Covid-19 PCR test in Hua Hin Hospital, HORROR!!! 1. Today for a nasal swab at HHH, had an appointment at 8 a.m. and was on time. Registration forms taken with you when making an appointment and filled out and brought with you to register at the main entrance, still pay (3595 Baht), And now it starts: First sent to the back corner of the hospital, Then there is a waiting area under the pavilion, which is also a motorcycle parking lot, too few seats, no way to keep your distance, dirty! Little by little more people arrive (approx. 30-40), no number for waiting order, whoever pushes forward gets their turn first. Wait until a nurse came at 9 a.m. to distribute the test tubes for the swab in the crowd. Nobody gives people information about how, where and when it starts. Then at 9:45 a.m. three nurses begin to put on protective clothing at the exit where the swabs are taken. In front of tightly packed people waiting, right on a dirty walkway, without adhering to any hygiene standards. And then, like in a slaughterhouse, the swab is done one after the other in such a way that at the first swab everyone waiting gave a scream when they saw the nurse stick the stick into a woman's nose!! has, Without any sense, right up to the stop!! Incredible. A little girl started crying just from watching. Finally finished at 10:30. Test results should be ready tomorrow at 9 a.m. IF YOU DON'T HAVE COVID YET, YOUR BEST CHANCE OF GETTING IT IS IF YOU COME FOR THE TESTING AND WAIT FOR IT TO GET. 2. The next day, at 10 a.m., I waited briefly, was sent back and forth twice and finally received the report/test result. And in fact, everything was entered correctly in compliance with the specifications. IT HAPPENED WITH A LOT OF EXCITATION. CHEERS FOR HHH (555)

A hospital where you have to wait all day to get to talk to the doctor, eventhough the hospital made an appointment. The nurse was not polite at all and the service was far worst. If i could give 0 star I wouldn't need to think about it.

OK this is not an easy hospital to navigate but some staff can speak English if jot use translation for your department. 1. Register at window 1 with passport 2. Request doctor you want 3. They issue you with a card go to that department directions are not clear but signs are in English too give them the card and take your blood pressure 3.they will give you an appointment time. Urology is only on Tuesday and Thursday FYI. Haven't gone through the payment process yet will update when I do. I'm quite happy so far but would definitely be very tired if I was fairly sick as alot of walking around. There is the premium clinic option too. 5th floor of building 2.

On the advice of her doctor, my partner (Thai with state insurance) wanted to have her thyroid and enlarged larynx examined. She was added to the program on December 6th around 4:30 p.m. 2 hours later she was told to come back the next day at 8am. On December 7th, my partner waited 5 hours only to be told that she could no longer be examined that day. She was supposed to come back the next day. For what? To wait pointlessly again? This hospital is not only a disgrace to Hua Hin, it is a disgrace to the whole of Thailand. It should be closed!

I was here for my PCR test, Fit to Fly, in order to fly back to Japan. I have already mentioned to them through phone calls so many times that I need my certificate in English there was literally no communication between team. Luckily I checked my receipt that the certificate was in Thai and asked them to changed they react back with attitude. Also, the staff are never on time lack of politeness and use too much phone. If you hate someone bring them to this hospital. Yes it's cheap but you get what you pay.

