Had a 2 week company-provided stay at the place. Pros- 1. Premium location in Hi-Tech city 2. Rooms were clean and well maintained 3. Housekeeping staff was very professional and quick in cleaning the room 4. Complimentary breakfast spread had a good variety 5. Room service food was good Cons- 1. Some of the rooms might not have good balcony/window view, make sure to ask for the right room 2. They have a very strict timing for complimentary breakfast, some grace timing required there.

It is a very good business class hotel. The location of the hotel is great. The room we were allocate has a decently spacious & the bathroom is clean and tidy. Wi-fi is complimentary & works fine. Room service is great. Breakfast has a decent spread and the dinner buffet is also delicious to eat. But due to COVID-19 gym is closed. The few flaws which I found are limited parking space and NO VISITORS policy (by the way they didn't inform me while I checked in). I had a guest coming in to meet me from a long way and they have denied access saying they are implementing NO VISITOR policy due to pandemic. I had conveyed them that they didn't inform me at the front desk of even the same isn't there anywhere in their terms and conditions. Then they correct their mistake and gave access to my guest for an hour or two. But being a 4 star hotel they should have been informing of such policies so that we can avoid embarrassing situations in front of guests. I would have given a 5 star if it wasn't for such mishap. All in all I had a good to great experience.

Nice Hotel. Star Hotel @ budget rates. If booked through a third party app, it will definitely cost less than directly booking from this Hotel. While booking ensure that complementary breakfast is included, otherwise, buying breakfast separately will cost much more. Centrally located & Near to Airport. Good Staff. Check in time 2pm. Check out time 11am. But they consider request for stay upto 2/3 hours after checkout time, with out any extra charge 👍

A good hotel to stay but staff is poor, untrained and many are incompetent. They have a big communication gap. One says something, other will deny. One will promise something, other will deny. For any special request, they will ask you to talk to the department head. It was so much headache for us everything we called for food, water, room service, tea. Reception person is like, you need to talk to the department head. We'll only do what we can. Our room AC didn't work at all the moment we checked in, reception person said ,we can not do anything as everything is sold. But when started yelling on him, all of sudden some rooms got vacated and then he shifted us to another room. It's not a star level property at all.

Located in a decent locality. Rooms were neat and decent washrooms. Comparitively spacious. Decent breakfast. Good location. A pretty Cafe just below the hotel. 1 min walk distance for several street food stalls.

The rooms are pretty basic. The single beds were a little less wide, a double bed would be more comfortable. Accessibility and service was very good. Dine in options are both buffet and a la carte. Buffet spread is very good, and healthy. They also have a midnight menu and a coffee shop that is open till 4 in the morning. Overall a good deal for the price quoted, which is reasonable too.

Stayed in this property for a month and overall, the experience was commendable. The wide array of options for breakfast and dinner truly enhanced the stay. The staff were well-mannered and attentive, meeting all my needs with professionalism. The laundry services stood out, ensuring clean and fresh clothes throughout the stay. However, there was a minor area where improvements could be made. The quality of toiletries, namely the soap and shampoo, provided to customers could be enhanced. It wasn't up to the expected standard. If this aspect is improved, it would perfectly round off an otherwise excellent stay. Despite this minor issue, I would still recommend this property for its stellar service and quality amenities.

Pros: 1) Excellent location and easily accessible. 2) We had that complimentary breakfast here and should say it is very good. The restaurant staff are professional and courteous. 3) Hotel front desk and staff are courteous and polite. Cons: 1) Valet parking is subject to availability. Also, there is no parking area near the hotel. You have to park your car in the 2nd level basement of another building nearby. 2) Tiny and congested rooms. Bathroom is too small. We cannot even sit properly on the commode because it's halfway below the washbasin. 3) The rooms are meant to be non-smoking, but as soon as i entered the room, there is a faint cigarette odour. Also, there is a cigarette bud lying near the bathroom door. When asked, they sent a cleaner and removed it. 4) The beds are cold and smell weird. I'm still thinking about that smell after 2 weeks. 5) AC functioning - We cannot control our room temperature. We have booked 2 Rooms and it's same in both rooms. Either they must be auto-climate controlled (or) they must be controlled by the management. 6) Their prices are too high for their mediocre rooms.

