The environment and management is perfectly fine. However, the guards should be taught the politeness and professional way communication. It looks like guards are to escalate the situation rather than deal it with their skills.

They only do primary PCI, nothing else.

Totally free for heart patients. Better to visit this before going to karachi NICVD. Get your tokan number at 8 am checkups. Before checkup just make your NICVD file ready by visiting nearby depart. You can ask anyone there to get assisttance.
