What can I tell you about PetSmart that you don’t already know. This all in one pet store, is the only destination you need to keep on your radar. I specifically like this branch though because, it is in a quiet mall. There is always ample parking. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and they really make do make you feel m, as if you are part of their family. The grooming service is fantastic too. The grooming staff care for your loved ones, and I always feel like they are in good hands with the team. If you looking for a quiet PetSmart, with friendly staff, then this is your spot.

I took my dog for his 1st bath and a hair trim, it was fantastic my dog's happy.. the tech understood what I eanted for my dog. I didn't have to explain to her more than once so she got a good tip. Thank you grooming department.

Left my dog at the hotel twice, and both times he smells like urine when I picked him up. He's only ever smelled like this after staying here. I asked the lady at the front how he enjoyed his stay, and there was nothing that she could recall about how his experience was. This is a warning to potential dog hotel users that they might not take the best care of your animal.

I just had the most unprofessional experience at this location with the cashier on 10/05/23. My receipt says community cashier 777880 and the time was 4:48 pm in case PetSmart wants to actually do anything about this. As I was checking out the cashier asked if I would like to donate to Texas Children's Hospital. I said no and she went on to have a whole conversation about my wife and I not wanting to donate on her earbud walkie talkie. She went on to tell whoever was on the other side of the walkie how we refused to donate and detail how she phrased the question and how we worded our response. I go to PetSmart almost weekly and spend a lot of money on my pets. Please feel free to reach out to me to discuss.

Store ALWAYS has VERY LITTLE or NO cat food and/or necessities/toys on shelves. Yet it's ALWAYS fully stocked with dog & aquatic items. Store Is also fully stocked with pate' cat food. If the store's motto is "For the love of pets" or "Anything for pets", , then shouldn't it include MORE cat toys & a wider selection range of cat food/needs, NOT LESS? After all, cats ARE pets too. It seems to me the store's more interested in feeding only dogs & aquatic animals, but not cats..

HORRIBLE SERVICE, don’t ever take your pets for any grooming service or nail cut. My father took our dog and paid for full service. Left our dog there and they told him the wait time was 3 hours. Later received a call not even 30 minutes later stating she was ready. He checked her and they did nothing at all her nails were still long and was wet, they never dried her and to top it off she was limping. If you don’t love what you do then don’t do it at all, animals shouldn’t be treated this way!!!

Went to buy a dog brush. Great assortment, and price range. I've been in and out of PetSmart for over twenty years, I don't ever recall an issue.

I love the pet hotel here. They took good care of my young dog while we were away on vacation. Reasonable price and my dog was pretty happy 😄😄 at pick up he even gave the worker an exciting goodbye jump/hug.🤗 I knew he was cared for. Definitely recommend and our new go to spot for him💚🐶

Bridgette and the staff at the pet hotel are super kind and friendly. Had to board my fur baby twice in the span of a month, and I know she was in good hands. I prefer this store to all the other PetSmart locations in my area. It is always well stocked and clean, and the cashiers are even nice and definitely animal lovers! 10/10 would recommend!!

Arrived at 12:30 for my dogs grooming appointment at 12:30. There was a customer inside with 2 dogs, so I waited outside for my turn. The customer was being helped for twenty minutes so I could not go in until 12:52. Called 3 hours later to check on my pup and the groomer stated since I was late, she needed another hour. I nicely corrected her that I was not late, I was outside awaiting for them to be able to assist me. I didn’t receive any acknowledgment other than we need another hour. I didn’t appreciate that we were initially blamed for this. Instead groomer could’ve stated she just needed another hour which would have been perfectly understandable.

This seems like a really good PetSmart. The bird and small animal cages were super clean, nearly spotless! Their reptile selection was actually pretty impressive and they were keeping the humidity high for the critters that need it. They had some interesting lizards that you don't usually see in chain pet stores too. Other than that, this is a larger store with a big selection. The Petco on 1960 is closer to me but I often come here anyway because they have a much larger selection.

My dog loved his new toys. Good clearance selection. The very friendly cashier really helped put a smile on my face after bad service an hour earlier at a shoe warehouse nearby on 1960.

This location has a great selection. Here they have a professional and fantastic team to take care of our pets in haircuts and personalized care. Making the appointment online is super easy and upon arrival they are ready to serve us.

Guinness the Menace with his new toy. He felt the need to take it on our walk so he could show it off to his neighborhood buddies - Mila and Teddy. PetSmart almost always has what I want in stock and keeps cute lil discount toys at the register. A bit pricey sometimes. But we still love 'em.

Standby favorite for fish and aquarium equipment and supplies ,dog and cat toys,collars etc. Usually fast Friendly service and good info to.make decisions, not always buying what Pets mart has to offer

From a power wheelchair perspective the store is clean, staff is very professional and willing to help always from help finding products to checking out and packing up to make the 4 mile trip home. Keeping stock is difficult for all types of stores these days. Pet supplies are no different but this particular Petsmart seems to do fairly well at least this has been my experience.

If you’re looking for a doggy day camp for your pet or pets I would definitely recommend this location. Everybody is definitely hands on and when they see my baby she’s is referred to by her name not dog always her name
