This place is a Health Hazard!!!! The meat where you can pick what you put in the bowl is next to already pre cooked meat (meatballs, etc)! If I brought a thermometer and checked the raw meat (chicken, port, beef) it would most definitely come up as room temp or a little cooler than that... NOT SAFE! There is also blatant cross contamination by using the same 2 spatulas for over 8 meals in PLAIN VIEW! When the staff caught me recording they asked me to sit down, very sketchy! I'm scared to know what happens outside of the customers sight! The bathrooms are disgusting and the tables and other furniture is unclean and they don't even try to wipe it down before you sit (and even when you ask). The service was also mediocre and the food was just super average. This place should be SHUT DOWN! If you value your health let it be salmonella, tapeworms, or any other disease from raw meat filled with bacteria or if you have allergies you can seriesly get sick so DO NOT COME HERE!!!!! I would rate it 0 stars if I could. The health inspector should come here soon if they value not getting any lawsuits!!!!

This place is horrible. They used to be really good in the last few months. The management that was there has left. The management now I told her that she had a staff is person who sprayed me with spray, and she told me why was I sitting at a dirty table. Not realizing that another server had told me that all the tables were dirty because they were busy just take a seat and he would be right with us. She said nothing about her server no apology no nothing. She continued to stand behind the counter with all the dirty tables waiting to be cleared. Just horrible stay away.

The Server that was working Saturday Night 8/12 We didn’t catch her name but we dined in and had a coupon buy two bowls get one free and when the total came she said it was 60 dollars for two bowls & two drinks we often eat here so knew it wasn’t right. Never brought out a receipt even after we told her we did want a receipt. Once we got home we Realized the we received points for order totaling only too 41.95. Which made us realize she added on her own tip without our knowledge. because when we paid we weren’t shown a screen to insert a tip just to pay the total and she thought we wouldn’t notice do NOT eat here. Horrible Customer Service

There were bugs in the mushrooms and I didn’t notice until I put it on my bowl and gave it to the cook, the manager came to me and gave my husband and I two coupons for a free app or dessert. That was nice but it made me lose my appetite a bit and I don’t want to come back. The white girl with glasses at the front who checked us out wasn’t very friendly either I didn’t catch her name. The prices have gone up a LOT since the last time I’ve been here which was last year, $16.50 for a medium bowl and $25 for a large is expensive in my opinion just to have bugs in the food…sadly I won’t be back. I used to love this place so much

My wife and I never get sick of meeting here for lunch on workdays. Lots of new faces frequently, but the food never disappoints. We have been fortunate enough to have Lori on many occasions & her spirit & attiude always makes the visit even better. It's getting a little run down, but people make the place! Keep it up!

Very rare do I leave a negative review with an restaurant but this is well deserved! We love Genghis and due to Covid, we've not visited in a while until this evening as our family dinner. What we did not expect was the disappointment in food quality! The food was burned! For the increased prices of the bowls now, we'd expect quality food that's edible! 2nd, what better way to enjoy a dinner than with a ice cold beer. Well... that was a disappointment as well! They no longer serve the beers they used to serve that we actually like. The music is absolutely horrible and loud. Due to this evenings experience, this may be our last time to visit what was once our favorite place to eat.

It’s good place to eat. Their fried rice is delicious with eggs omelette with grilled proteins deluxe supreme combo. It’s their most popular item. Really loved the taste of it. You should try this restaurant when you are planning to watch movies.

Food was not really good for my taste. There is honestly better food out there. We ordered the supreme fried rice which lacked flavor, and the Mongolian steak was very spicy and had a weird vinagre smell and taste. Both plates were very disappointing. However, Service was great and quick.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star! We literally waited 56 minutes for 3 bowls and an appetizer and for the first 35 minutes we were the only people in the restaurant. We should’ve taken that as a sign. When the waitress came to take the order she didn’t write anything down so I’d figure ok she’ll remember. No she came back 3 times to ask what we ordered. Now 50 minutes later we see her bringing us our food. Food was horrendous! The presentation looked like a 6 year old made themselves lunch in their fake kitchen. It was over salted and over priced. I paid over $50 for bad service and bad food. Lesson learned I will NEVER come here again and will make sure to not recommend this place to anyone that I know. Such a waste of space!

Stopped in after Sunday worship & Lori greeted us with warm smile & bubbly personality. She helped me with the menu questions since I was trying the Kimchi fried bowl (which is delish). She’s very knowledgeable & patient. Marco is a phenomenal chef! He prepared by bowl to perfection. Looking forward to dining with them on Sundays!! Keep up the great work!!

