One of the best resorts I have been to I like the room and the location of the hotel amazing 😉 good beach 🏝 in here also you can take rest from. The city 🌃 in to quiet dreams hotel 🏨

It changes. There were better time at this place. I do not care about the room. Hotel is a hotel. But i recalled that moment in time when the late John Gill used to run things, it was really and strongly much better. That french restaurant that used to be next to the breakfast area, the San Marco used to be unique & i once had a ribeye at the main dining restaurant, it changed. I do not know how to explain but there is some element that went missing since my childhood

One of my favorite hotels. Excellent services and very comfortable to stay. My third visit here. Always feel the experience is superb. All the rooms here get the ocean views. It is difficult to find a reasonable price hotel with the ocean views in all rooms. Missed a free mini bar :)

Updated review: I’m sorry to say but this hotel is not at the standard of other 5-star hotels. On the positive side, the facilities are really nice with a beautiful pool and direct access to the beach. Breakfast is varied and the gym is well-equipped and there are fun activities for children. The problem is that this hotel is understaffed, staff is not properly trained, and the hotel needs some repairs. On my first visit there was a problem with the hot water in many rooms (other guests I know had the same issue), the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, and sometimes there would be nobody attending the bar at the pool. Also when they were overwhelmed at the breakfast area, they would not repair the coffee machine or offer filtered coffee to guests in an impolite way. I had to come back for work and although they now have somebody in the beach bar, I ordered a croque monsieur and after 40 minutes they brought me a ham and cheese sandwich. I had ordered that before so I knew that was not the correct order, otherwise I could have been taken for a fool. At the breakfast area the lady asked what I wanted to drink but the coffee never came. I saw Asian customers being served very quickly so this is quite disappointing. And room service just turns up a lot a certain time and if you’re not ready but then put the sign for them to clean your room, it might not happen. This is not acceptable for a 5-star hotel.

Beautiful resort with wonderful staff who are attentive to guests needs. 5 nights was nowhere near enough time to enjoy this resort and we wished we could of stayed a little longer. Food that we had at breakfast and for dinner was delicious and for a 5 star the prices were reasonable. I can't recommend this hotel enough, stay here if you are in the area.

The hotel overall is very good. The food provided, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is quite satisfactory, offering a variety of both Thai and Western dishes. They also serve freshly cooked Thai noodles. The services are excellent, with the staff being very helpful and friendly. I asked for assistance with some clothing fixing, and they were incredibly helpful; I’m very impressed by their assistance. The hotel is suitable for families and couples, offering plenty of activities for kids. Additionally, they have a hall for hosting events. However, if you visit during a conference or group event, the front desk can be a bit crowded.

The staff at the hotel were amazing friendly and welcoming. The rooms were a little disappointing from a family aspect and I would recommend a suite if travelling with more than one child. We did have a couple of issues but these were dealt with professionally and quickly. Thank you. The light switch on was fabulous as was the Xmas Eve Starlight event - thanks to all involved. The Hotel is kept clean at all times. Sunbeds can be an issue around the pool but the beach was our preferred choice which was really nice. Food on site was okay and the Club Lounge is also worth joining. The shuttle service is also great and the drivers are happy to recommend places. All in all a wonderful way to spend Christmas 2023. Thank you.

My family and I love everything about this hotel! We stayed there for 5 nights and we had such a wonderful time. Breakfast, pool, beach, gym and the rooms are clean and well organized. Staffs are so kind and helpful. Definitely will come back again!

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The pool area was very good and clean. My favourite spot was the private patios on the beach. The beach was clean and the view was soothingly beautiful. Sometimes it was difficult to get a taxi from the hotel to Huahin. Hopefully it will get easier in the future. We have stayed here twice now and both times we have been very happy.

