I shop here for just about everything. I use Click List frequently and Iโ€™m always happy with it. Itโ€™s so convenient! Lots of selection at this store.

Would be nice if they are going to have registers - have someone open them. I don't work for Dillons and shouldn't have to check myself out... if I do, give me a discount.

My husband and I were there with our 3 kids who were dressed up in costumes since we had just left a Halloween event when our 11 year old was approached without warning by a woman demanding he remove his mask which he did immediately out of fear and she continues to go on about wearing mask and how he could be hiding his face because he intends theft which at this point I very clearly tell her to step back from our 11 year old who is absolutely terrified since he is not only a child but is on the spectrum and is autistic. She ignores us continues to be in our child's face going on about his mask and theft we had asked her over 3 times to remove herself from our child's face. Our 11 year old 4 year old and 2 year old had custumes my husband and I were not wearing costumes so clearly we weren't planning on robbery. He was so excited about his costume and to have an adult who did not announce herself approach him and Barratt him was so sad he was so upset. It would of been one thing after he removed his mask if she had left him alone or if she had spoken to the adult but she approached a child and would not get out of his face even though the adult made it clear he was a kid and had asked her. Again an 11 year old attacked by an adult the shame she should feel. We had to ask someone else who this woman was since she didn't say who she was it was crazy. Never have I had such an experience. Our child had so many questions when we got back in the car and to have him tell his parents he didn't mean to was not ok he shouldn't have been so upset.

I could have drove to KS in the time it took... I ordered 2 bouquets to the local hospital, for same day delivery. Neither of which happened. After calling the store the next day for a refund, the manager offered for me to do the delivery myself, not mentioning the fee I'd already paid them. After a relative then picked up and delivered the bouquets we realized none of the names were even correct. Don't use this service. It's obvious the core tasks of floral delivery are completely lost on this group.

I live in Texas and called to make a delivery to family for a special occasion! I called the floral department and told the the flowers and goodies that we wanted for a gift and deliver them to our family in hutch. Their flowers were gorgeous and everything done so right. They delivered them also! Iโ€™m so happy on how it was all done that I appreciate the ladies and everyone that helped with taking care of our family for us! Thanks for a great team at Dillons!

Prices are higher. Lines are longer with fewer registers available. Produce spoils faster. Instacart employees block aisles and tend to be either rude or oblivious to in store shoppers. Overall it's getting easier to shop in Wichita vs Hutch because of these issues.

Anything and everything you could possibly need in one place...and their produce is always on point! They also have granola, chia seeds and other necessities in bulk bins!!

So getting this first bit out of the way.... even with all of the sales Dillons is EXPENSIVE! My husband works for Kroger and we get a 10% discount on Kroger products. Often times EVEN WITH that 10% AND coupons products will be more expensive at Dillons than at Walmart or Aldi. Honestly I'd recommend Aldi for most common place groceries. That being said that is a Dillons/Kroger in general thing. As for this individual store... I love it. I rated 4/5 because of the prices and those 4 stars are entirely because I love this store. Putting the prices aside this store is usually really well stocked and it carries A LOT of items that no one else in town does. Their Asian food section is more than double the size of the one at Walmart for example. Their produce department is HUGE compared to Walmart as well. And on the subject of produce. There are only really two places in town that I get produce at (unless there is an insanely good deal somewhere) and that is Dillons or Smiths Market. I've found that the produce at Walmart is routinely lower quality (I NEVER get strawberries at walmart) and as much as I love Aldi... I've had a lot of produce I get there go bad VERY quickly. Dillons and Smiths always seem to have really fresh good produce though. So Dillons doesn't just have a wider variety of produce but also has better quality than anywhere else in town, and specifically this Dillons is better than any of the other ones. Of all the Dillons in town I don't think I've ever run into bad produce while making a selection. They also usually have a really good stock and selection of meats and while other sales can be lackluster the sales on meat are usually pretty darn good! I also love their deli/sushi/salad bar. Very well kept and everything always tastes and looks really fresh. Great variety of stuff too. Everything is also always very clean. So are their prices a bit inflated compared to other options in town? Yes. That's a corporate thing though and end of the day this store is my main place to go to get produce above other stores whenever possible because I know it will be good quality produce that will last in my fridge far longer than the produce from other stores.

