To be honest, it's a great place at first impression but given 3 stars for hospitality and cleanliness only. It's a good place for single and couples but definitely not for family or relaxing. Hope that the owner will take my comments and feedback into account and address all points. 1. Food a bit overprized. Understandably it's hotel rate but some exclusivity should be in. 2. Passageway is extremely loud, noise absorbtion would be helpful, carpet to reduce walk steps 3. No night guard to control guests running around, drinking loud outside all night long 4. No privacy at on. Many walk-in customers stop for a coffee and cake. They run around and taking photos around you while you want to relax with family. You have to stop walking and wait until they finish photo shooting just to be polite but honestly if it's happens every 5 steps it's quite annoying! 5. The walk-in customers steals your parking lots, I have to parked a bit far and run through the heat. A dedicated parking area should be assigned for residential and walk-in 6. Service, cleanliness, coffee and cake are great but point 1-5 just destroyed In overall it was not bad, but above points are manageable.

Family room is smaller than expected. If anyone likes privacy is not recommended. If it's not a room facing the sea, the atmosphere is very uncomfortable.little choice breakfast But the service of the staff is good.Located away from the city of Hua Hin should have a car to drive.

We stayed in one of the loft rooms. What a view! Exactly as shown in the website. The service is great. Staff are friendly. Location is a bit remote but easily addressed with a taxi or rent the motorcycle for the whole day to move around.

Awesome one night stay and great value for money. The food, atmosphere and staff was amazing. I love this place and look forward to come back agian! :)

I was gonna wait until the end of our 12 days stay here to write a review. However this hotel has exceeded my expectations and am so far not only loving this hotel but totally impressed with the service, the friendly staff from the moment we arrived. The front desk, the car park attenden, the garden sweeper, our room cleaner. The hotel itself is perfectly positioned on a beach. A peaceful and tranquil part of Hauhin. We are staying in villa 4, modern room, very comfortable bed and a view to die for. I wake early each day to watch the stunning sunrise directly from my villa balcony....its paradise ❤️⛱️the pool is clean and the garden is well maintained with several coconut trees. It's such a memorable experience, the standard is high and I would definitely recommend this hotel without any hesitation. Can't wait to stay in the hotel's suite on the 4 floor for 2 days before we head back to UK 🙏⛱️

The room felt a bit tacky for the price paid. No proper restaurant in the hotel. You have to buy water if you use up your 'ration' of two bottles per day which is an insult considering you are paying a fair amount to stay here. The pool was good though.

Siam Beach Resort in Hua Hin has nice rooms, services, and scenery. The resort was crowded as a result of the New Year's Eve festival. It would be much quieter if I came during the non-festival season. From my experience, you sure get a warm welcome from the lovely resort staff. The reception is small and fits around 5–6 people. While walking to my room, the private beach, astonishing views, beautiful furniture, pool, and privacy are what I think are the highlights of this resort. Almost every decoration in this resort is Instagrammable. The Double Deluxe Gardenview room is pleasant, clean, and well-decorated, though there are some peeled paint spots. Bottled water and carbonated drinks, such as Coke and Sprite, in the room are free. In the room, there are props that you can take to the beach. Little Sea Café, a cute café in the resort area, can get crowded easily. It is a very big photo spot. The buffet breakfast is delicious. Eggs are freshly cooked into various menus. The food suits everyone and every generation. The resort has a kids' playground for some families who bring their kids with them. Overall, I would rate the resort 8.5 out of 10. It has a great atmosphere for a relaxing vacation, with good food and a positive vibe. Missing 1.5 points are from noises from the café. My room is too near to the café.

Nice small resort for a 2 nights stay. Stayed in a 2 room villa, warm welcome and walk through by a friendly staff. Even the cleaner there are friendly. Nice room with reasonable size for a family of 6. Nice pool and beach access. The down sides are child above 5 yrs old are considered adult, there is no ice maker in room and asking for ice have to charge, however, it was being waived and lastly, asking for more bottled mineral water have to charge. It is not cheap on the villa and should not be stingy on requesting extra bottle drinks.

great location and service. pool temp was perfect. breakfast was evrything you need to start your day. food atrestaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Villa was clean, comfortable and quiet. we will definately stay here again !

Nice place to stay, as Beach Front Villa. Quiet and clam, small pool, private beach. At night, going out to stay near the beach, listen to the sound of the waves while looking to the stars. Breakfast here is OK, planty of food, be aware from the birds that they try to join with you (better to have someone stay at the table... Uhmmm... even there is, the bird fly to steel some peice of bread from my plate (it has good technique as professional Hahaha...) Oh, good taste of food for my dinner and it is not expensive. Recommend to try.

- The ground floor rooms are extremely small. On Booking.com written 28 sqm, but the actual size is about 18 sqm. - Also, the ground floor sea view rooms have literally no sea view. Don't trust the naming. - Breakfast was poor. The boiled rice with pork had zero pork, just rice and some mushrooms. - The beach was dirty. There was some garbage even in the breakfast time. Why does nobody clean it up in the early morning? - The swimming pool was dirty at 7 PM while its closing time is 8 PM. I understand that the pool got dirty after the rain but it ended long before 7 PM so there was enough time for some cleaning. Conclusion: Overpriced for the quality provided. After talking to the hotel manager about the room size I got a complimentary discount of 500 Baht, but that was before I noticed other shortcomings that ended up leaving such a negative impression. P.S. There were some pros still, but the number of cons has just killed them.

Rooms on lower floors are fairly noisy but not too bad. The tv screen was glitchy and some of the screen didnt work.

Nice place, clean, friendly. Breakfast is more Thai oriented, no bacon and low quality sausages. Eggs were freshly cooked though

Our second visit to this place, room was good, they have cafe now which can get crowded. One person at check-in was not too customer-friendly. Everything else from booking to staying was nice, got to check-in early. Walking distance from good seafood restaurants.
