I
ordered
my
bridal
dress
from
Tena
Durrani
as
an
overseas
client
not
able
to
fly
to
Pakistan
at
the
time.
The
initial
customer
service
was
good
and
they
helped
me
select
the
colour
of
my
dress
and
even
sent
me
a
calico/sample
of
the
dress
made
of
cotton
to
make
sure
all
the
measurements
were
right.
The
sample
calico
fit
me
perfectly
and
I
was
super
happy
with
it.
It
made
me
reassured
that
the
real
dress
would
fit
perfect
too.
Closer
to
the
wedding
I
had
to
chase
them
a
bit
to
make
sure
the
dress
would
be
ready
on
time.
It
was
delivered
later
than
they
said
and
1
week
before
my
wedding.
When
I
tried
it
on,
I
was
so
so
disappointed.
The
work
on
the
dress
and
dupatta
was
lovely
(reason
for
2
stars
instead
of
1)
but
the
dress
did
not
fit
at
all.
It
was
about
3-4
inches
too
big
in
the
waist.
I
messaged
them
on
WhatsApp
to
say
that
I
don’t
understand
how
this
could
have
happened
since
the
calico
fit
perfectly.
They
started
gaslighting
me
by
saying
they
made
it
exactly
the
same
as
the
sample
calico
which
they
obviously
did
not.
I
even
double
checked
the
measurements
of
the
final
dress
against
the
sample
calico
and
could
see
the
3”
difference
myself.
The
dress
ended
up
being
about
3
sizes
too
big
for
me
and
looked
like
a
sack.
What’s
worse
is
they
delivered
it
so
last
minute
(one
week
before
my
wedding)
so
now
I
am
rushing
to
see
if
a
tailor
here
can
fix
it.
It
caused
me
so
much
stress
and
Tena
Durrani
won’t
take
any
responsibility
for
it
or
even
apologise.
They
maintain
they
did
nothing
wrong
and
got
all
the
sizing
right
even
though
the
final
dress
does
not
fit.
Honestly
if
you
are
an
international
customer
-
avoid
this
company
because
if
you
don’t
like
the
final
product,
they
don’t
care
and
they
won’t
help
you.