No ally just fine. Wish they'd stop moving things around. Too big to go on a search mission sometimes

I came here from Colorado Springs, shopping at King Soopers (which is also a Kroger company) thinking that Dillons would be the same. I was wrong. King Soopers is a WAY better store with a way better selection. It is very disappointing that the Dillons doesn't have much Organic, Non-GMO or higher end selection in this store, like we had in Colorado. Especially since this is the birthplace of Dillons, the man must be rolling in his grave. Different strokes for different folks? Or is it that they just don't have ANY competitors, like Safeway, Albertsons, Sprouts or Whole Foods?

Got Chinese food for my family for supper. Got all the way home with it (about 45 miles) and then discovered they'd made chicken nuggets and put sesame sauce on it. It wasn't the usual breaded chicken you'd expect. Family was really disappointed. Not likely that we'll go back.

Never ordering flowers from them again. Flowers were not delivered where I instructed. Eventually made it to the right people but missed funeral service. Dillons never informed me as the customer. I had to find out almost a week later

Chinese kitchen is anything but that. The Chicken Lo Mein I ordered had 2 tiny pieces of chicken in it with noodles that had all become one with each other. The fried rice is definitely not fried. Fried wonton were totally hard enough to drive nails with. I honestly don't know why you even try. Leave the Chinese food to the people that know how to make it. What a total waste of my $$$$.

Chinese food deli is a joke! They advertise open at 11am. Well 5 times I've been there and 11am is a joke. It's actually all available after1 1pm cause they have no staffing but you see people standing around???

Beyond grateful for the bakery department! My original cake person fell through for my daughters 2nd birthday. We found out 2 days before her party. My cousin did some calling around and the Dillons bakery nailed it for us! Even got it as close to what we originally wanted as they could when I was sure itโ€™d end up being a simple Happy Birthday. I am so beyond grateful and will use this location again in the future and recommend to others! Thank you so much for taking the pressure off and providing a delicious cake we all enjoyed!!

This as a review for ClickList pickup. I understand why this place is always so busy, it's because they are the best around. Thank you for putting our groceries in sacks with handles rather than paper bags. Thank you for choosing good produce. Most of all, thank you for all of your hard work.

Nicest grocery store in the area. Food, clothing, spirit wear for area high schools, state colleges and universities, KC Chiefs, are sold here. Hourly some of the lights dim to save energy which in turn saves the company $$$, impressive...now, how to do something to save the customers money is a different story as prices have increased on a lot of items, and availability on some products is limited. Overall, very pleasant place to shop and they have more than one check-out lane open at a time...what a concept that other stores in the area haven't turned into and most likely won't.

Very pleased with the service provided by Wanda in the clothing department. How refreshing to find customer service from someone who has a great personality and loves their job! She is a true asset to your store!

The managers and the other employees at this branch are helpful and courteous. They always have a wide selection of items including specialty items not sold at the other branches or at their competitors. They also have quite a few coupons you can download for significant savings. Highly recommend this branch.

Love, love, love their floral department service. They have talented florists and the freshest of flowers. We're from out of town but we ordered an arrangement to be delivered to one of our friends at the hospital there. We told the florist we wanted a bright and cheery arrangement and mentioned some of our preferred colors. We gave her our dollar limit (which we thought was quite reasonable) and left the rest of the process in the florist's creative hands. Our friend and her family absolutely loved the arrangement and almost couldn't stop talking about it! They said the flowers were some of the freshest ever with some of the more resilient ones lasting over 4 weeks! I've attached a picture they sent me.

Yes, itโ€™s more than food. I really liked going to this store. Seems like the shortages are gone that were in previous posts. Yes, have a Dillions card because it makes the prices more affordable. It was clean and easy to find everything. The parking lot is large. There were enough carts and easy to get around. This seemed like a nicer store, so you get the 5 stars.

Worst experience in a store in a long time. Stood in line to check out for over 30 minutes! Cashiers lines were backed around isles....self check out was the same.....finally my turn......the self checkout belt starts shoving everything back up front bc it isn't recognizing products of dillons im ringing up. Clerks couldn't keep up with all the problems those check outs were having. I ended up leaving my whole cart of groceries there and went and got my stuff at Wal-Mart! And for them to pick out your groceries and you pick up its 5 bucks.....only cost 10 for delivery. Might as well just pay 5 dollars extra and get it delivered!

The employees were very helpful. I had to use an electric cart and the battery died. An employee went and got me another one.

Our mom passed away during the pandemic. The floral department did an amazing arrangement, not once but twice! The first was for the burial service and seven months later for her Celebration of Life. We told the florists Mom loved every kind of colorful flower! We were not disappointed! Both arrangements exceeded what we had envisioned! The florists did a beautiful job!
