Waste place, Very very poor maintenance, and verst response. Ordered a coffee, and they didn't even cared to respond for 1 hour. Rooms are not for good sleep, they dragged the furniture throughout night for decorations, parties until 12 midnight and then they threw loud music at 5.30 am ignoring the guests. Not only this, the owners held the lift in 5 th floor for about 45 min for their own transportation damn caring the guests. Do not even think to stay here. It is up to you. Worst experience.

Very good restaurant... Food is very testy. Best part is having separate kids play area with a very good seating arrangements. Gone twice and enjoyed the hospitality. One can go with kids without any doubt. Gone this time with colleagues. Car parking available.

One of the most overrated hotel in the city, no worth service for the money given, they don't have courtesy to address customers. We order some snacks and they ask us to pay immediately. We inform them that some more items to be ordered. Once all the orders are completed, we will pay in one go. They are not agreeing on that. They asked us to surrender our ATM card till the bill gets paid. I have never seen such an approach in any hotel in India. Very worst experience ever !!!

Went with a group of 7 for a party. One person got served when the rest almost half finished. Fried fish, with oil dripping fried crust and extremely raw core (half cooked !) served with tiny small and cold mirchi. ...Other places for any occasions, it's way better and faster and tastier there. Being said, having a kitchen still the food was delayed and cold! PARKING WAS A HASSLE!!!

1. Location is quite easy to reach. 2. Valet parking is available. 3. Ample place to park two wheelers. 4. Service we got in bar section is worst. 5. Food quality and taste is good. 6. Banquet halls are available. 7. Had kids play area. But in some areas the management should focus to get much service experience to customers.

I visited for my friend wedding on a weekend it was little bit crowded. Ambiance of the convention hall is good and suggestable for mini functions it would be a best place. But the food was below average it can be improved a lot. service people in the hotel given a good response to the customer.

It has a bar & restaurant , family restaurant, family restaurant and banquet hall. It looks like a place with awesome maintenance and is fully covered with a/c. Educated staff and they will guide you in a polite way. Tasty food and the ambiance is classic and in very decent look. Not much crowd disturbance. Prawns statter was tasty and looks good. Recommended place to chillout and hangout.

In short: This place is pathetic for stay. I can give 100 reasons to NOT stay at this place. Most important ones are : 1. If you are a couple or staying with family, do not go for this property. They will make your life living hell. We had 2 rooms booked and between these rooms they alloted a room to some local bachelors who were partying whole night with so loud music and creating so much nusinace that we were not able to sleep. After complaining almost for 5-6 times to the management, the management staff didn't do ANYTHING. They behaved like they are helpless. Imagine, you wanted to take your parents to pilgrimage and in the start of the journey itself they make it a bad experience. Me and my parents (who are senior citizens and are in medicines) couldn't sleep all night because the next door boys and hotel staff didn't have the sense to behave. 2. The management & staff is rude and useless. They will not respond to your concern & problems no matter what. 3. They will ask you money for the food the instant it get delivered to your room. You do not have option to pay bills at checkout.Even the bill price is 34rs, they will make sure they take it from you and then leave the room. 4. This property is not typically a hotel, it's basically a banquet. They only have 16 Rooms in this hotel. So, the people who are there for the function i.e. for few hours should be fine but people who are new to the city or place! Please totally avoid this. 5. They will automatically check you out in the morning and your room keys will stop working, although the checkout time is 11 AM. You will have to go to hospitality to get it fixed everytime. 6. The room walls are dirty, bedsheets had stains, floors are dirty. Lastly, don't fall for the price trap as you'll get good options and a better experience. I would NEVER recommend this hotel ever.

I attended my cousin's reception in this hotel, their service is very bad, the one who was recommended to give starters will not check the guests and won't serve as the guest arrives. The counter also got closed before the dinner has started. So I gave 3* for service. But food taste, ambience is very good. I would recommend this hotel for functions but we should be there with service people to be on their toes.

