Worst customer service ever. The girl immediately said that my outfit could not be done because of Ramzan and was very snappy when I asked questions about outfits. I politely asked her if I was able to try on one of the bridal pieces and she snapped saying that it’s an extra small size. I absolutely hated how rude she was and I walked right out of the store. I am not about to give my business to a brand who hires people with such an attitude. I went across the street and the lady greeted me very nicely and explained everything about the outfit. On top of this, Tena Durrani only allows bridal by appointment and the only way to book them is through WhatsApp. Even on WhatsApp, they will take 2+ days to respond to one message and won’t provide all of the information. It is so difficult to get ahold of a representative to respond on WhatsApp to book an appointment. Whatever you do, do not buy your bridal outfit from this brand. They have rude and slow customer service. Wedding shopping is not easy, but it makes it even more difficult when you have to deal with employees with an attitude. There are many stores in the same area which offer phenomenal customer service and answer any questions or concerns you may have!

Absolutely WORST customer service… Please BEWARE of these frauds. I made an online order on May 10th for 700$ including 5 lawn outfits. Till date I have not received anything except bunch of lies saying it will be shipped tomorrow/ next week etc. This has been their pattern since I first reached out to them about my order status in June. When I confronted them that they have been telling me same thing for months then they have become UNRESPONSIVE. I live in Canada and I there’s really nothing I can do about it. Not only it is highly unethical to take someone’s hard earned money and not deliver the order, It is ILLEGAL too. They leave the messages to seen and don’t respond. What kind of brand does that? EXTREMELY SHAMEFUL but these people have no shame. WORST ONLINE ORDERING EXPERIENCE EVER. Shame to you Tena Durrani- for calling yourself a brand. Even Local vendors are way better than your FRAUD brand.

Worse customer service and online ordering experience! Ordered a lawn outfit on March 20th and still haven’t received anything. They keep saying this week/today/tomorrow and don’t even bother sending any package tracking info. Not sure how they are still in business! Absolutely unacceptable behavior by staff members...they are are all clueless! After having paid online with a credit card, they have the audacity to finally send my order one month late via COD asking for the full amount (I found this out from a screenshot of the Fulfillment center they use...which they emailed me just now after I asked for a refund)! Shameless! There are so many other business in Pakistan offering much better products and services whom I’d rather give my business to and support! Never ordering with them ever again! What a terrible experience!

I ordered my bridal dress from Tena Durrani as an overseas client not able to fly to Pakistan at the time. The initial customer service was good and they helped me select the colour of my dress and even sent me a calico/sample of the dress made of cotton to make sure all the measurements were right. The sample calico fit me perfectly and I was super happy with it. It made me reassured that the real dress would fit perfect too. Closer to the wedding I had to chase them a bit to make sure the dress would be ready on time. It was delivered later than they said and 1 week before my wedding. When I tried it on, I was so so disappointed. The work on the dress and dupatta was lovely (reason for 2 stars instead of 1) but the dress did not fit at all. It was about 3-4 inches too big in the waist. I messaged them on WhatsApp to say that I don’t understand how this could have happened since the calico fit perfectly. They started gaslighting me by saying they made it exactly the same as the sample calico which they obviously did not. I even double checked the measurements of the final dress against the sample calico and could see the 3” difference myself. The dress ended up being about 3 sizes too big for me and looked like a sack. What’s worse is they delivered it so last minute (one week before my wedding) so now I am rushing to see if a tailor here can fix it. It caused me so much stress and Tena Durrani won’t take any responsibility for it or even apologise. They maintain they did nothing wrong and got all the sizing right even though the final dress does not fit. Honestly if you are an international customer - avoid this company because if you don’t like the final product, they don’t care and they won’t help you.

I ordered the black pearl sari and I’m mesmerized by the work and intricate details. It’s utterly beautiful. Tena Durrani is an amazing brand with high quality service. I placed an order from Canada and they made sure I got my dress within 2 months. They also sent me a mock size to make sure it fit. I flew in to Karachi for my brothers wedding and picked up the saree in person. My entire experience was lovely. I received several compliments at the event. I would highly recommend Tena for bridal and formal occasions!

Assalamualaikum. I just wanted to let everyone know my terrible experience with TENA DURANI to help people avoid making the decision to work with her,especially overseas people.I am not denying she had nice designs however her costumer service is absolutely terrible. She tried to cheat on every single piece of fabric. She used very Cheap material. When I tried talking to her, she was extremely dismissive and disrespectful. She does not know how to satisfy her customers. She act as if she was doing me a favor. I am paying for her overly expensive clothes and she does not want to listen to my trouble that I went through and acknowledge her mistake. It’s impossible to work with her as she is not a humble person and very arrogant rude individual . Just be cautious when deciding to work with her! InshaAllah in the future she will treat her clients with more respect. That happened in first week of May. The reason on delaying my review is my daughter’s this text: “MomYou should wait to send the review when you get back home or send it anonymously. I don’t trust these people.”

Based on the designers name, Tena Durrani, the boutique offers a varied collection of eastern formal and wedding wear. Offers both off the rack and custom made clothes, however the prices don’t always justify the work. Customer service could be improved. The boutique itself is at a convenient location and offers a small parking space. I do believe the store’s entrance and the stairs leading to the main boutique downstairs could be spruced up.

Dress I ordered is gorgeous. Order could have been handled a bit better but at least they threw in a free pouch to compensate a bit. Don't go to the Lahore location. There's no tailor there for alteration if you need it.

Poor communication. Send funds and then disappears, doesn't respond. Edit: Responded, promised a refund. Money not refunded after 2 weeks. Theft!

Feb 2024: We managed to contact the CEO of Laamiah. He personally got involved and resolved/refunded our money in full. Although he did not state what happened, I believe there is/was a 'bad apple' on the staff who thought they could get away with defrauding us. Kudos and heartfelt thanks to the boss for making this right. I hope he has kicked that employee to the curb. Oct 2023: WARNING! Take the bad experiences (in these reviews) seriously. This website is run by Laamiah LLC, affiliated with a Redmond Washington (USA) location. I am a dad, paying the bills for my daughter's wedding. This website uses WhatsApp to communicate and they have stolen a large sum of money from my family, through supposed "deposits" for wedding outfits (no work order taken nor any job initiated) I don't know if Tena is actually affiliated with this website, or if she is aware of what is going on under her name. Those of you on social media (I am not) need to spread the word of extreme caution with , if not outright boycotting, this site. The good reviews are not to be trusted, and you deal with this site at your own peril.
