    I didn’t find an option to get less than one star…. Horrible customer service, A young lady with attitude. If you still like Pandora jewelry, Close by in the metroplex you can find stores that provide better customer service. Shantel need to take a nap, she was a little bit cranky, I look like she don’t wanna work today.

    I wanted to see if they had a specific bracelet in stock to go with a charm I got as a Christmas gift but wasn’t compatible with my James Avery bracelet. When we walked in, there were 3 people in the front and one on the register. All 3 women in front, looked at us, said nothing, didn’t smile, not one single “hello” or “someone will be right with you”… nothing. They turned away and continued doing what they were doing. Granted one was helping someone but the other 2 had no reason not to simply say hello. About 5 minutes later the girl that was working the register finished checking out her customer and walked past all 3 of the other women to come greet us and help us. She was the only reason we stayed in the store. They didn’t have what I was looking for (which is understandable after Christmas), but she kindly measured me and I went straight to the website to order what I needed. I’ve never shopped at pandora before, and I never will again. I like the products so I will be shopping online only. This store needs better customer service or get some tips from the staff at James Avery down the hall.

    I came into the store looking to buy 2 gold rings. I walked around for a minute with no help offered. 4 associates in the back chit chatting. An older gentleman walks in and he's helped promptly by an older black woman. As I walked out she asked if I needed help, I guess not since I wasn't greeted or acknowledged till I left, she said "okay". I'll take my buisness elsewhere. I don't mind getting a better quality ring at a more expensive competitor if I'm treated with respect.

    Every time I come in I’m never greeted, I work retail as well, it’s nothing to say “hi welcome in”, it’s a specific worker at this location who always has an attitude, but I look past it to get in and out since I’m already there. This last time I came in with a broken charm I purchased 4 months ago, I didn’t want a refund or store credit I simply wanted the exact same charm because the chain snapped and I really liked it, she didn’t even check before saying she didn’t have it and I needed to call customer service to get my issue resolved. Wouldn’t recommend ….

    An absolutely atrocity of an experience! In store staff were insanely rude to my mother when she inquired about picking up the item for me because the store hours didn’t match well with my schedule and they only held if for three days. Had I known that at the time, I would’ve added her as a pickup person, my mistake and I admit that; but not only were the associates NO HELP, they were rude and belligerent, and simply did not want to deal with my mother. On top of having a phone for BUSINESS use and claiming they are “too busy to answer” while I was trying ALL DAY to call and ask what I could do to pick up the item, either extend the date of pickup or add my mother; but no, they did neither. Only after my mother called corporate did they extend the day but by that time I had to already leave my job before my schedule shift time to come and get the item. Horrible horrible experience, this store is ridiculous, will not be picking up or purchasing directly from this location ever again.

    I wanna give less than one star for this store . I was there today and the employee there was so rude and she treated me like I was gonna thrift the store.she didn’t let me touch small charms I was so disappointed I knew I was taking time to look the things but we have rights to see everything before we buy and it’s my first visit by my self in this store she ignored me . I don’t care about giving attention to me but they have to treat the customer nicely . They have to treat every customer equally and respectfully. The employee should learn how to behave with customer …………..

    My husband and I walked in to buy a charm for my bracelet on 8/7/2022 around 3pm. I walked in and a young lady was helping another couple. So, my husband and I looked around while we waited for her to finish. As we looked, another lady walked out from the back and went to the cash register and started messing around in the register, appearing to count change. We decided to walk past her to let her know that we were there. She noticed us but kept counting change. We finally decided to walk over to the right side of the couple being helped and stand around to wait. The lady at the register eventually walked into the area where the counters were but still nothing. We never got a, "Have you been helped?", "Were you looking for something?". Nothing. At first, I thought, "Well maybe she’s going home and is getting ready to leave.” All of a sudden, a woman with her daughter walked in and the lady immediately goes over to her and begins helping her. My mouth dropped. I asked my very calm and not the type to jump to conclusions husband if he thought we were being intentionally ignored. He looked at me and said, “It’s pretty obvious that’s exactly what is going on.” We immediately walked out. I don’t know who this young lady is, but customer service is not her strong point and honestly this has soured me from ever shopping at this Pandora store again. The store was not busy at all and I still cannot fathom how no one asked if we needed helped and then ignored when someone different walks into the store.

    I was really disappointed at the service I received. I went in to make an exchange from an online order. When I noticed I was being given the piece that was on display, I asked if there were more in back stock. She didn’t even look, immediately she said no. Then when I asked about a bag, it turns out, there were no bags? Absurd. I purchased the gift bags online and had the entire shipment with me (gift bags, cards, invoice, shipping package) but wanted a bag like the ones given at stores. Since I didn’t have time to go to another Pandora store, I went ahead with the transaction but I WILL NOT be returning to this store.
