I’ve been coming to this hotel now since last year, and this was my fourth stay here. I love this hotel because the staff truly make it what it is. Amr is by far the most entertaining, quick witted and incredibly talented staff member that I have met during my time here, and he has all the potential to become senior management and if he doesn’t then it’s a travesty. Next there is the food, the Italian and Lebanese restaurants were our favourite, although being able to have burgers and donuts on the beach is really quite difficult to top. The entertainment team are fantastic, and really very friendly. They are very good at getting visitor interaction. And finally there is Oscar, the holiday would have not been the same without him. I shall forever continue to return to this hotel all the while we continue to have wonderful service, food and stay. The cleaners are just incredible, and they works so hard, and really do go above and beyond. All of the staff here are exceptional, friendly, welcoming and some have become life long friends.

This hotel is some way from the main town and you will need to get a taxi everywhere. Dint get them from the hotel as they charge 3x as much as you would in the street. Once you tip the waiters they never leave you alone. We arrived and they put us in a room with a freshly painted bath which they told us they couldn't change till the morning. Until I made a fuss. A jacket went missing from our room too. Food very average and hardly anything for vegans. Intact even their vegan food was suspect. I specifically asked about vegan food before we booked. Certainly no plant milk. Fridge in room warm. Rooms not cleaned thoroughly. Lots of dust bunnies under furniture and grime in corners. Wouldn't go back

Definitely I don't find this hotel as 5* one. It leans more towards 4* for sure. We stayed in "premium" part of the hotel! Negative: Limited food variety and small number of restaurants which is making a lot of crowd. It is visible than hotel needs a renovation in certain areas. The area of the hotel is quite small without many options for daily activities so you will be bored easily. The animation staff is bad. The music at night is very loud and affects many rooms. Positive: In despite some other bad reviews our room was well cleaned but you could see that the room could be refreshed (walls should be painted and the fence on the balcony). The beach is fine.

Perfect holiday We really enjoyed every moment during our vacation and I'd like to thank everyone there for their hospitality and kindness. So friendly staff all over the place in restaurants and bars . Also a special thanks for the "Animation crew" for their hard work everyday and each night trying their best to entertain us and give us joy . Different shows and performance. And kids club is good . Also we liked the views and the reef, diving and snorkeling was the amazing , seeing turtles and dolphins. I recommend this hotel as 10/10 And we will definitely come back asap . Even if it has 5 stars, I would definitely give it only 3 stars. It felt dated and looked bit tired. We had a problem with our room when we first arrived, after speaking with reception we were told only to come back the next day to change room, which seems apparent with everyone who checked in and from what I heard everyone was complaining about the rooms. Food was good but repeated every day. No entertainment at all. Everything aside probably one of the better hotels from what we heard of other people.

Well done to all the staff ,from the gardeners, to the reception staff ,waiters animation team the guy was amazing loved he's choice of music by the beach so much such energy .came for a week with my family .my bed was so comfy n the pillows big thing for me .cleaners fab too .taxis everywhere so not a prob getting around .went to Cairo was amazing was meant to be a 16hr trip was 26hr so be prepared. Manager introduced himself which was really nice .someone will always have something to moan about but had a fab Xmas here .so well done to all

If the food was a little more varied and if the vendors weren't too aggressive while you're relaxing on the beach, this hotel would be a top ten. They really didn't give me even 10 minutes to rest without coming to offer me something to buy. And that's the only reason the rating is 4, not 5. I wanted a vacation. Bad wifi

We spent a night at Swiss Inn, but unfortunately my husband couldn't connect to the Internet, I had no problem. We went away for the Nile Cruise for a week and when we came back Ahmed Mazhar and Jelena on reception welcomed us back. To our surprise, they acted on our feedback and gave us a free room upgrade in the main building. We were so pleased with the room. Everyone is so friendly and hard working- they all aim to please and I could happily spend a month here. The have 6 restaurants-4 on the beach- Lebanese, BBQ, Fish and a restaurant on the marina. The Italian is also good, but you have to pay a small premium for the Sushi restaurant. The resort is spotless. Thank you Swiss Inn we're having a great time.

Room could be updated, but are nice. Our shower floor always had a large puddle (wrong angle). AC is wonderful and very efficient. Pools are clean and great service (great staff). Food is good, great variety, sometimes a little bland. Drink menu could be updated, they tend to make drinks a little strong for my liking. Great security team. Overall, we’d come back anytime!!!

