Tea 🍵good, but costly Rs. 15. needs to respect the customers because of the long wait, no one asking what do you want? We as customers always want something then only we come to you, you may be very busy serving to us. Biryani also is spicy, and needs to concentrate on it.

Visited this particular Shah Ghouse restaurant couple of days ago and, there is a reason why it's packed!!! We had to wait for (about 8 to 10 minutes) our table to be cleaned, then ushered to our seats. Browsed their menu, and eventually settled for their special Non-Veg platter, priced at ₹1,700 ONLY. The staff who attended to us were polite, courteous and helpful when answering our doubts. It took a while (about 10 to 12 minutes) for our order to arrive, but it was worth the wait. Given the quantity, and the price, it is without a doubt bang for your buck.

Worst service. Don't expect mutton in mutton biryani. forsake, they will give a few pieces that are too very small size. They will consider the bone (only bones) pieces also as a piece of mutton. For people who vising Hyderabad first and have an expectation to try biryani, don't choose Shah Ghouse.

I only tried their faloudas there and they were pretty good. A lot of folks I spoke to had recommended food at this location but I haven't had a chance to eat the full meal. The place was packed inside and outside. Service was great.

While going to the first floor (family dining) please cover your nose. How can they maintain such foul smell while entering thier restaurant. In case if you have to wait outside,you will die with that smell. Coming to the service, the servers are looks so frustrated not good with communication. No knowledge in what is currently available and blindly took orders. With that confusion he served uncooked mutton biryani to us. Look at the pic we had to leave all the mutton pieces due to uncooked fully. And with that poor service and average ambience who would pay 340 rupees for starters? The price is not fair at all. I recommend to prefer better hotels. Visit any Hyderabadi restaurants in Bangalore and look at their awesome taste and service and please learn little from them.

Good place in prominent location for Best Hyderabadi cussines including Hyderabadi Biriyani, Shawarma, Irani Chai, Sweets, Kebabs. Try, especially their Mutton Sheikh Kebab.

I recently visited this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The overall quality of the place left much to be desired. The waiters were rude and lacked proper etiquette when dealing with customers, making us feel uncomfortable throughout our meal. Moreover, the food taste was far from satisfactory. Each dish we tried seemed to lack flavor and was not up to the standard we expected. It left us wishing we had chosen a different place to dine or even opted for fasting instead. Given the subpar service and food quality, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

Shah Ghouse is one of the oldest restaurants in Hyderabad. All time favorite. The ambiance of that place is not that great, it's ok ok type. But the food is amazing. Been here for 3 to 4 times. Dined in and biryani is one of the best in city. However their main branch in Tolichowki is the best. We were here a week back before posting this review for haleem. I had chicken haleem which was good. But I am told there are even better chicken haleems available elsewhere. Overall its a must visit restaurant for sure!

Staffs were well mannered and active. We ordered a platter and briyani. Both were yummmyyyyyy. I would love to visit again. Family pack Briyani is worth and in good quantity.

Biryani is good👍 Their chicken biryani is good 🍗 and tasty. Their mutton biryani is also nice.

I’ve probably had my top 1/2 biryani here. The Mutton biryani here is amazing. The rice and mutton are equally taken care of. The spice is just right, not too spicy. The portion size is also just good. Please do try their biryanis. You won’t go wrong. The only complaint i have is the service. They don’t have any emotions. They are too indifferent.

The biryani here is excellent! However, I wouldn't recommend the seafood as it seems to be frozen and lacks flavor. On the bright side, the murg musallam is a must-try, leaving a lasting impression. Birayni taste is too good today I order special mutton biryani but this disappointed they provide lots of bones very mutton pieces in biryani they must increase there mutton peaces quantity otherwise everything is fine and price also so reasonable thank you

If you are coming with family then better go for upstairs AC family restaurant. That's kind of private sitting and you can have your meal peacefully. The service is quick and you can easily find help for any additional order. The food tastes good and they serve enough quantity for one serving. Overall good experience in dine in.

My friend and I visited the place last week but our experience was average. The staff was busy chatting either cleaning the tables or servicing the food. The place is not at all well maintained. It's just the taste of biryani and kabab which kept the hotel going.