Admitted because of acute dehydration, later diagnosed with salmonella infection. EA Service were attentive and excellent. Perhaps because I came on a Sunday when it was fortunately not too busy. I was promised a private room but 5 days on , nothing. The general wart (a large area divided in 3 open spaces)was overcrowded with additional beds and patience lined up in the corridor. The sounds whistles and buzzers of various monitors all around you could well have been in the center of a fairground making sleeping difficult. evidently there was no sign of ward visitors discipline .10 or more visitors together around one bed it’s not unusual adding to the existing decibels. The staff are not particularly friendly as they give the impression they’re not happy in their job that was evident to me by one or two nurses I approached directly. The medics, mostly fresh from university whom had to further their career, roaming around with all the paperwork and would like you to believe that they can walk on water, didn’t make any serious effort to interact with the patients , they clearly hadn’t any chance because of the sheer volume of paperwork However, it is painful to watch each doctor carting files and documents on every individual patient that has to be manually completed in order to satisfy the bureaucratic system. One wonders if laptops have ever been sought off. The hospital itself is very poorly and amateurish designed lacking many amenities. On my ward , ( Male internal medicine department 6 floor) separated by a lower dividing walls , 32 men/women share 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms neither of them were particularly clean and very dated, tiled floors. (I had memories of similar Calcutta Intnl. Airport) in the 80’s With the Thai’s ability to build fantastic, super modern efficient hospitals. It is a wonder that this monstrosity is still standing and functioning.Perhaps that is one of the re ason why the staff in general aren’t very happy working there. My admiration and respect goes out to the professional staff having to work under extreme difficult circumstances. In the final analysis they diagnosed my gastric problem at 2% of total costs , that St.Paulo with 3 different attending doctors were unable to do. Come on Hua Hin you’re are a flourishing and Prospering town , attracting many overseas visitors and investments both nationally and internationally, you can and should do better for the for the sake of the workers and your future health care.

We were on holidays in Hua Hin in December 2021 and were asked to go to this hospital to take day 5 -7 PCR test. I was surprised that we were not given a choice as we wanted to go privately as opposed to a local hospital. I totally sympathize with the hospital staff being overwhelmed with a demand of these tests for tourists as well as their daily duties. However, my low rating is towards the staff conducting the PCR test. It was shockingly painful as I felt they were taking swab of the brain as opposed to the nose. But the worst thing was that they did the same to my 3 year old child. Despite saying I want to do it myself for my child, but they said if I do it it's not valid despite saying they can supervise. My child was in excruciating pain. I don't understand how they can handle children on par with adults, surely children require a more delicate touch.

I had a suspected dislocated hip (turned out to be a severe muscle sprain), but this place is the nuts. Took a taxi, was straight into A+E in a wheelchair, seen by nurses straight away, taken into have an x-ray in 10 minutes, results 10 minutes later, medication 5 minutes after that. I come from the UK, and this experience would have been 6-12 hours, instead it took around 30 minutes total. It cost me 1032B including all pain medication. Unreal.

I've done a appointment in the Special Medical Clinic, House 2, 5th Floor, specially for Foreigners is open from Monday to Thursday between 16.30 and 20.30, Friday closed, Saturday and Sunday between 08.00 and 14.00. If you not willing to stay in endless Queue, go there. Is slightly more expensiv, but its worth......and they are english speaking!

I had a hip operation at the beginning of the year. I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital, the quality of care was excellent. Cleanliness would put a lot of western hospitals to shame.

I had sudden abdominal pain and vomiting and was rushed into this hospital's ER department on one night at 1am. The doctor and nurses could speak english. Passport is needed for registration. Registration was quick which was important as I was in great pain at the time. I was given some IV painkillers and have my blood extracted soon after rolling into the ER room. Then I was sent to the X Ray room to take x-ray of my abdomen. After waiting for around an hour or so for the blood test the pain subsided and the doctor said she could not find anything serious like bowel obstruction so I was discharged with some medicine at 4am. The whole ordeal costed me around 2300 Baht which is not too costly and I am ok with that, as abdominal pain can be very deadly. One thing that I hope the hospital could improve is the sanitation. There were many flies and mosquitoes in the permises which presents a health risk to the patients.

The equipment is very modern/but the personnel needs to improve a lot. Doctors must not open private clinics on business days (Saturday-Sunday OK) and let patients wait for a long time, 10:30 and still haven't come#(Dr. Saran Chotisathien) The salary is expensive but you don't keep your time as a doctor. How can you?

Forget getting here early to queue. They take patients in LIFO (last-in-first-out) order for getting Covid shots. But, once in, it's quick and efficient.

Very unorganised. We arrived to get a PCR test and didn't know where to go. There were several long lines in front of the hospital. After 15 minutes we were asked to switch to a different line (which was the longest). 30 minutes passed and the line doesn't seem to be shortened, we left and go to a different hospital.

