Almost i have visited more than 5 times this place, every time i like the food here. If you are looking for buffet menu with good taste then this place is perfect. you will love all the stater items here. almost around more than 10 variety of starters you will get here. if you are non veg lover then must try prawn. All the staff are good here.once I complained them about the taste. then immediately one of chef came to us and prepared the north Indian style crab dish and served us.

You will be served appetizers when you are settled, you will get about 5-10 appetizers depending on veg/non veg. This will make you full. All the food is received is freshly made and delicious. No complains on the flavor. My daughter made her own pizza. There are a few live counters where you can customize food. The buffet section is decent, i was not able to try some of the items as I’m already full. Even thought i liked all the food, i still feel there is an X factor missing among all, probably we went too early? 1140 in the morning?. Waiters and servers were very helpful. Overall a great place to visit for great experience.

Had a superb experience. I went with family and they also loved the ambience. All starters tasted amazing. Only part which I felt was off was the noodles in buffet section. It was way to spicy. No one handled that spice. Rest everything was great. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to all of my friends.

Visited with family for lunch. There is buffet arrangement with decent variety. They have chat corner for make to order. Had good spread of desserts. Starters is served on table with 5-6 varieties. Taste is good. Welcome drink was good. Staff is very courteous. Washroom are available but can be maintained better.

Went there for lunch and the speed the food was coming out was like one starter event 10 mins. We waited for more than 90 mins only to get all the starters they promised... Infact we didn't get all the starters.... The taste was very average to borderline poor. The live counter was a joke. We got the worst pizza... Panipuri was fine. The main course was a big disappointment. The food was cold and tasteless. Desert was terrible... Just some cakes and fresh fruits. It was as a waste of every penny we spent there. Will never go to this place again. The service was just okay... Poor guys were getting screamed at by customers in every other table. And they were equally frustrated by what the kitchen was churning out. As I said in the beginning.... They are either closing this down... Close to 10 starters of veg and 10 starters of non veg with varieties of chat and Mongolian live food counter.kids enjoy to make their own pizza as they were allowed to make it on their own which is a different experience for them. Even though the main course is limited menu with biryani and couple of curries on veg and non veg , the starters itself would fill your appetite .. Coming to the desserts Flechazo offers 9 varieties of ice cream and 3 varieties of stone ice cream of fresh fruit flavors. Along with these they have fresh fruits,cakes,sweets and waffles.If you are a sweet tooth person, you will love to taste all these.. The service is great and it offers reservations as well for a team or family gatherings..

My visit to Flechazo, a Mediterranean restaurant, offered a mix of experiences. The chicken and fish starters, like Apollo fish and chicken kebab, were highlights. However, the paneer majestic was bland, and the fried fish was decent. Baby corn was amazing, but fried potato was average. The customizable pizza and desserts like gulab jamun were enjoyable, though pani puri wasn't great. For the main course, the chicken biryani stood out, while paneer kofta was decent. Service was good, ambience decent, but the suffocating room due to poor air conditioning affected the overall experience.

Recently Visited this restaurant the ambience of the restaurant was good.the restaurant has a spacious and Lively Atmosphere with comfortable seating arrangements.Iam a Regular visitor to Flechazo but my Experience here in Madhapur was not good.Starters were not cooked properly and were serving the same varieties again and Again.after several requests for mutton starters they served it last with very Less quantity.The main course was good.Not much spread but taste was ok.the presentation of Food not commendable Pricing was on little higher side compared to similar restaurants in the area..wile the quantity of food and service justifies the price to some extent.there is no Valet Parking.Its difficult to reach the restaurant during night due to hectic traffic outside.Staff were courteous..They have not Given Mocktails which they usually give for buffet.Overall not good experience dining in Madhapur Flechazo..

Had an amazing spread of food items. All the starters were extremely good. Their was sushi too for the Asian food lovers. They have live counter as well where you can ask for anything you want to eat. You can make your own pizza too. Would definitely recommend you this place if you're looking for a good buffet. Nice place to hangout and have fun with friends or family.

