I have been a fan of KFC since my childhood and I am glad to say that the taste of KFC in Pakistan is still the same as it was back then. The chicken is always juicy and tender, and the spices are just perfect. The fries are also delicious and crispy. The service is also great, with friendly staff who are always willing to help 2 zingers + 2 drinks in 550/-mE, Fresh and crispy 8/10 Crispy duo box me 5 piece chicken, large fries and 2 drinks 9/10 Total 2050/- enough for 4 persons Service 8/10 Tastes well. Nothing has changed over the years still the same old reliable KFC.

Our go to food place, because kids get engaged in the play area, we can eat peacefully 😂 Play area is very small.. food is always fresh n good 👍

It's crucial for fast-food establishments to maintain a high standard of cleanliness, which was lacking during my visit. On the plus side, KFC's iconic chicken recipes continue to deliver the familiar, delightful flavors that have made them a household name. The Original Recipe chicken, in particular, remains a comforting and tasty choice for fast-food enthusiasts. In conclusion, KFC's signature chicken recipes remain a highlight, but the experience was marred by issues such as long wait times, parking difficulties, and cleanliness concerns. Addressing these areas would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience.

Value for money! I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the ambiance was cozy. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience.

The renovation is good and the place on the whole looks pretty good too. But the issue is quality of the products they sell, especially what they are known for "Zinger". The zinger they used to serve, the Zinger they show in pictures is not what they sell in actual, no lettuce, no iceberg and the size of chicken piece has been reduced to the one they serve in Crunch burger. And their official Facebook page, least bothered to reply to customers queries / comments and feedback.

KFC, Thandi Sarak Branch is quite awesome, provides customers a relaxed environment with Lucius food 😋. Staff is too good to serve customers.

Food is good, quality is good too. But happened twice with me when I ordered zinger with cheese 🧀 I got it without cheese.

The place is clean and the staff is very nice. Post coronavirus the SOP's are followed and no entry without face mask. The food is very delicious I only tried few dishes and they were all good but I'm yet to try more.

KFC is one is the best choice for a quick meal also there are several discounts offers by different merchants like golootlo also with different cresit card and debit card, place is neat and clean, good atmosphere, separate family room for dine in. Staff is okay, I recommend atleast you should go and spend time with your family for having fun. This place is more suitable for childrens. Highly recommended.

I have been here for years one of my favourite place to dine out in Hyderabad...although they have changed the theme from vibrant red color to this monotonous color and they have also removed my favourite sofas but still this would be my ¹st option to hang out with my friends and family....

My experience was very good. Ambience and cleanliness was superb. Food quality was excellent. Staff was very cooperative. SOPs were followed, only take away due to covid19. Overall great experience.

Teach your employees how to deal with their customers i have been very disappointed because the manager their doesn’t even know how to talk to the customers. She was continuously misbehaving and asked me and my friends to leave the place at the moment even we did nothing just because we were sitting there for a bit long she told us to get out, like who does that! such an illiterate staff, the manager there was such an illiterate person. I would suggest KFC to hire someone who knows how to talk and who knows how to deal their customers.

Visited there after many years (aprox: 7-8) still the chicken they provide in zinger broast etc, it contains skin under crunches basically chicken isn't properly cleaned before being cooked which isn't good for health. Staff is good and well trained. In corona pandemic SOPs are been followed from lower staff to customer. Value for money is high priced.

Reception staff was amazing. Environment was cool and soothing. Good thing is that they have female staff at front and back in the kitchen which makes the environment friendly

I am not habitual to eat such food but with friend I have visited KFC and ordered Krunch Burger with chicken piece. The taste of Krunch was average but the chicken roasted piece was good.
