We moved in a little over a month ago and we are thrilled with the apartment and the amenities provided here. The walls surrounding us and our neighbors are excellent at keeping out unwanted sounds and our apartment here is absolutely beautiful. We did find an issue within several days of moving with the gasket to our freezer door, so we made a request for assistance and they came out less than 24 hours later to resolve the issue - very prompt. The payment system setup here is easy to use and straightforward, which is always a plus in my book.

The entire team especially their director, Amanda, is just amazing! They go an extra mile with their customer relations which does not end after you have moved out. Their after sales service is truly commendable and I can attest to that, hence why we always recommend them to our guests. They are genuinely committed to making your stay a wonderful experience altogether! Kudos to the whole community and God bless! :)

It’s five stars here all day everyday! Living at Waterstone at Carriage Trails provides you with anything and everything you could ask of an apartment community. Starting with the absolutely amazing community directors, they have continuously been there for my wife and I whenever we needed them. When talking with them you can expect your conversations to be friendly, your questions to be answered, your concerns (if any!) to be addressed, and your requests, both big and small, to be taken seriously. In other words, these community directors will make you feel right at home, even well before you sign a lease! The maintenance staff are ALWAYS out and about making sure that their residents are taken care of, and they too are very kind! You can expect your maintenance requests to be handled timely, thoroughly, and effectively as these guys are clearly passionate about making their residents as comfortable in their homes as they possibly can. Top-notch! Our unit was provided to us as described in our agreement, hosts wonderful appliances, and there were zero surprises. There are number of apartment layouts here to suit your needs, and we love the one we chose! I’d like to mention the coffee machine as well as it is absolutely stellar, and offers a variety of quality brews ranging from coffee (medium and dark!), vanilla drinks, and chocolate drinks like hot chocolate or hot mocha. The espresso is my personal favorite! I’d also like to add that parking has always been easy for us, and that sizable, affordable garages are leased if interested! This community is family-friendly, pet-friendly, very clean, well-kept, organized, and full of wonderful, cordial and considerate neighbors. It is very relaxed and quiet when you need it to be, yet can simultaneously accommodate for fun and noise within the units but also at locations like the pool, the clubhouse, the 24/7 grill & outdoor area, the fitness center, the fire pit etc.! That is to say that these property managers have asserted just the right amount of strictness to fully satisfy residents while also holding the community to a very high standard. It’s just brilliant. I could write on and on about the greatness of Waterstone at Carriage Trails, its staff, and all it has to offer, so you’ll just have to come experience the rest for yourself!

The apartments here are clean and spacious, and they are in a safe and quiet area. A couple other great perks are no security deposit if you have decent credit and the valet trash service is really convenient. I was in a hurry to move, and Ashley Zimmerman, the Assistant Community Director, was able to help me secure a lease starting the next day in less than an hour. I am very pleased with the quick and professional customer service I have received while being a resident here.

Waterstone at Carriage Trails is truly deserving of all five stars! My family and I absolutely love living here! As we're nearing our one-year mark, I felt like this was the perfect time to leave my review as I could give an honest assessment of how things have been. We have been provided with anything and everything we could ask or expect of an apartment community. From amazing community directors (especially Amanda and Gaby), who have not only made us feel extremely welcome since before we even moved in and have gone out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The maintenance staff are always out and available, making sure that we as residents are taken care of. Any maintenance request put in has always been handled in a timely and thorough manner. They have all truly been the epitome of professionalism and friendliness. Regarding our unit, it was provided to us exactly as described in our agreement. We knew exactly what we were walking into. It was extremely well-kept with newer appliances and was pretty spacious for what one could expect of an apartment. There are number of apartment layouts here, and we have fallen in love with the one we chose as it suits our needs. Regarding the community, it's VERY family-friendly and pet-friendly (which were extremely important to me), clean, organized, with nothing but cordial, considerate, amazing neighbors! It's pretty quiet and laid back, but also allows for fun and noise at the appropriate places like the clubhouse, pool, 24/7 grill/outdoor area, fitness center, fire pit, and dog park! And as far as location goes, it really is ideal and just a short drive away from the majority of the places I tend to visit. I love that we're out of the way of all the commotion and heavier traffic. For purposes of preventing myself from rambling on, as I could go on about the community and staff, Waterstone at Carriage Trails is an amazing place to live if you're looking! I guarantee it won't lack in any aspect and will be up to anyone's standards. I wouldn't hesitate to give it more stars if I could!

We had an amazing experience while living at Waterstone at Carriage Trails! The staff were always accommodating and courteous, making move in and move out easy. They also made everyday life with them a smooth process, often holding resident events and emailing the community in the case of a found personal item to try to locate the owner. We really felt like that they cared about the residents. The apartments were absolutely beautiful. We moved in and everything was nice and clean and the grounds were well taken care of. Each apartment felt like its own spacious house thanks to the open format layout and tall ceilings. Everything was updated too, which especially spoiled us. Maintenance was always kind and quick, making repairs stress-free. If we didn't have to move to another state for job purposes, we would've loved to stay there! Shout out to Amanda for being such a sweet, thoughtful, and helpful assistant community director! We highly recommend Waterstone at Carriage Trails to anyone looking for a great apartment experience in the Huber Heights/Tipp City area!

Weeds all over the property and the ditch between 2014 weeds higher than Neil level the worst management they’ve ever had and big holes and screens.

I have lived at Waterstone for 4 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. This is a clean and well-maintained property inside and out. The amenities are always prestine from the pool to the clubhouse. Highly recommended.
