughter as this is the 2nd time that I've had to get a refund from a UPS store due to my daughter not receiving what I sent.

    The staff was very helpful he took his time to help me and was able to help and serve all of his customers that walk through the door I recommend this young man. Place was very clean and organized compared to it 2 to 3 years ago I guess it's under new management well done you guys👍

    This UPS store has came a long way since it was bought over. It use to be a mess and very disorganized. The new owners take pride in the business, and it shows. Everyone is uniformed, the store is clean the service is better and the staff has always been friendly. Thank you for making the community better..

    New entrance ,Nice large space ,A/c blowing very well now lol . Visit twice since the remodel.. Tall guy assist me at register 1" for exchange shoe size . He was very professional , patience,understanding answered all my questions & concerns .

    There's always a lot of loitering and people approaching you begging! I usually go here for UPS and sometimes the bank. But I'll have to find another spot.

    It's a very nice area. However it's always a little bit too crowded for me.! Which depending on how you're looking at it could be a good thing. However I'm more of a get in get out type of person.!!!😊

    I normally come to the Little Ceasars on this shopping Plaza. I usually get in and out in less than 20 minutes unless it's real busy which it usually is.

    Small center with fast food and a bank. The bank had long line. There is plenty of parking.

👍👍 They have superb customer service and there are a lot of young people working there. They do a great job representing HEB. I felt comfortable shopping there and would recommend others to too. And did i forget to mention they have one of my favorite grow kits "Back To The Roots" It practically grows...
