review:
I’m
sorry
to
say
but
this
hotel
is
not
at
the
standard
of
other
5-star
hotels.
On
the
positive
side,
the
facilities
are
really
nice
with
a
beautiful
pool
and
direct
access
to
the
beach.
Breakfast
is
varied
and
the
gym
is
well-equipped
and
there
are
fun
activities
for
children.
The
problem
is
that
this
hotel
is
understaffed,
staff
is
not
properly
trained,
and
the
hotel
needs
some
repairs.
On
my
first
visit
there
was
a
problem
with
the
hot
water
in
many
rooms
(other
guests
I
know
had
the
same
issue),
the
air
conditioning
unit
was
extremely
loud,
and
sometimes
there
would
be
nobody
attending
the
bar
at
the
pool.
Also
when
they
were
overwhelmed
at
the
breakfast
area,
they
would
not
repair
the
coffee
machine
or
offer
filtered
coffee
to
guests
in
an
impolite
way.
I
had
to
come
back
for
work
and
although
they
now
have
somebody
in
the
beach
bar,
I
ordered
a
croque
monsieur
and
after
40
minutes
they
brought
me
a
ham
and
cheese
sandwich.
I
had
ordered
that
before
so
I
knew
that
was
not
the
correct
order,
otherwise
I
could
have
been
taken
for
a
fool.
At
the
breakfast
area
the
lady
asked
what
I
wanted
to
drink
but
the
coffee
never
came.
I
saw
Asian
customers
being
served
very
quickly
so
this
is
quite
disappointing.
And
room
service
just
turns
up
a
lot
a
certain
time
and
if
you’re
not
ready
but
then
put
the
sign
for
them
to
clean
your
room,
it
might
not
happen.
This
is
not
acceptable
for
a
5-star
hotel.