Yesterday I visited the hotel I had an extremely negative experience due to the unresponsive staff, poor customer service, and the apparent lack of knowledge and understanding of our language by the predominantly Bihar-origin staff. We went to restaurant with family. We ordered Veg items. Starters and biryani both are spicy. We have to search 🧐🧐 for kaju in Kaju Panner biryani. They gave 2 to 3 kajus in biryani, when we asked the person who took the order she said this is how we serve with 2 to 3 kajus in biryani, with no option we had it. Manager also saying same thing... Worst restaurant Not worthy Even serving ALCOHOL in family restaurant.

A very spacious and comfortable banquet halls in all floors. It can accomodate around 1000 to 1500 members in the banquet hall. Marriages, receptions and events of various types can be performed with very ease. Parking facility is available for all vehicles.

Complementary breakfast is very good. But in complementary dinner they only provide a bowl of mix veg and two rotis. Also they will not provide this complementary breakfast and dinner at the room , one has to go to the dinning room for that.

It's been my favourite place, both with friends & also family. Ambience welcoming and food enjoyable.pricing is on higher side for the quality and quantity served. Surprisingly tere are none to man the door both at main entrance and the restaurant.

This hotel looks really good in the ground floor, reception area. We stayed here for 3 nights fascinated with the so called 3* hotel and th interiors. Now coming the room, we had booked 2 rooms here. On the first night we struggled as the water force in the bathroom was so slow compared to other room with many insects on roof. After many complaints, the night shift guy helped us change atleast the hand spray panel other taps force being same. We slept well that night and woke up early next morning as we had plans to go ramoji. But we see there is no hot water to bath.. Struggled to get help we had to use other rooms bathroom as we were getting late. Appreciate their breakfast which was the only thing good about this hotel. That day we asked for room change. We were exhausted so slept well. Next day was also good until we got to know there was a birthday party in the hall on our floor. That night was spent like a nightmare again with so much of bass of loud music as the party hall is adjacent to the room along with the guests screaming loud in the corridor ruining our stay. On complaining the hotel owner arrogantly replied that the noise will continue till 11.30 and nothing can be done on this. We were so helpless. My head started aching due to all this and finally had to tell them to stop to party or we will complain to the police. Basically, this hotel is not meant for stay but they concentrate more on banquet hall and restaurant. There are so many more complains but my review is already so long now. If you are unlucky and if there is a party happening (which is most likely to happen as there are 5-6 banquet halls on every floor and close to the rooms) then your night will be a hell.

Nice complex, but limited parking. In case of any functions held in the halls of the complex, then the parking will be available only those who come very early. Valet parking is there but again is limited... once the traffic built, then it's horrible. I wish 2 wheelers should have some common sense on parking, as they should start showcasing some courtesy to park properly.

My review is for the food here and not the stay. Coming to food, the chef should be parceled off to Pakistan as a gift and I wouldn’t feed the food from here to even my worst enemy. We ordered from appetizers to deserts and everyone of the food items sucked. I highly do not recommend this place.

Most hopeless services. They claim to be in hotel business from 1990, but to be Frank their staff doesn't know what is the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their staff is such illiterate that they don't even know how to be courteous. Anything you ask, first answer is "not available" or it will be chargeable. Do you expect an adult to survive on 500ml water.for whole day. When asked for serving tea in room,I got to know that chef is busy and we cannot order. Then when I raised a concern then they arranged for tea which was not hot at all. If called on their room service number no one received the call for multiple times. You guys need to seriously improve .

Very good Banquet hall. Spacious enough for 500 people to attend and beyond that a bit congested. Good lighting and looks very nice from inside. There are three halls - one each on 3rd, 4th and 5th floor with around 4-5 rooms. Parking is an issue in case all three halls have functions at the same time and there are more attendees.

Shubham palace.ambience is good. But caterers are not upto the mark.