Me and my office colleagues visited for a buffet dinner, and the overall dining experience was a mixed bag of flavors and impressions. The starters offered a promising start to the evening, with a variety that ranged from the sweet and tangy pineapple fried to the savorybdelights of chicken wings, chicken tikka, mutton sheekh kebab, crispy corn and chicken legs. Each dish presented a burst of flavors. Moving on the main course, the highlight for me was chicken biryani. Unfortunately mutton gravy fell short of expectations, lacking the depth of flavor that I had hoped. The fish curry was also good. The dessert section offered a sweet conclusion to the meal.A simple scoop of vanilla ice cream and a pastry provided a satisfying end. Pani puri, a delightful and unexpected addition that added a touch of street food charm to the buffet. While the dining experience was enjoyable, the main course left room for improvement. Food/buffet was okay. Please don't dare touch sushi. It's the worst item I've ever eaten at a restaurant. Pizza is not good either. Other than that there are a wide range of dishes available. Good live counters. Service is good, they serve starters to the table and for the main course you'd need to prep your plate yourself. I visited with a swiggy dineout coupon of 50% during the swiggy food festival. My total bill after discount including addon drinks was about ₹500. It's definitely worth the price for this amount but for the actual bill amount, I'd not say the same.

Worst experience.. Half cooked non-veg, low staffed, even deserts were self service 😔😔, floor supervisors are busy on laptop all the time....not interested in listening to customers. In fact there is no time for them to attend customers. No AC at all, low quality food. Bad experience, will never visit again.

The new addition to buffet restaurant is flechazo which is quite good with the taste as well as ambience. The variety of kebabs served tasted amazing. And in the dessert section waffles were the best. Check out flechazo and relish the unlimited buffet.

The place and ambiance was nice.. we have ordered for non veg buffet. the starters were good.. they served us Crispy corn, boneless fish, boneless chicken tikka, mutton seekh kabab, chicken leg piece, prawns, and chicken leg with bone. The main course was nice. They had chat counter with pizza and pasta counters. The deserts could be better. Except for the ice cream, I did not like any of the deserts. The restaurant might be a good one in normal days but when its a situation where social norms matters, this restaurant utterly failed! Disastrous for the restaurant in maintaining covid norms and food was awful. The ambience was not to the level. And even the staff is least bothered about the public behavaior where I have spotted kids and women spilling food back into those newly prepared dishes. The restaurant has no weather to eat food happily. Its lot more to say a proper civilized restaurant rather I would call a public place like bus station! Do consider this.

These guys have one of the best service and food in and around Hyderabad. One of the good buffets in the area for the price. Do get in with Dine IN app for the discount otherwise its like 750 for whole lot. They have 10-13 appetizers which are served to your table ,customized as per your taste. They try to be so polite and fixing the issue. We had privilege of meeting the chef, so-chef, guys from the kitchen for improving their food. They had real good food which made whole process easy. They give Lemon sharbath as a introduction juice which is divine. They have main course of crab curry, chicken curry, chicken dum biryani, lots of veggie curries. They also did have veg, n veg pizza, chat bandaar, salads, grill things, Mediterranean food,. We loved there desert which includes jilebi, Gulab jamun, donuts, ice-cream's(9), brownies', halwa, cupcakes and many more. We were served by guy called chanchal , so down to earth, service was top notch. Definetly ONE MORE TIME...Nahh...Everytime

We went there on the last day of sea food festival (apparently on a Sunday). It was a very disappointing experience ever. Since we generally don't find sushi in buffet, so we choose flechazo so that we can taste sushi and what not ! But there was no Sushi, no chicken dimsums, the main course was extremely horrible(we couldn't even eat that). In chaat section also, lot of options were mentioned but only panipuri was available. The only good thing was starters and dessert. I hope flechazo looks into this. It was not worth 838 bucks that we had spent !

Not for vegetarians (can completely avoid if the majority of team is veg) the veg starters were served cold and the staff had no interest in getting fresh veg starters/ dishes on priority.. 2. The chat section and the open counter cookings and pizza section was almost non existent for our lunch..they had v less stuff for serving and the pani Puri had no pyass (onions) to serve! 3. They just add STAFF MAINTENANCE CHARGES 😕 to the bill (around 10% of the bill in our case).. without any intimation and were not ready to accept no for an answer.. ( imo...as we were more than 15 members, they backed down and removed the same)

Tasty food. Service is very good. Sundays it will be crowded. You get both veg and non-veg foods. You have more varieties in non veg compare to veg. Crispy corn is very good here. Buffet price is also not that much costly. The ambience of the restaurant was pleasant with a lively atmosphere and comfortable seating arrangements.