The malai tikka melted in my mouth. I never had such amazing non-vegetarian food in my life to be honest.This place is a paradise for hardcore non-vegetarians like me. You can blindly order anything from their menu and you would love it. We also got chicken 65, pepper chicken, mutton fry, chicken biryani and two special mutton biryani. For desserts, we tried mango lassi and it came like a sundae, loaded with ice cream and dry fruits. Then we had kesar falooda, firni and double ka meetha. The quantity is huge and quality of food is beyond expectation!

Zero hygiene. Air-conditioning water dripping all over the place, and not to mention that includes food. 😑 When we told them, they just ignored us. ? Never gonna visit this shi* again. 😡 Before that biryani had too much gravy, the waiter took it back and gave us just white rice. 😅 We thought he's going to mix some rice and get it back. But that never happened. Restaurant look is awful 🤮 Not a family restaurant.

We tried Mutton special mandi here but sadly the taste ws bit average.. Plus dey dnt serve xtra fried onions and mayo dey provide in a plastic box lyk in outside stalls.. Anywys we hd mutton masala and chckn 65 dt ws better .. Reshami kabab ws heavy but gud.. SERVICE was poor as the guy who served us mandi he literally threw the rice onto our plates as of he ws forced to serve.. Dts the frst impression.. Ders no fixed time to eat there as it's alwys crowded.. Dark and dingy why... Well. Won't b coming bck again though.. Services shud b better

🔵The place is absolutely amazing for its biryani stock. 🔵 As a tourist I tried the biryani here, special chicken biryani, and they provided a giant portion of biryani rice with a 4 giant ps of tender chicken🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟and one well cooked egg🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 🔵Chicken ps were two leg ps and two breast ps.❤️ 🔵 They serve such a great quantity that's enough for two easily. 🔵 Along with that they serve a coconut sauce and raita as well. This place contains another two shops. 🌟 Lassi centre 🌟 Sawarma centre 🌟 Irani tea and cookie centre 🍪

Good place for dine out, food are good in taste, cost is also ok ok but management and cleanliness is not at all satisfactory. Waiter Will rub their jacket over the food, when asked for my order they be like apne order kiya tha? They mess up when u go with lot of people

If you want to try Mandi, go to this place. They have both Ac and Non AC seating arrangements. We ordered: One chicken Mandi One tandoori chicken full One lime soda Two coke Total cost was 931/-. The quantity is pretty good and shareable among 2-3 persons. You can give it a try if you are in Hyderabad.

I was very upset with management and staff attitude. They service was worst in time sense. They don't how who to behave with customers. Stuff are doing more extra then owner. Food was good but we can't enjoyed due to there behavior on us. One can enjoy food not only with taste with additional to that environment and service that also make it more taste. I had special chicken biryani which consisted of half chicken. The taste was awesome. The ambiance was unexpectedly too good. Highly recommended.

Service not so bad. Accessibility is quite good. You can reach this place quite at ease. However, the food, at least the Biriyanis for which they are supposedly known for, is okayish - nothing to celebrate.

1. Went with the family here. 2. Ordered mix non-veg platter, chicken biryani and sweet lemon soda 3. Platter cost is 1200. I recommend to order this if you are 5 to 6 persons. Seriously delicious dishes, Chinese platter comes with 5 different dishes ., chicken 65 ,chili chicken, chicken Manchuria, chicken drumstick, chicken lollipop and rumali roti .. and all these items are unique in its own way and super delicious. Garlic Naan is super delicious and it instantly grabs your attention with its fragrance from a distance. Salad with ice cream is a super delight. This is a must have and completely a go to place with family and friends.

Tried this after trying Bawarchi Not easy differentiating between the 2 Found Shah Ghouse to be little drier, spicier , lighter coloured compared to Bawarchi And the meat quantity was way better here The price was double though

I had biryani many times from Shaghouse but on my friends recommendation I've tried Murgh musallam Dish from here and this is my first time trying this dish. The taste was so flavourful with the aroma of spices used. The chicken was very tender and the dish wasn't over powerful or blant, it was just cooked perfect

The atmosphere and the place is not at all clean and hygienic, they just want money but are least interested in maintenance. I have seen things that I can't explain, even the server boys don't follow minimum ethics. One of the server boy was sharpening the knife on the dirty road and then he went back, didn't clean the knife and started cutting the vegetables. We had Haleem here and they were pouring oil on it instead of ghee, the taste was bakwaas this time.
