It used to be so much more guest minded than it is nowadays. The food is still excellent, but all facilities cost extra and some rules are ridiculous. You can't sit in the brasserie for a glass of something because they rather clean up the area so you are banned to the lobby, for example.

The hotel is a 4-stars mostly for its facilities, because the rooms are actually mediocre - the swimming pool, the bowling and the gym were the main reasons why we booked our stay, as on their website they specified they were open on appointment. We showed up and only at the check-in we were told that all the facilities were closed due to Covid regulations (but very few people from their staff were actually wearing face masks...). Moreover, despite terraces being open in the rest of the country we weren’t allowed to have breakfast outside and had to bring our food in our room. Overall, very poor customer care (shampoo not refilled after cleaning etc) and for all the above, not worth the price in our opinion.

Nice comfortable hotel, clean & Spacious rooms.

We had a fabulous relaxing break here. Room was fine on the 2nd floor with nice bath, shower, coffee machine and kettle. Very quiet and cosy. We enjoyed the pool (but had to avoid small children having swimming lessons) and the sauna. Good food, especially the French onion soup.

Uplifting surrounding, friendly personnel, clean rooms, great stay and oh yes, affordable!

Good location. Rooms not very modern. Movement trough health center/hotel not logical. Front desk understaffed.

The Beauty and health centre was the highlight of the trip. Without doubt the best massage I've had in the Netherlands. The masseurs have obviously been well trained. I had a body massage and my wife had a holistic Chinese cupping massage. Both were 60 minutes long, and our only regret was that the duration was not longer. If you plan to stay it's well worth booking a massage.

But only if you are a hotel guest. No separate access :(
