Take about half hour walk and great view waiting and maybe monkey too. After Laem Sala Beach, take another 45 minutes walk to the cave, it is not quite easy and slippery rock track, but it is an amazing cave!

If you came for the cave, then you won’t miss this. If you’re coming for the beach, make sure you visit the Phraya Nakhon cave right aside. Water is cleaner than in Hua Hin and vibes are way more relaxing also. No pushy sellers selling you items you don’t want. Note that there’s only 1 local restaurant on this beach!

Watch out for stingrays! I had the misfortune of standing on and being stung by one in shallow seawater, which is very painful. There's a warning sign for jellyfish and a lady from the information hut treated me for a jellyfish sting with vinegar. This is a shame because it all takes to break down the stingray poison protein is WARM WATER!

A really quiet and clean beach which people usually just pass right by after descending from the mountain before making their way to the main attraction (the cave). You can spot lots of seashells on this beach on low tide.

You get boats to Phraya NaKhon CAVE. There are some restaurants and you can get also the Ticket for the cave and the way to the cave. Unfortunately the beach is very dirty a lot of plastic garbage. Only for this reason I give only 2 points.

Great mainland beach. Very quiet, clean and generally peaceful. Great place to relax. Cheap food available. Water is shallow for a long way out and not very clear but much better than the other mainland beaches nearby. Overall it's an excellent beach to swim and relax.

No real beach to sing about here.. at high tide the waves are breaking near the edge of the pine and palm groves. BYO.. everything... If you want to have a picnic.. on a clear day this would be a great spot.. there are some basic amenities nearby and a small restaurant does cater a small menu of sorts. The beach gets the most action from travellers hiking through on their way to and from the cave.

A nice and big sand beach if you visit the cave through water side. Lots of ants on the beach which stinks sometimes. There is one restaurant and pretty clean bathroom.

This beach is very special and worth visiting. Kids loved it too, due to shallow water and low waves.

Beautiful complex, I only passed through on my way to the temple cave, but I wish I had stayed there for a few days.. I also ran into a few monkeys on the beach there

Lovely shell beach, sadly it was too windy to swim, but the dogs and cat were nice

It's an untouched beautiful beach on the way to Phraya Nakhon cave. It's not sandy rather it's made of dead corals, snails, etc. It's suggestable to use sandals and no swimming.

It was windy today so it was not permitted to swim. But overall mediocre beach. Restaurant doesn't look good, beach was just ok. There are monitor lizards around, which I like but might not be pleasing for everyone 🙂

The beach itself is not particularly unusual but is certainly nice to relax in (especially after a long or short strenuous hike). The good combination of a sandy beach and a large area of palm trees that provide shade make the beach attractive. However, it is located in the Sam Roi Yot National Park, which costs 200 baht to enter, so a visit to the nearby cave would definitely be worth it. You don't have to take a boat either, there is a small path over the hill, about a 20 minute walk. I couldn't see any garbage problems.
