what a nice place to stay. this feels just like home. i didn't exactly stay but went to check it out for someone else who planned to stay here. spent an hour or so talking to the host/owners and the guests. such a casual and peaceful atmosphere definitely worth staying with family. we took our own apricot cake and ordered tea which they served on the house. they had all the basic amenities available like hot water, electricity and heating. i think it'll be a really great experience to stay here.

This was my first visit to this place and it has added a value to my vacation trip to north region of Pakistan. It's a small resort with all basic facilities of comfort and a family owned and run business. Ppl are very friendly and down to Earth specially madam Saira who's responsible for the most delicious food for guests. Humble attitude and family atmosphere. I've enjoyed a lot and will definitely visit again.

Family guest house. Great ambience, lovely owners who run it giving the feeling of home away from home. Food is great, authentic, local cuisine and all organic material. Value for money.

Liberation is Moksha. Liberation from your routine, liberation from your woes and worries, liberation from the smoke and smog of life, liberation from your dull life. Moksha is a place to meet interesting people who view life and its challenges with a different perspective. Moksha is a place of tremendous hospitality, love, care, exceptionally delicious cuisine and pure hearted people. Moksha is our home in the North of Pakistan.

Always a treat visiting Moksha. Faiz Bhai and saira bhabi are the soul of the place. The food, ambience and room everything is carefully crafted to perfection. Their friendly behavior and family like environment is an added plus.

A great place to have a relaxing vacation, the word that best describes the place is "Warmth", its there in the ambiance, its a core value of the staff more like family to be honest, it's there in their food, in their hospitality. Safest place for kids especially for toddlers as they are in a homely environment. They have the best momos and local pullao that Saira bhabhi makes herself.

My family and I mostly stayed at Serena Hotels during our visit to Pakistan and the GB area, but if I had to choose again, I would stay here the entire time. Hot water, pretty reliable wifi, gorgeous decor and comfortable atmosphere. The family that runs this place is really what makes this place special though. They make you feel like you’re at home and are so accommodating. We celebrated my mom’s 50th birthday here, and they helped us make it so special for her. As other reviews mentioned, the food here is also amazing - made with love and so delicious! It’s not too far from any excursions in the area, but if you don’t plan on staying a night, you must at least stop in for a meal! You won’t regret it.

We stayed here one night enroute to Khyber and Khunjerab Pass. It is a family run hotel. It was clean with hot water available. The food and service was great. The food is all fresh and home cooked and we had a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The trek at Ondrah Poyagh is also conveniently located from the hotel.

Amazing staff in the form of Anwar and Ahmed. Amazing hospitality by Mr and Mrs Faiz. Amazing fun in the form of Noora. Felt more like a home and less like a resort. Will return back any day. Also the kashan pulao, the palak paneer and the mix sabzi was amazing.

One of my favourite places in Hunza andnine of the rare places of high quality open in the winter there. The owners have a passion for hospitality and have done a great job at creating a cozy atmosphere in a beautiful space. Saira Appa, who hosted us, is the kindest lady, educated in the US on a Fullbright scholarship and she personally oversaw the cooking of our dinner and breakfast. Some features: Big rooms with warm water. Heating electric blanket for the bed In room thermos flask of warm water + raw Passu honey Food simple yet refined, with a young Chitrali chef trained at the PC Lahore. We had palak paneer (with home made cottage cheese!), well balanced and subtly seasoned daal chawal and a delicious Hunzai soup with mushrooms. There is quite a bit of choice. For breakfast you can get real coffee, espresso, mocha machine, etc... In winter, sit at a low table and enjoy the heat coming from under while it's cold around you.

Have you ever tried sleeping with a heating blanket under you? When the wind is blowing outside and it's easily -10C outside, you will just love it! We stayed at Moksha early Feb, and it was our favorite winter experience in Hunza! Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at Moksha Resort, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with modern amenities. The resort's location is a peaceful oasis surrounded by nature's beauty, providing a perfect escape. However, what truly sets Moksha apart is its exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommended for a blissful retreat!