Great place to stay and relax. Room was nice and the view was beautiful. The service was great, very attentive, helpful and polite. Location is perfect… very quiet, peaceful and not overcrowded. Suitable for a family trip. I like the vibe of the hotel very much. It has an old school classic 5 stars hotel vibe, if you know what I mean. “Oldie but goodie”

My family and I stayed here for three nights. The service was so great! People who work here always have big smiles on their faces! The food was delicious with varieties. And the kids have enjoyed the beach, pools and other activities such as horseback riding and fire dance. I had the traditional Thai massage one time, the masseuse who provided the service was called Jame. She was so skillful! The best Thai massage I had ever had! What a great and wonderful experience! Will definitely come back for another relaxing getaway! Liu

Choose to stay on the Club floor- Rada & the Lounge staff are excellent We were here for a milestone birthday - on the morning staff member arrived with cake & champagne The best buffet breakfast Highly recommend

We experienced a spa massage at their wellness facility. We received 20% off due to being their hotel guests. It was very relaxing and soothing. The massage was absolutely fantastic. Pui, Nam helped us to have a good massage experience.

A GREAT HOTEL, EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN A TOP HOTEL!! Definitely a fantastic place to stay with couple or family!! Great position: by the sea with a reasonable beach for the area and by the animated part of the town. They have many area for kids and family. The views from anywhere especially from our room are superb. The rooms are fantastic: big tv, balcony with loungetable and chair, view of the sea and they swimming pool, great see through bathroom. Absolutely more than what you expect !! A very good buffet breakfast. Very Very Big pool. Top service especially from the Manager Picha !! Love her. All this for a very reasonable price!! I cannot fault this hotel in any department. If you go to Hua Hin you have to stay here!!

This was our 3rd time and as usual everything was great nothing was to much. We were in a club room brilliant service fabulous staff. There are certain things I can't eat and they cater for me perfectly. Would highly recommend and will be booking again for 2024.

Beautiful property and guest services. Good food and ambience. We are here in a family vacation and everyone has really enjoyed and relaxed. The spa services are very good too. An awesome experience!!

Nice family friendly hotel. Hotel focus more on kid activities such as farm , kid boxing etc. Great location with private hotel beach. Room after renovate is nice and comfy. Staffs are very helpful.

We love this hotel. It's right on the beach. The Staff is very friendly and serviceminded. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was very good with a variasjon on different types of Foods. The pool area is nice with comfortable sunbeds.

The hotel has excellent quality! The beds are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the environment is pleasant. While dining in the restaurant, the waitress provided excellent recommendations, and the meals were delicious. Highly recommend coming for a vacation!

Amazing beach resort, the hotel has many stunning venues (outdoors and indoors) for any type of celebrations (including weddings) and other events, of all sizes. GM Mr Pipat and Hotel manager Mr Ajish have a flair for warm hospitality and are spearheading a great set of well trained staff to deliver a personalized and prompt service to all their guests. Sea facing rooms have a lovely view of the property leading to the sea. The beach is clean and undisturbed by beach vendors. The food, all cuisines, is second to none. One of the best Indian food outside India. Kudos to chef Manohar and his team.

The place and the view is amazing. There are a lot of pools and lots of photogenic places. also the food at lamada is so good. I enjoyed it. But the staff from breakfast session was a little bit moody, i dun feel welcome at all. Other than that, you should totally visit this hotel.

Would love to give more stars… but two days of loud outdoor wedding techno music have to count for some lost stars. Is it unreasonable to expect that this noise is not to be allowed? Loud events should be clearly communicated on the website so that other guests know, otherwise we would have booked other dates. BTW room was nice, view was nice, club lounge was nice, pool was nice, breakfast was nice, staff were all nice.

Room: partly renovated. Floor and build-in still old. Service: Gone from 5 star to 3 star. Service Staff weren't attentive, lack of service mind, provide incorrect information. Most of the staff are the new recruits including the manager that I met. Disappointing. Location: Located in Cha-am. 15 mins to Huahin. Spa: Nice venue. The quality isn't there yet. Totally not worth it.

Staff speak English so getting around is easy. Good beach. Children-friendly. Few foreigners, mainly Thais. Travel 15-20 mins to Hua Hin for the night markets and other local eateries.

Amazing luxurious stay. Family friendly. Lots of activities for adults and kids. Starting from meditation in the morning, visiting organic farms, and Thai boxing the the late afternoon. My favourite was those friendly hens and rescued Thai buffalos. Looking forwards to more rescued animals as a farm member.

Very appreciated with hotel services. We’re happy since booking and everything. Our kids are happy esp kids pool. Comfortable for family.

