Good place for a nice vegetarian cuisine. The chat options were great and a lot to choose from. Liked the concept of having a different menu for the people who are fasting just not to make them left out. The service was OK as took some time to get the staff's attention to place the order. The delivery time of the food on the table was slow and had to weight for long time. The place was little crowded and needed some crowd management to be done to accommodate the new coming customers. Will be visit again to try out the other menu options.

One of the most famous dining restaurant for literally everything but mainly CHAT! 🤤 U know the rules and so do I, all I have to do is come here and EAT! They serve u buffet, a la carte, separate chat section(table service and pick up). They have two different types of dining too! I mean it, their food is actually really amazing! Changing my review after visiting basheerbagh restaurant which is just pathetic. Too expensive for this quality of food. You guys are just ruining the name of our city because the service and food that you’re providing is not even a 1% of what actually bikaner food is. Its beyond words, i mean u can’t even make a good aloo ka paratha. We ordered aloo pyaz paratha and there were only pyaz, not at all aloo ka masala and the malpua like literally for Rs. 36 with a size of small biscuit and no taste at all. God I can’t tell you what i am feeling right now. Firstly we waited for more than 45 minutes to get a table and then your so called aloo pyaz paratha and malpua ruined our day. Why you guys are in so hurry that you putting the empty glasses on table and not even bothering to fill them. No service, no taste, just spoiling Bikaner’s name.

We as a family like this place very much. It is a good place to have pure vegetarian food. There are two restaurants one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There is a wide variety in the buffet spread. The place also has a shop where one can buy sweets and savouries. It is better to reserve tables on weekends as it maybe a bit crowded.

I'd prefer tasting each and every dish instead of eating a particular thing in large quantities. Its also kindof advantage for foodholics. Other than that you also get all kinds of dessert like ice cream kulfi milkshake etc etc. Not to forget the cost of Buffet is 650 per head.

The breakfast buffet menu will be repeated every day, kind of fixed menu here, Taste wise, it's good. You can order food with the help of reception, it would be on the costlier side. It's a go to place for vegetarian people. They have many outlets in the city and the Banjara hills shop is the flagship and the oldest. They have two floors. Ground floor has snacks, sweets and bakery goods. The first floor is the dining restaurant. They have a huge range but the service is slow. You can also get Bengali sweets but not very authentic. You can also buy a lot of ready to eat foods and ice cream.

Bikanervala has 2 distinct sections: a sweetshop (along with an Indian fast-food section) and a dine-in restaurant section. The location of Bikanervala is very accessible and one of the biggest plus points. The sweetshop section brings the usual experience that you get very easily in North and Central India but is somewhat more difficult to find in the southern parts of the country. The Bengali sweet preparations are quite close to the authentic ones. The pricing could have been much better though. The dining experience is very unremarkable and quaint. It shouldn't be difficult to find much better dining destinations in the same locality.

Their buffet is the best in twin cities in the pure vegetarian category. It's bit expensive, however considering the quality and spread is worth the price. This is very famous place in Banjara hills. Food is very tasty and hygienic but it's bit costly.

The place was clean and ambience was good however the food was very oily and tasted poor. They took a long time to bring food and served the wrong items instead of what I ordered. And they were charging Rs 60 for a water bottle !

This place is not a boutique hotel. The name is very misleading. There is a restaurant on the first floor the place is chaotic corridor is very not organised. The room in itself is poorly designed. Bathroom will be all wet every time you take a shower just because of the design. The place is extremely tough to find. If you don’t know Hyderabad it will take you hours to find it via Google maps.It took me exactly two hours to find this place. Sad thing is I was not even offered a breakfast voucher for theInconvenience. Staff is not trained and somehow fall short in being called boutique. The place is just another average hotel and should not be charging the same amount as any other chain of hotels. The lack of basic courtesy and not offering customers an apology shoes black off customer service and exposure to hotel industry. For the same cost you can move to any other hotel In the area. In short it is not value for money and it is different in not boutique. Also the air-conditioning is very weird