It is a pleasant day to visit the flechazo. The ambiance is good and the staff are supported. They prepared less spicy starters upon request and cooperative. Minimum of 7 to 8 starters available for non-vegetarian foodie lovers. Main course also has plenty of variety veg and non vegetarian items. Chat Items also available. Different types of deserts available. Price is average and not much.

A good buffet place Chicken wings, shrimps, and chicken items tasted good even better than Barbeque Nation. One small thing I felt is that options are few in main course compared with BN. Main attraction of the place is the interiors and over all ambience. Overall this a worthy place to try.

Starters are nice and there is lot of verities of sweets along with icecream. There is two live counter but I found Only one live counter was functional and person was missing from another live counter. Anyway you will enjoy the food. It's followed the covid guidelines too.

Personal favourite : Chicken Wings, Prawns. The main course was a buffet with limited yet sumptuous and tasty dishes. The Dum Biryani stands apart. Among the chat and Snacks, Pizza was amazing and so was the pasta. Pani puri was okay as well. Finally, coming to the deserts, I'd rate a 9/10 for all of them. Let me make it clear that Iam not a sweet tooth, yet the little deserts impressed me. Overall, the experience and the food were equally good. Would recommend it.

Place to try for Mediterranean food, very nice hospitality, vide spread of dishes, huge menu of veg and non veg! A good number of choice in desert, unlimited mocktails, pizza making, nitrogen ice cream. The waiters do not accept any tips (part of Mediterranean culture). A very good place for office quaterly outing! Or family gatherings! They accept cash/ upi/cards.

I came here 3 years ago. Everyone Must try all starters. In around 600 rupees , you will get a great deal. Many dishes are available. Some sweets and deserts are also available here. Thank you.

They promised more starters but when we asked they said its out of stock. Also only the starters and dessert(not all) were good in taste. Main course and the live counters were so bad. They literally used ketchup instead of meethi chutney in chat. Please save your money.

Nice place to visit if you want to try a variety of cusine from Sushi to pizza. They give a twist to the known dishes like orange juice Pani Puri etc. There is a section to make our own pizza which kids will like. And they have a conveyor for picking few like sushi, wantons etc.

Overall an average place. Ambience is just like a normal hotel. Service is like a snail. Taste is just okay, if you are a foodie then look for another place instead of this unless they improve the food quality and service.

The place is good, food is tasty, variety is available. Problem is with air conditioning and ventilation. Air cooling is not uniformed across all tables, few tables have too cool and few have too warm atmosphere. Staff will be prompt if the crowd is less, else they will take time or forget your order as well. We asked for rotis and it took more than 10 mins, we ordered farewell cake and they didn't bring it rather they just created a cake kind of view using sweets. Service should be consistent across.

Once you get there you will a glass of juice. Place is good but AC was like it's not working, washroom had no ventilation, feels suffocating there. If you're planning something for team lunch or anything like that you may go the BBQ instead. They're serving seems same dish just dipping into Tomato sauce and saying this is this is that. Being tired of BBQ Nation and AB's whose quality is reducing day by day, we wanted to try it here. It doesnt have grill on the table concept like the above 2, but the starters and the food menu are almost same just that over here we have more options in terms of live counter. We can make our own style pizza, we have sushis, we have other liev counters here. It does have decent food. The service was exceptional what ever we requested for they provided that service to us very quickly and most importantly patiently. Special mention to Saajan, Salam, Chanchal, Jannath who were patient and responsive.

Praveen the service boy is especially to be be appreciated for his service and behaviour. He carries very professional conduct towards the customers. We really liked his services. Seating area near kitchen is too hot and Air conditioner is not adequately placed. Really terrible place to sit near kitchen area. Starters are delicious whereas main course is average especially biryani. Overall a good place to chill out.

I am highly disappointed with flechazo though I am here for 4th time. It was good and they used take care about customer feedback and response which is missing now and food also they are not serving to the table. In the buffet bay food is cold and not even crispy. If you complain any thing they will just say due to covid we have changed our policies.Ambiance is also not well maintained. Definitely you will regret if you go there now.

