But we were promised the contract to be sent immediately by post. I've been waiting for this for a week now. My email complaint was answered by a senior citizen advisor promised to send the contract immediately. Since then, three more days have passed without me finding it in the mail. So I still don't have written confirmation of this rather large investment. My email today to the senior citizen advisor was answered automatically saying that she was on vacation. A representative would contact me. I am curious… On December 22nd, I sent a registered letter to the board of Sparkasse KölnBonn and presented my complaint. On January 8, 2024, I received the savings contract with a very short letter of apology (with no explanation for the delay of a total of five weeks). I also received four pages of explanations about the Sparkasse's complaint management (!). In my experience, Sparkasse KölnBonn's service attitude towards customers is anonymous, non-binding and unreliable.

The advice is top, the employees are friendly and the branch is clean and tidy. I also feel like I am in good hands with my advisor, Mr. Hetfleisch, and, above all, that I am taken seriously.
