As my renewal credit card was undelivered to my address so I was asked to contact the branch from where i came to know that they had lost my card. When I want to surrender it as no dues pending they asked me to change the address so they can retry once. As said I wasted my time, kept their fake promises I had filled up the address change request form and other formalities. But till date neither any update received regarding address change nor received my card. Such a pathetic service and staffs very much casual towards customer service.Each staff blaming among themselves.

This is really the worst managed Bank I have ever seen. I have been trying to close a DEMAT account for last 4 months and Everytime I visit, either they have lost my form or there is a technical error. Please don't go for any verbal assurance they give, ask for a written one.

I have very poor customer experience with sector 5 branch. Associates of this branch are not customer friendly and provide wrong information, they are very slow. I don't no whether higher management are aware of this or not. Other Issues of Axis Bank are- (1) They don't respect or value customers. (2) Maximum Axis bank ATM remains out of order maximum time. (3) Internet banking infrastructure and service also very poor. I raised 5 service requests for updating my address, none of those were completed. (4) Customer care assocaitas also provide wrong information to customers like us. I will never recommend anyone for Axis bank. I have satisfactory customer experience with HDFC, ICICI and Citi bank.

Worst service ever with Axis bank. I went more than couple of times there and submitted application to change my name which is wrong but no output yet. Recently my debit card ending with 1660 also blocked on 31st March as i was doing transaction to futurepay for bigbazar shopping. I tried to call customer care and live chat but no fruitful result recieved and there they are suggesting to go branch and its not possible for me to waste full day there. No digital way to unblock it. Pathetic service ever. Thinking to change bank. Totally frustatated with the service.

Very bad customer service. Axis bank's this branch is the worst. I have closed my account on 27 October 2021 but did not received my Demand Draft after 2 months of time. Visited the branch and DD is out for delivery for ages. In short FRAUD BANK...

Most worst service. For a vehicle loan they took 12days to process then took another 5days to disburse, how pathetic service they have offer under a banner of Axis Bank. Loan processing staffs are alltime give fake promises about loan process ultimate result zero. This branch destroying goodwill of Axis Bank. Most worst service they are offered I have experienced ever and this branch is full of unprofessional employees.

Worst Branch. The relationship manager wont respond. I have raised a concern for over a year and he still does not respond to messages. Worst service ever.

Most Faltu Branch of Axis Bank. I am account holder of this branch. They treat people like they are govt employees. For one work you have to go to the branch for n number of times without any reason. Worst experience of any private bank ever.