In the past 5 weeks, the drug has been released, and the drug has been released, пришли and watch online. Прождали 2 years ago. In the past 3 weeks, the film has released a book, the film has been published. агноза and и нужно watch the watch online. At the same time, the woman was a woman, she was a woman. За это с нас watch 450 baht. что бы узнать,что нам нужно идти в какую угодно другую клинику, и чт о их врач не watch. 2 weeks after the film, the film was released, and the film was published. ение and и очень не watch and watch. Они не думают о своей репутации и о людях им нужны только деньги, а у их врачей нет достаточного watch. Диагноз был простой, травма локтя. Они не знают даже этого. ☝️Я не советую туда обращаться, это выброшенные деньги и время. Вы можете watch online and watch online. Через дорогу от watch, 2 weeks ago! Чуть дальше если пройти есть ещё клиники например для ушей. А так же много на Гугл картах. 🙅‍♂️They don't think about their reputation and people, they only want money, and their doctors don't have enough education. 🤚👣In a special clinic on the 5th floor for foreigners, we made an appointment and arrived at the appointed time. We waited another 2 hours. At the appointment, the surgeon examined me in 3 minutes and said that he did not know the diagnosis. What you need to do is go to any other hospital. We were given no prescription, no treatment, no diagnosis. They charged us 450 baht for this. Find out that we need to go to some other clinic, and that the doctor there is not competent. 2 hours of wasted time and money, not a pleasant attitude and very incompetent staff. The diagnosis is simple: elbow injury. They don't even know. 👍 I don’t recommend going there, it’s a waste of money and time. You can go to a private clinic, it will be cheaper. There are 2 clients across the street from the hospital! A little further, if you go, there are also clinics for example for ears. And also a lot on Google maps. ☝️They don't consider fame and people. They only want money. And their doctors do not have enough education. The diagnosis is easy: it is an elbow injury. They don't even know. We made an appointment at the clinic specifically for foreigners, 5th floor, and arrived at the scheduled time. We waited 2 hours. The reception took 3 minutes. The surgeon said she didn't know the diagnosis. And we had to go to another hospital. We don't get the formula. There is no cure. no diagnosis They charged us 450 baht only to find out that we had to go to another clinic and their doctor was incompetent. Waste of 2 hours, waste of money. Unpleasant attitude and extremely incompetent staff 👣 I don't recommend going. there It's a waste of money and time to go to a private clinic. It's cheaper. The medical clinic nurse's assistance to disabled people is very poor. Calling sick people's names through a microphone makes people like me hard of hearing. I've asked for help. If it's your turn to call your name, please beckon with me, but no one will help. No mercy at all

I called for information. Not emergency. Asked in thai, if they spoke English. Was told yes and then hung up on 3 times. Very very very rude. My wife called to speak in thai and they hung up on our phone number. I have lived in Hua Hin 7yrs. Your current clerk is extremely unprofessionl.

SMC (Premium service) Level 5. Unbelievably sloppy service for a premium service. Organization is non existent. I came 2 months ago to see the doctor about a stomach issue. I had a CT scan at BKK booked, so the doctor advised me to do that and then come back to see him with the results. He booked that follow-up for the 31st of June at 9 am. ( I came for the appointment to find the SMC closed. They had only booked an appointment on a government holiday and no contact to change it or re-book). I was in disbelief, of course! It was determined that an endoscopy would be needed. But the specialist hasn't any appointments until 30th August (Today). I came up early for the appointment today, and I am still waiting 2 hours after the appointment time. It has not a very good experience with this so-called SMC premium service do far. Seems we have 2 choices ; Go to BKK hospital that's ran solely as a business and get ripped off by services and medications you don't really need. Or Accept the terrible service, impolite staff, and tolerate the incompetence at Hua Hin Hospital. After experiencing both hospitals over the last year, I have zero confidence in the health care system in Hua hin. Will update once the doctors decides to show up