If you are looking for a basic hotel, meaning just a room and meals, this happens to be the best bang for the buck. We stayed here for 5 days, and it was a good experience. The rooms are decent, the staff and service are great. Food was also pretty good and affordable. Only few things i felt were off: 1. They have parking in front of the hotel for about 3 cars only, for others they have valet parking (they park in the basement of the adjacent building). Couple of times, their valet driver wasn't there (even at 11am) and nobody gave me clear instructions on where my car was. 2. They don't have a swimming pool. 3. All the fittings in the bathroom had hardwater scales. The wardrobes were screeching. The mini fridge was wobbly. The maintenance for these isn't so tough. Overall still a good experience, i will definitely consider this hotel the next time i go to Hyderabad.

Reception staff and their behavior was good. Off late they are getting more customers it seems. I guess this has changed their behavior. Of course "sir" "sorry sir" "Please tell me sir" will be used as always, but can be understandable on their response if they really mean it or not. Given chance, better to avoid this hotel.

Acceptable rooms and services for the price. You would not have complaints. Terrible parking management. It's shocking for a hotel like this to not have valet parking. It's a busy road and it is very uncomfortable to manage drop offs. Very few dedicated parking spots owned and security suggests that you find your own parking. They will point you to roadside parking spots but that's where it ends. The location of the breakfast isn't too appealing. It gets the work done. Upon multiple calls they did arrange more dedicated parking spots for bulk reservation. Keep in mind that you'd have to follow-up with calls to get this done. You'll be told that you'll get a call but you would not. Not sure who missed on providing the update but thanks to the person who provided the parking spots.

The ambience was good with a mix of family guests and few corporate employees who most likely were staying in the hotel. I am extremely satisfied with the rooms and the service offered by the hotel. Rooms are very neat and clean with all the basic amenities provided in the room. The restaurant is also very good, be it the quality and taste of food they provide and also the quality of service. The location where the hotel is situated is also a big plus. It is located in the heart of the city and just 45 mins from the airport. The only issue I found during my stay was that there wasn't much parking space in front of the hotel. Maybe they have a separate parking lot, which I am not that sure of. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would surely visit again when I'm in Hyderabad.

It was a great experience at this hotel. I stayed here from 18th to 22 July with my husband. The location is great. Greater is the staff and house keeping and greatest is the food. Such a variety and spread... stomach friendly as well as pocket friendly... But I gave 4 because when I needed an emergency allergy medicine at around 8:30 on the first night, they didn't have anyone to fetch. My husband who was not well had to go and fetch. I suggest please keep things and staff ready for emergency. Otherwise it's a great place to stay.

I had buffet dinner from this hotel recently. The dinner was really good. They included different varieties of dishes for both vegetarians as well as non vegetarians. The starters were awesome especially the fish nuggets. Chicken 65 was also really good. The main course included phulka with mutton and fish curry, chicken biryani and fried rice. Those who want to experience the food but don't want to book rooms here should confirm their booking for the buffet dinner early.

Excellent hotel, situated in prime location, prompt room service, keen on cleanliness, well-spoken staff, breakfast is also good. Liked everything about the hotel. I had a good stay of 4 days. I will chose this hotel if I visit Hyderabad again.

It is value for the money paid. Good to stay with family. Nearer to the metro station. From the airport after passing through highway it is 10 minutes into the city roads.

First of all I would say thank you and appreciate the hotel management of Deccan Serai Hitec City. The service was terribly excellent and hotel was neat and clean since it is old too. The location was amazing for us to walk in the night time to relax. Complimentary BF which we got was truly amazing with variety of dishes. Totally our stay was pleasant and kudos to all the staffs, management and each and everyone 😍🥰

A delightful experience we had last week for a 4 nights stay at this hotel. Tasty breakfast, in the centre of hi tech city, good service, clean and large rooms. Value for money.

I stayed here for a day, technically from 9.30 pm to next day at 5.30 pm (approx., 20hrs) but I paid one one-day room charge and an additional 3900rs late checkout charge. Even though I informed 2 weeks earlier that I would be checking out late. Not a fair deal.

Loved the experience, good rooms and service. Food is well made and reasonable price. It also has a cafe which is a bonus personally for me where u can work or can have some delicious coffee, croissants and lots more.

The toilet door in room # 206 was very hard and could not be properly closed. The room had no view also. Room amenities were pretty basic, no hand towel was provided. TV channel options were extremely limited.

I was asked to give a 5 STAR rating from a spam review agency which may be hired by this hotel. Never visited it but giving 1 star balance it's rating coz almost it's 5star rating s are fake.

Hotel is at the outskirts of the city, so it will take time to visit all tourist places. But, good service, good rooms and good food in the hotel restaurant. Staff is very cooperative. Hitech City is amazing! Economical and wonderful stay.

