Went today for the first time. Maintenance and repair of my mountain bike. Afterwards I was pleasantly surprised by the low repair costs. Helped by the owner himself, friendly and spontaneous. Some questions asked regarding E-bikes. Received detailed explanation and advice. Will definitely go back for an E-bike!

Because they don't have a certain bicycle brand in my village, I ended up at Roger Flucken. In my opinion, a nice warm feeling from an old-fashioned bicycle shop with that good service. A young man guided me through the entire purchasing process, and he did a great job. I am very satisfied and recommend this business to everyone.

On August 7, 2021 we ordered two Kalkhoff e-bikes. The delivery time was not yet known at that time, but the owner's assistant had bought the same bicycle and had to wait 9 months for it. We test drove this. The provision of information and arranging a test drive was excellent. After 9 months and approximately 2 weeks, I called on a Friday to ask if it was known when the bicycles would be delivered. He didn't know that, but he would call back that same Friday. Didn't get a call back, so I emailed on Saturday. Received a response on Sunday that he should check with the supplier and would let us know by Monday at the latest. Unfortunately, no message yet on Friday, a week later, so I emailed again. Then I was called back on May 20, 2022 with the message that the bicycles had not been delivered and will no longer be delivered. He indicated that he had an alternative that was different from the bicycles ordered. I was asked by email what the alternative entailed (difference in the ordered bicycles), what these costs and when they would be delivered. This was never responded to. I think the latter is very bad. Something can always go wrong, but be honest and open about it. Communicate well. That was what was lacking here. Even when I asked what the status was, there was poor or no communication. I therefore do not recommend this bicycle shop. I would have liked him to indicate that something went wrong with the order/delivery and to come up with a concrete solution.

Three years ago it was for the price of a second bike. Dealt with the entire offer and buy them somewhere else, it was said. So very unfriendly person. We bought them from STELLA FIETSEN and we are very satisfied with these bicycles and how well they have been treated.

Top! We arrived at half past three this afternoon with a flat tire on an electric bicycle that we did not buy from Roger. When he heard that we actually needed the bike today, he immediately replaced it. Within 15 minutes we were on our way again.

Was looking for a regular bicycle shop in the area, preferably not a chain but a local business, especially because of the service. I came across this business in Voerendaal by chance and I must say, I received good help. Gentleman is patient, no-nonsense, clear. Just the way I like it. I left completely satisfied on my new e-bike, a smile on my face. It's nice that it can be done this way.

Bought 2 x Kalkhoff last year. Good and knowledgeable advice, friendly help from both Roger and Yannick.

This new Kalkhoff bicycle is a very nice bicycle with the smart system and now also with ABS. This also makes this bicycle stable with brakes for the older cyclist.
