Bench cafe, located at Abids has a delicacy spread across Chinese, fastfood and cafe. The ambience was a bit dim but overall it was good. This is a ground+ 1 floor restaurant and can easily accompany more than 40 numbers. This seems to be a perfect hangout spot for friends and gangs. The theme is bit of old style. Coming to food the menu was good and had a wide variety with good amount of quantity for the price we pay. The service could have been better as there were some miscommunication happening with the waiter. Overall the food was good and i recommend to dine in here and taste the food.

We found out about this charming cafe from our friends. Everything about it is great, from the cozy ambience to the not-so-crowded atmosphere. We've visited a few times and tried various dishes. The masala chai is a standout favorite for us. The prices are reasonable, and they also accept payments through Zomato. Whether it's a date or a dine-out with friends, this place is a definite choice.

Had looked up on Google for cafe in and around found this highly rated cafe and it lived up to the ratings. Nice vibes this cafe have got, staff is very attentive and polite. Food is very nice. Had ordered bbq pizza, chicken burger, kiwi punch and blue lagoon. Only thing is there is no washroom on ground floor. But the guy was kind enough to give us water bowl before we start eating.

The place is pretty decent, amazing appearance and delicious food. Looks good during evenings. The place is budget friendly and can be rated as medium according to price. Food rating is at maximum. We ordered veg combo(pasta+fries+coke ) ,masala fries, veg burger, veg grilled sandwich and cheese chicken grilled sandwich and 2 veg pizzas (chatpat panner and four cheese) . We fell in love with flavours of pasta it was piping hot and delicious. Everything we ordered tasted delicious and they have good hospitality. There is an availability of washrooms. All covid sanitation measures are maintained.

The Bench Cafe & Restaurant is a lovely place to have a meal or a snack in between your shopping or sight seeing expeditions in Hyderabad. Clean ladies toilet also available. Very beautifully decorated, great ambiance, and excellent service. We had tried the spring rolls and paneer chilli fry. The milkshake was really yummy.

Good place with a good ambiance. The Chinese chop suey was good but the Chicken in the Singapore Noodles was not cooked properly. Overall a good experience.

I would say a decent cafe on the roads of Abids. Ambience is kinda okayish. Food tastes pretty amazing, their Chicken Alfredo pasta is just a try. Service is definitely unprofessional, needs a hell lot of improvement. To be honest, they won't listen to your needs. Avoid if you are looking for luxury and professional service.

Had a visit to the cafe which is located in Abids. The ambience is great, the location of the cafe is in the busy area of Abids. The food was awesome must try the sandwiches, pasta and the pizza. Service was great and quick. Overall had a great experience for dining out there.

I had gone to this cafe mid shopping, the experience was very refreshing and the food tastes good. The menu has different cuisines including rolls,burgers,pizzas, pastas and drinks. The price is reasonable too.

The place is secluded from the hustle bustle of the road. Offers great ambience and seating facility. The only tried their "Universal food" menu section which offered Pastas, Pizzas, Burgers and different sides. The quantity and rates are reasonable. Taste was average as compared to the price point. The service was on time too during the rush hours. The waiters were quite misguided about some of the items when asked and pushed us to order things that they thought it was good even after ordering something else, whether it was due to any menu item shortage which they wanted to cover or something else. Overall the experience was better than expected.

Ambience looked like nice and cozy from outside. Food is just average but the hospitality and neatness is worst. We were seated on a table near the counter and as there was no AC their is a huge fan blowing the hot and spiced air from the kitchen. My eyes turned red and when I went to pay the bill suddenly hot pepper went into my 2 year old baby's eyes. There is no place to wash hands too.. I need to rush into the kitchen to use the tap water to clean his eyes. And the staff sit still like rock with no reaction... Also they write on a piece of paper and give as bill.. Worst experience ever!! In an area where people shop and come to relax, but this is not a right choice.. don't go!

Ambience was the best they have 2 sections one is on the ground floor while the other is on the first floor for more privacy I personally liked the ground floor ambience. They had great milkshakes I tried the brownie truffle and the kitkat milkshake they were yum a very nice chill spot in middle of the city. Need a break just stop by here. Have to try other things on their menu too.
