Great place to buy any kind of interiors for new homes and renovations, it's a one stop destination for all the home needs. All latest models are available, be it furniture, crockery, organisers, kitchen and bath needs, decoration items etc. This is situated in Sarath City capital mall, need to consider that if visiting during peak hours, there will be lot of traffic due to flyover construction work to enter the mall. Price is on a bit premium side, but few options are available in reasonable cost too. Staff are helpful when we seek help from them, otherwise they will let us spend as much as time we want without any interference.

I bought a office chair which I would have got in an hour from other furniture stores. Homecentre took one week to deliver it and then when the assigned person opened the carton, he found that one of the parts was broken and he raised a complaint on the same day. It has been 4 weeks now and the chair is yet to be replaced. It is really shameful for you people to offer such a pathetic service. Why should one buy from you? I don't even find a single reason. Fooling and looting customers in the name of brand.

I feel this is the best place to shop for home furniture, home needs interior design, ideas. The experience is really awesome here. I have purchased a dining table here and got delivered, it’s quality is really awesome and the designs are so good. Must visit place and buy home furniture and interior items.

Pathetic service. No accountability. None of the staff in local store (Sarat City Mall) has the knowledge of the ordered furniture. For every concern, we get only one answer - "Call on the Call centre number". Local staff does fraud in Billings. Our initial invoice was changed without our knowledge with prices reduced. We have one invoice with one price and Homecentre staff has another invoice with different (reduced prices) for the same furniture.

Horrible experience. We had decided to buy a sofa from this home center store. However, we had to change our plan with in 24 hours. Post that we informed them to cancel and dont charge... Request was taken. But, it really wasn't executed. Everyday, my wife and I would call the helpdesk and we would be given assurance that it would be closed by the end of the day but it would never happen. As if they don't want to close it and charged the amount. Experience is very pathetic.. dealing post sales is extremely poor. Customer service is very poor.

This place offers a variety of furniture and home interiors. Products are for good quality and the staff are also very welcoming. Cost is moderate and comparitively more or less equal to that of Danube home. They have different models than others and recently bought decorative gift items for last 2 times from this store. They also seem to have direct entrance to life style from within this store.

Never buy from this store. I bought several furniture items. After 1 year they say no repair or support option available at Hyderabad. With no post sales support why anyone would buy expensive furniture from this store?

We have been cheated and defrauded by Home Centre, we recently purchased dressing table and the "fit in stool" for INR 24k by paying cash, but they delivered only the dressing table. When we complained, they said stool is sold separately!!! this was not clearly informed to us when we had purchased the dressing table along with the built in stool. This is sheer cheating and fraud on part of Home Centre. We shall raise this complaint with the consumer court also, unless Home Centre delivers us the stool and then we shall withdraw this complaint. Extremely dissatisfied and felt cheated by Home Centre. Please take immediate action to avoid further embarrassment to Home Centre.

Have bought a bed here. It started breaking in 1.5 years. I urge everyone not to spend your hard earned money on these buggers. They sell sub standard products and provide no customer support.

Never buy anything from home center.its worst quality. I bought a premium sofa from Home center and it got teared under 1 year.and when I spoke to customer care about sofa being under warrenty,they come back saying it's usage defect.such a irresponsible response ,worst case after spending lot amount expected a repair from Home center.This is very wors buying option.please never buy anything from home center..This is my advise

Ordered a sofa yesterday and we had a change of mind today. Travelled all the way to the store to cancel the order within 24hours and they straight out denied the cancellation. They have asked me to call their customer care who then told that their cancellation team will get back to me but they haven’t yet. Their process is too tedious and is not worth the products in my opinion. Check the products in Homecentre and ordered them online from platforms like Amazon. Even in 2023, homecentre return policy is so outdated and messes up the entire shopping experience

I have placed an order on August 21 and cancelled it on August 23. Submitted my back details for refund on August 30th. It's been 48 since I gave my bank details. I haven't received a refund till now. I have emailed, called customer care and also DM'd on Twitter but nothing is working out. Very pathetic customer service.

My next move if the problem does not get resolved is to officially file a law suit, as I have all the call details, names of people whom I spoke with, message from store manager promising to fix the issue. I am more than happy to revise the rating and forget all the poor experience so far as long as the issue is resolved. Horrible experience. For the service provided so far, I would rate it zero star if that option was available. Purchased a new sofa (Aries 3 - one 3 seater and one 2 seater along with a coffee table) which was delivered on Wednesday, May 04, 2022. The carpenter fitting of the sofa leg was incorrect and the same was acknowledged by the Sarath city mall - Hyderabad store manager. Further, the pictures of the sofa on the website also proved the fitting was incorrect. Initially the home centre carpenter who did the installation said that’s how they do the fitting, then later came back to my home and said the sofa was defect product as it was making a noise while sitting on it. The carpenter then raised a query and said I will get a message regarding replacement details. It’s been 5 days, I haven’t heard anything. I spoke to the store manager who has been making false promises so far. Never expected such a poor experience from a premium brand like “Home Centre”. The sofa and coffee table is a defect product according to the home centre Carpentar who did the installation. and yet I don’t know by when the products will be replaced.

Such a duplicate items they are selling.recently I bought dining table and they delivered the product which is having cracks and raised a request to replace but still I haven’t received the product and closed my request. Don’t trust home Center products..they are such stupid fellows..

I bought an gift item there and asked them to wrap it but they don't have a gift wrap made me move around to other floors which is of no use. And told thrice to remove the tags but wrapped in a paper with tags. I didn't expect this type of service from "home centre".

I liked the selection and store service. My ranking is due to unsatisfied transaction of delivery. I have traded old sofa and purchased new one. People who picked the old gave me hard time and store mgmt should be responsible for their actions. Hope the management sees this and put strict guidelines to those people who dies the pick-up.