This is the best hotel I have ever been! The staff is amazing, they are very friendly and nice. They like making jokes and talks with the guests. Always ready to help, always with a smile. The food is very good! The rooms are clean. The location is perfect with a private beach. The animation team is FANTASTIC. It is so much fun with them. There are different parties every night. I would visit the hotel again with pleasure!

Staff and team members are all polite, helpful and friendly. They have a great attitude and when things go wrong they try everything to sort out the issue and solve any problems. They always try to give a good experience. Accessibility:- The front line has a great Accessibility with swimming pool which is a wheelchair friendly and easy access to everywhere, however the second line needs some attention where ramps aren't that great and slippery. Rooms: We used our rooms and suites just for sleeping. Suites were well looked after and equipped while rooms were OK 👍 Food: Variety and taste wasn't bad but could be a bit better Entertainment: Animation team wasn't bad but not the best based on our previous experiences in other hotels and how much activities for the young ones. Cleanliness & hospitality All in all was good but I would suggest having some scents like lavender will make a huge difference. We are aiming to visit again and highly recommend.

Great value for money hotel, great maintenance happening for the hotel, rooms were very clean and spacious as well as the bathrooms , the hotel is big but not so big that you can’t walk around easily and you wouldn’t need a buggy as all things are near by. Kids family and great for kids as it’s safe, beach is small but nice and clean and it’s sand not pebbles so good for children. Food wasn’t good at all I hope this changes…hotel party on weekends is a must , it’s free entrance when your a guest. Some odor in one of the elevators but I guess that was due to the maintenance taking place

Absolutely lovely hotel. Two big swimming pools, plenty of restaurants all within the resort. Across the road they have an amazing spa. Recommend the Cleopatra massage package. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Own beach and party on the end of pier at night

The room was lovely and comfortable, we were on the ground floor and could access the swimming pool from our outside area. The safe kept malfunctioning, and although they quickly sent someone out to put it right, we didn't trust it after the 3rd incident. There was also a nasty smell, not sure if it was the drains or the air con, if we were staying longer than 3 days I would have asked for a different room. The food in the main restaurant was great, lots of selections, although I would have liked it to be kept hotter. Amazing pools, especially for children. The beach was lovely until they turned the music on, it was blaring and turned a peaceful, relaxing, beautiful beach into a party place which wasn't for me. Cocktails were drinkable. It would have been nice to be able to get wine outside of the restaurants. All in all it is a nice hotel and I would return

Very nice staff, most of them can speak a very good English. Everywhere is clean (not only the rooms). They usually respond very fast to any request. There are 5 restaurants for dinner and the buffet (for breakfast, meal and dinner as well). Except the white beans that are sometimes not enough cooked I enjoyed their food especially the Lebanese restaurant in the evening. The hotel is as well safe. I had no time to enjoy the swimming pools but they looked really nice. They have as well a beach with privacy on all spots. Located not far from the airport, Senzo Mall, and Hurghada town They try to make you entertain in the evening with

Swiss Inn gets the highest rating, because it has the best price-quality ratio. What did leave the biggest impression is the staff who are wonderful, smiling and dedicated to the guests. So much that you are embarrassed by their kindness. 😊 They are funny and make jokes, wonderful people who make you feel like a king. I'm coming again that's for sure. I must also mention the animators who made our stay full of joy and fulfillment, always cheerful and ready to have fun. We are really full of impressions, whoever decides for this hotel will not make a mistake and will always come back here!

This hotel I can't praise enough. Nothing is too much trouble for staff always willing to go that extra mile always with a smile on their face. Their honesty is impeccable I lost a support for my ankle on the beach was found by a member of staff and they got it back to me,left my jacket in the bar got that back and best of all my friend left a rather expensive pair of earrings behind in the room and they've now found them for us. We are in the process of getting them posted back to england.

Good food in various restaurants. Quick service for all inclusive. Beach is fine, but we were there only for one night, so don't know what it's like during the day.

It's one of the best resorts of Hurgadha Egypt. It's one of the modern cities of Egypt. The resort is a delight. I recommend people to buy an all inclusive facility which allows to eat in 5 different restaurants. The private beach is wonderful and well maintained. The rooms are big with balcony excellent toilet. 2 swimming pools and baby pools where one can enjoy with family and friends. There is taxi service in the hotel where you can book taxi to visit various places in Hurgadha. I definitely recommend this resort.

Unforgotten holiday in an EXCELLENT hotel. I had a great experience with my stay in Swiss Inn Resort Hurghada. Staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful & clean. Food is very good but not excellent, there is something for everyone . Restaurants are amazing. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.