February 16, 2024 at 6:00 a.m. I called the hospital to ask about the fact that I had an appointment for scaling at 11:00 a.m. If I could go an hour earlier (about 10:00 a.m.), I still couldn't finish asking. Question: The employee replied that he came right now and immediately cut the call without giving me a chance to ask further. So I called several more times and they didn't answer. Until the 8th call, the employee picked up the phone and hung up again without speaking! Is it really annoying you to provide services like this? My question was asked in a good way and I didn't mean anything bad. Out of anger, I kept calling without stopping. If you have the wisdom to tolerate listening to the phone ringing, just listen. Until finally the employee answered the phone and spoke. I replied with a single word, "Fuck you," and then ended the call. I don't know if your employees are stressed or have personal problems. But when you come to work, that's work. You can't come and do your duties in a sloppy manner like this because when people curse, they curse the hospital, not the employees. It becomes the image of the hospital instead. But when you have poor service, it comes back to you (the employees). You're bound to get bad feedback (with curse words) as well. Along with the hospital's image being tarnished because of just one bad employee.

Personnel work together but do not update patient information to other personnel. Then he called and scolded the patient for defaulting on the doctor's appointment and not going to see the doctor. Even though the matter had already been postponed When the appointment was made for a new date, he called to reschedule again. Come today and rush the patient to see the doctor. Will he be able to get there in time? Instead of having treatment on the specified date and time But having to postpone it indefinitely like this Who will take responsibility? Then the patient has to make a new appointment for treatment, wasting time and taking a very long time to get an appointment. Come see this again.

My experience at Hua Hin Hospital was the WORST experience, plain and simple. My wife was the patient, not me. She suffered a brain injury and leg injury. This morning, a nurse aggressively cleaned her scalp, causing unbearable pain. I begged for gentleness, but the nurse brushed me off, claiming she was in a hurry. No apology, not even a hint of remorse as my wife cried in pain. When I asked for her name, she ignored me and walked away. Paying for your service I expect care, compassion and empathy, especially signing in as job to be called "a nurse" Rushing a patient at 5 am, especially one with a traumatic pain especially to the brain injury, is beyond unacceptable. But that's not all. Imagine my disbelief when I caught a Muslim nurse vaping in the main office at around midnight, performing ridiculous tricks with the devices. The next day, I asked her to refill the sodium chloride, and she took nearly an hour. And to top it off, the main office was a mess, snacks scattered everywhere. Despite my deep fulness of agony, I tried to stay civil. But I couldn't sleep with the doctors making noise all night, laughing, switches lights on and off to the point where I thought they did it on purpose. I made conversations with serval other patients, had complaints too. Some patients were even tricked by a guardian into eating spicy rice porridge, causing distress, the patient couldn't even speak. But the nurse didn't care. And to add insult to injury, the final bill was outrageous. "Little did they know that I was an experienced full-time doctor as well." I'm sorry to admit that I had the worst experience at Hua Hin Hospital, a 5-story building. I am not a patient. But my wife is a patient. She had injuries to her head and legs. At one o'clock this morning The nurse cleaned her head in the most violent and painful way. I cut and asked the nurse to do it more gently. But the nurse replied that she needed to hurry. which is not acceptable The nurse also knows that the patient is crying. But she didn't apologize at all. Even though I politely asked for your name She ignored her and walked away. Become a paying customer We state our hope that staff will care for patients with care. Have compassion and understand the situation. It's not like rushing a patient at 5 a.m. when nurses are short on time. It's been known that brain-injured patients have difficulty. What shocked me the most was seeing a Muslim nurse drip e-cigarette scent in the main office around midnight. Along with using both tools and doing techniques with them. The next day I asked the nurse to add sodium chloride. But it took almost an hour. The main office is still dirty. There were snacks placed around the table. Even though I feel so much pain I try to carry on politely and keep my cool. But I can't sleep all night. Because the doctor was making so much noise that I suspect it was intentional. additional to that I talked to several patients in the room. They too have many complaints. Patients are sometimes tricked into adding burnt substances to their porridge. Make a patient cry But that's all. The nurses were not attentive. Later, the receipts were also overcharged.