The sheets were quite dirty, the pillows dirty, pretty much no amenities. Water bottles are limited and if asked for regulr water pretty much no responseThe service not so great. When asked if i could get a plate i was refused. I mean what sort of a hotel does that!

The Hotel is built in a Posh Part of Hitech-City just behind The Westin, the hotel's parking is way more uncomfortable as there is not much space and they partly occupy the road leading into Mindspace. The ambience of the place is nice but the planning of the inside is not appreciable as there is only one washroom which accommodates to 3 big meeting rooms and the dining is also very congested

Overall the experience was quite average! Internet connectivity was a challenge and their IT team wasn't able to fix it during my stay. You get reminded by someone called Giridharan Mohanta, apparently a Sr. Duty manager, had been very disrespectfully about certain things which they call the hotel policy. When I demanded the written copy of it, they didn't have it handy to share. The reception argued that the policy was internal and they can not share it even though it impacts the customers directly! Horrible experience with a couple of individuals however the rest of the staff were very helpful which I really appreciate!🙏

It is not safe for girls. I and my fiance had a stay at this hotel where we had a very bad experience. The maintenance supervisor barged into room with master access card while my fiance was changing her dress. On complaining to the management about incident, they were trying to defend supervisor and we're trying to compensate with free lunch. Worst management and manager who don't have guts to fire the supervisor for his mistake. If u r moving into this hotel it's on ur own risk. The shameless supervisor had no regret for his mistake.

This hotel found well located in Hitec City area of Hyderabad. Hotel staff was so humble. Room were cozy and ambiance is great. No need to call for any thing all amenities were already in room. Menus and other detail will on your WhatsApp. Food (Dinner Buffet) and Breakfast was also good with various items. The good thing is that all on reasonable price. Thanks for serving well. It's a newly built hotel, it's super clean both in the rooms and bathrooms and all over within the property, the staff is well behaved. No carpets in the room or in the lift lobby, enhancing their hygeine up by another level. The cafeteria/eatery they have is one of a kind..... Love the Korean garlic buns, gelatos with mushroom danish The numerous options for cakes, cookies....and pastries The ambience gives me the feels of everything 'gentle and soft'

Very nice hotel and I did visit Hyderabad for a short stay and I got good recommendation online. Rooms were clean and there are many eateries nearby including lot of street food options. Metro station is nearby too. All the staffs were nice. One suggestion is not to plan anything from here by car since it's situated in the hi-tech city which is having high traffic. Hyderabad is well connected with metro so it would be wise to take that mode.

Guests can enjoy the complimentary breakfast which is of excellent quality. They also provide upfront discount to their guests when you order food from their restaurant which is great. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here.

1. Rooms were not available on time for check-in as per given time. Had to wait for one hour to get even 1 room out of 5 rooms booked. 2. Staff behaviour was not good. One of the staff at front desk was behaving over smart and was rude. 3. Breakfast was complementary as per package but food was average with not much option. Even for room service they didn't have much option. On day 1 they switched off the lights of restuarant after 10am, though we were having the food. Staff was rude when we asked to let us complete the food saying that breakfast time is only till 10am. 4. They don't have enough utensils, requested for few water drinking glasses in room as we have few kids with us but was denied saying hotel doesn't have sufficient glasses. 6. Net to net behaviour made the experience poor.

Hotel is located quite close to all major IT companies. Had a pleasant stay on a business visit, cleanliness was good. Complimentary breakfast was awesome with lot of variety.

My third time to stay at this hotel. It is a great hotel with good service, very clean rooms, and excellent food. I have really enjoyed this hotel for my other stays. The location is very convenient to my time in Hyderabad. This time my room was very loud during the night. Perhaps it was next to or below a gym within the facility? It sounded like weights hitting the floor all night

Was a short stay but loved it. Room are neat and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast is awesome as well, with full of fresh food and tasty also. Easy access to other locations of Hyderabad. Some of the TV channels were not working, but not a big complaint, as I didn't visit Hyderabad to stay in hotel and watch TV, which I could have done in my home :)

This review is specifically for the banquet hall (Cilantro Hall) in Deccan Serai. We recently celebrated my sister's Sangeet ceremony in the hotel and it has been an amazing experience. The venue is spacious and can easily accommodate 150-200 people at one time, an added benefit being the location and the hygiene. The food served is tasty and reasonable with a variety of food packages to choose from. They also have a Mocktail menu available which you can opt for if you're looking for a Non alcoholic bar kind of set up for the event. We have received great support from the banquet manager Anil who is very friendly, hospitable and considerate with your requests.
