Spacious rooms in a budget hotel close to the action of Soi 4 yet remarkably quiet as its further down the street. Friendly staff. Don't expect a 5 star hotel for the modest price and you shan't be disappointed. Easy 8 minute walk to MRT

Been there on April , very cozy and friendly staff! The pool table were a great fun activity for hangout with fellow travelers.

The rooms are in major need or updating and renovating. The Deluxe rooms are not finish to a high standard and still need work. The 1st floor rooms should not suitable for guest and are not worthy of staying in. The 4th floor rooms are also in a teerrible state but are much better than lower down. This hotel is business and making quick money rather than about customers and customers 1st and looking after guest properly.

It's a good cheapie. Same level as Promenade. The pool is decent. Hey it's not Ibis nor does it try to be. Big rooms, small room is plenty big. Safety box in closet.

Never go this hotel. Burma people are running this hotel and the owner of this hotel is a Thai Sikh. Even they don't have sense to talk someone and also trying to scam people always. Third class room and even they don't response to your call to reception.