The most unfriendly staff I’ve ever encountered. Forget about even going to the site trying to book it is already a nightmare. The staff are super discriminative and no sense of service. Trying to book it and when told them the service they’re providing is opposite to what we received at Dusit Thani Krabi the staff told us that “we are not a 3 star hotel.” Mind you the one at Krabi is 5 star. Being a Dusit gold member I’m disappointed. Would not recommend this to anyone!

We went for three nights with my in laws and grand daughter. Had an amazing experience. Rooms have bin newly refurbished, staff were very hospitable, food very good including breakfast choices, pool size really good and also lovely cabana’s and deck chairs by pool side. The beach was clean too👍🏻Would definitely return for another holiday with family.

Beautiful hotel on the beach. Upscale, clean interior. Our recently renovated room is wonderful. (I overheard another guest who complained that their room is quite old.) The service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We really liked the food at Nomada and The Restaurant. I recommend skipping San Marco unless you don’t have good Italian at home. It was passable but not nearly as good as the others. I recommend going for the club level, as the included benefits (especially the food in the club room) make it very worthwhile.

I stay at Dusit Thani Hua Hin 3 nights I’m with family. My 4 years old kids loved it so much. We had a really good time there. The pool is so huge with a water playground for kids. Beautiful clean white sand beach! Rooms are so clean and new renovated. A special high light to the restaurant Nomada and the Chef Andre! This is an amazing place to eat with a sea view. The food is just so yummy and they welcomed us so good! The octopus signature is so yummy I recommend it ! So 5 stars cause my stay was a very good memory and relaxing time with family ! Thanks again to all the staff !

Very hospitable staffs and clean room. We had a room with not much view but it’s still nice to see a lot of greens when you look from the balcony. Public pool downstairs with many rest places. Good and tasty breakfast too.

I highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the nearest beach and luxurious swimming pool are, I think, the most beneficial things of this hotel. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the garden view of the restaurant was also very good. As I heard of, this hotel was renovated recently so, although it was built long time ago, the room condition was excellent. If I have a chance to visit huahin again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

We spent a lovely vacation here. They were starting to spruce the place up as well, presumably bringing it back to pristine status. They seem to be facing a staffing struggle, the place seems to depend on a relatively small group of solid staff, in a sea of trainees.

The hotel located in good location with beautiful beach. The room is clean and staffs are friendly. Breakfast dishes at Nomada have nice presentation dishes with good taste, the restaurant itself located beside beach front with open air.

The room where my family stayed in was amazing! Beautifully decorated, neat and tidy and had a spectacular view! Superb service by all the staff! Shout out to miss Venus, who took care of us in the club lounge room. She is so sweet, always smiling, and her passion in service shines through! Definitely recommend anyone who’s planning to bring their families for a nice getaway:)

Amazing hotel. Very modern rooms, beautiful lobby, good gym, great pool. Amazing restaurants in the hotel, had a few beautiful and wonderful meals (Indian, Thai & south American) food. Great food at "the restaraunt" Had Indian & Thai food. Amazing service from the staff; shout to Khun Cake and her team for the exceptional service. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend for vacation with little kid family. Excellent staff services. Good solving customer inconvenient. Nice tasty breakfast meal, a lot of food variations, good staff service. Room is clean, classic decoration but not feel old. I was upgraded room type to very closed to beach and pool. It had route to beach from room. Great impressions. Pool was very large, kid pool was so nice, only 0.6 m depth safe for little kids. Lobby was beautiful and cozy. There was ice cream for complimentary during noon till 4 pm. Parking area was outdoor, this might the only thing for annoying.

Amazing hotel… staff are fantastic and attentive … rooms in Club level are newly refurbished and are great, with an ocean view - such beautiful sunrise! Nomada breakfast is stunning! And nothing is too much trouble. Only criticism is pool side and beach sunbed seem to be reserved despite a policy to not hold with towels. I saw this at 6:30am and was intrigued to see so many beds taken. More are on order and they should be able to cope with the high demand. Sadly, there are always some who ignore the polite notices and place these wonderful staff under pressure. 🙏🏻

My family have been here for a 3rd time, the kids pool is nice not too adventure for a little baby, while kids can enjoy it too. Our 2 years old son seem to love the pool here and enjoy cheese kn the breakfast line. The room is new, but space is just fit. Spa is the best. Overall we enjoy our stay and definitely will come again!
