we
ordered
two
Kalkhoff
e-bikes.
The
delivery
time
was
not
yet
known
at
that
time,
but
the
owner's
assistant
had
bought
the
same
bicycle
and
had
to
wait
9
months
for
it.
We
test
drove
this.
The
provision
of
information
and
arranging
a
test
drive
was
excellent.
After
9
months
and
approximately
2
weeks,
I
called
on
a
Friday
to
ask
if
it
was
known
when
the
bicycles
would
be
delivered.
He
didn't
know
that,
but
he
would
call
back
that
same
Friday.
Didn't
get
a
call
back,
so
I
emailed
on
Saturday.
Received
a
response
on
Sunday
that
he
should
check
with
the
supplier
and
would
let
us
know
by
Monday
at
the
latest.
Unfortunately,
no
message
yet
on
Friday,
a
week
later,
so
I
emailed
again.
Then
I
was
called
back
on
May
20,
2022
with
the
message
that
the
bicycles
had
not
been
delivered
and
will
no
longer
be
delivered.
He
indicated
that
he
had
an
alternative
that
was
different
from
the
bicycles
ordered.
I
was
asked
by
email
what
the
alternative
entailed
(difference
in
the
ordered
bicycles),
what
these
costs
and
when
they
would
be
delivered.
This
was
never
responded
to.
I
think
the
latter
is
very
bad.
Something
can
always
go
wrong,
but
be
honest
and
open
about
it.
Communicate
well.
That
was
what
was
lacking
here.
Even
when
I
asked
what
the
status
was,
there
was
poor
or
no
communication.
I
therefore
do
not
recommend
this
bicycle
shop.
I
would
have
liked
him
to
indicate
that
something
went
wrong
with
the
order/delivery
and
to
come
up
with
a
concrete
solution.