Compared to Gachibowli this branch is not good. Seating capacity is high but taste and startus are not good. I am not satisfied with the items too. Gachibowli branch we need to wait for seating here we no need to that is only advantage with Madhapur branch.

Crowded place (not a complaint), wide menu, tasty food. They should be concentrating more on the hygiene, given the current situation. As I felt the corner areas near the glass facing road, aren't neat. Parking is at the worst. That's where the visitors loose there interest. I visited this on Jan 1st for lunch and there was no walet parking (not sure if that is how it is, or the staff didn't turn up as it was a holiday). And when I went to the 3rd basement to park my car, the place was stinking like crazy. Thought of dropping of the idea of going into the hotel.

They changed their service a lot after covid. We have self service now. They stopped serving alchohol. Pani puri will be completed made at their place and they'll give you instead of giving separately. You can't make pizza! Visit only for buffet and taste of food. No extra activities.

I have been to Flechazo Gachibowli many times but Post Covid jt was closed and i had to Go to Madhapur one. The Table services has been closed and you have self help. Also because of this most of the food you will get is cold. Food was good but not hot so it reduces the enjoyment. They started closing counters very early. However staff and service is quite good and stars for that. I hope they would come back to the original service soon.

Flechazo's Santa's Feast, a Christmas food festival offering both vegetarian and non vegetarian delicacies. The roasted turkey being a special attraction. They serve starters right on your table and consits of crispy corn, fried fish, cheesy rolls, kebabs, prawns, canjun potatoes, wings, grilled pineapple and more which tastes good. They have seperate counters for mangolian, chaat, pizza, pasta, sushi, dimsum and desserts. They have a usual spread of main course buffet. Overall the place is decent enough to visit with family and friends !

The nonveg starters here are just amazing. But the best part were the mini desserts. This really minimises the wastage that generally happens at a buffet. The employees also put up a nice dance show in between. Must visit.

Experienced lunch buffet in July 2021. It was awesome experience. But now it is a complete flip-flop. Starters are just okay. Main course items cut down to 50%. No quality in main course too. Lot of waiting time for curries and so do with staff pace. Most of the main course items are not hot. Peaks is that Chicken biryani is cold. Zero rating for main course and staff. 2 stars for starters and ambience.

Excellent service by shabbir and the main chef who took great care in explaining the science behind sushi! . I don't remember the names of couple of other people as well who were very generous. We reached late but inspite of that we were well taken care of. The buffet costs 750 per person and it's totally worth it.

So we went to celebrate our anniversary here and it was the worst experience ever if you are foodie and like tasty food i would never recommend to go here 1. Service was very bad and yet they said service charges are including but they charged us for service. 2. The AC was not working and felt like eating in non AC buffet restaurant. 3. OMG , chicken momos were very bad i thought may be they gone bad 🤮, i will never forget how bad it was like 0. 4. Main menu items were less 5. Starters were okay-ish but fish was not good. 6. Don't expect pizza taste like other places it is not good. 7. Ice cream cups were broken yet they served and it was leaking 👎 8. The worst sushi I have ever tasted felt like vomiting. 9. Servers are not experienced and before even we finish eating one of the main server asked " shall I bring the bill" and we were too stunned 😳 we immediately felt bad and asked for bill. 10. There was no reception person and when we asked for soump he just gave one in hand there was a bowl but empty I don't know why. After all these we felt bolted and uneasy for whole night and it was first time that happened to us even after eating less items. WE WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN VERY VERY BAD AND WORSE OTHER UNLIMITED BUFFETS ARE FAR MORE BEST THAN THIS VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED 🤢🤮

I wouldn't recommend this buffet place. My experience was really bad. The service was slow and the staff didn't seem to care much about the customers. The food quality was terrible too. It took forever to get the food, and when I finally got a piece of chicken, it had blood on it, which was really gross. Please don't waste money and your Precious time

It's very good fine dining with amazing ambiance and music , food is delicious and fresh , deserts are made by them personally can rate 6/10 for deserts. Mr. Rajesh the staff member served and interacted very well .