Everytime I order ahead it tells me 8-15 min.. I show up 45 min later to wait another 20 before anyone greets me. Come to find out my food has been sitting in a bookshelf that DOES NOT Keep the food warm. I unintentionally dropped my phone and the cook and the person running the floor and greeting people both looked at me then turned back around. The lady got back on her phone and then cook continued to do his job. I looked around and there was a table with 1 family of 4, another table with a couple on a date & a person who was waiting on a pick up order for 30 min and counting..all had nothing but water on their tables . The couple gave up and walked out as I was walking out because they still hadn’t been served. I agree 100% with the other recent posts.. used to be amazing and in the last month it went downhill quick and i with eased numerous health code violations. Maybe try putting this in the mall where y’all don’t have to wait on tables? Last time my fish was cold and they had just packaged it from the kitchen, I didn’t get my drinks and the service was terrible.

I have to take back 2 stars because of service we received. They did not have a hostess so the servers were seating people as they came in. We were told there was a 15 minute late and told to sit on bench by the door. We sat there maybe 7 minutes when another couple joined us. The servers passed by and saw us sitting there for the next 10 minutes. Then this couple walk in and one of the servers cleaned a table and sat them down. I asked the next server that past by why were they seated right away we have been waiting. She said she did not know. She asked the server who sat that couple. She Shrugged her shoulders and walked right in front of us. I asked for a manager. The manger came and sat us and apologize on behalf of server. The food was great and I will definitely go to another Genghis Grill again! Just not this one

The server literally never let our drinks hit half empty lol she was so attentive and quick. Lori was her name. The food also came out quick even though there was quite a crowd in front of us.

Joshua was on point and very informed! Service, food, attentiveness was all the bees knees! This crew left no customer service stone unturned. Large paychecks owed to their team!

Got the chimi steak bowl and it's fantastic! The steak is seasoned so well, the peppers and veggies were perfectly sauteed and the rice is delicious ❤️ my friend got the When In Rome bowl and says the cauliflower rice is phenomenal and pairs well with the spices of her bowl as well! 10/10 would order again. Josh is also wonderful! Definitely a highlight of our visit tonight. He's so friendly and clearly loves his job, made it very easy to get comfortable and enjoy the meal.

Everything was great!! There were a couple of things gs that may have needed repair like one of the tables and the toliet paper holder, but the food and the service was awesome and I even got a compliment on my bowl! See pic.

Second night in a row they canceled my order after thirty minutes of me waiting! It says it's cause they're out of something I ordered but if you're out of it you would have known that 30 minutes ago too and should have canceled it then! This not only is inconvenient to me but also the delivery driver who made it all the way to the store before the canceled the order.

Our server Daniel was so attentive and was really helpful for our first time at this location! The food was amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a quick and fairly priced restaurant!!

We normally frequent Genghis grill at night, but, as the day would have it, my son and I stopped in for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised to see Daniel working! He is always our server at night. He said he rarely works days, so it was pretty awesome luck that we just happen to stop in and he just happen to be there. He is always so upbeat and funny! He has us in stitches every time! The food was fabulous as usual! If you are looking for a great meal and excellent service, swing in Genghis grill. If you want excellent service, AND a memorable experience, ask for Daniel!!

Needed a quick kids meal to tide me over to dinner. Tried to order and told absolutely no way. I'm super hungry so will end up spending $12 on eating half of an entire. Plus very rude. She gave me a kids menu stating "see 11 and under only"

Went during lunch and it was very slow. Daniel was our server and he did an excellent job! This was my boyfriend's first time here, and he fell in love with the food and the service. He said it's his new fave place!!

This was my 1st time here and I have to say the food was pretty good! I had the Supreme fried rice bowl which was delicious....however after trying the bowl my friend made I look forward to making my own bowl next time. Daniel and Haley checked on us often and made sure we were satisfied with our visit.

Great food, boyfriend's first time being back in years and we had a blast making our own bowls and experimenting with combos. Our waitress, Ashlyn, was a delight and even gave us recommendations! It's super expensive, but their food is fantastic and will keep us coming back!

We had one of the best experiences this evening. Otis caught us walking by and invited us in and honestly it was his personality that enticed us to eat here. He then maintained his level of excellence and enthusiasm throughout our dinning experience. Will definitely come back again.

Otis was a great server. We liked his personality and his willingness to help. He offered suggestions and checked on us. I advised his manager that he did a great job. My food needed a little work but overall not a bad experience.

Great choices to create my own bowl. Our hostess was awesome. She put the Dallas Stars game on for us to watch. Nice spontaneous date with my BF.

My loved one brought me here to grab a bite to eat and drink while I was in town visiting. The food is absolutely delicious! I love how you essentially choose all your very own ingredients and the food is then cooked fresh on the spot! Quantity of food is very high also so choose your bowl wisely.
