Its been a sad experience right from the rude receptionist. A twin sharing room costs Rs. 5500/- per night and the AC is leaking water and wetting the bed. Toilet has no light. Even basic amenities like towels / soaps have to be repeatedly reminded and asked to the housekeeping personnel. Not expected at all from a multispeciality hospital. Stairs are all wet after a rain. Very un-maintained hospital. See photo.

I came to Apollo for the first time as the doctor i used to visit us having consultation facility.but however, it was a sad experience that the entire first floor in the consultation floor the AC was shut. All the patients and their attenders were wearing masks and it was so suffocating. The reception didn't respond to our request rather said it was not their problem and we have to complain to the authorities. Further again called reception and complained. Fir the first time I have paid 900 bucks and came for a check up and this experience was least expected.. So many kids were around in this atmosphere

Apollo hospitals secunderabad was good with emergency and general care. I had to visit for my family member with dehydration and high temperature on emergency need at 5AM in the morning. I am slicing a star as it was bit lazy registration process which took almost 30+ mins, Not sure if it's actual normal time for that process. I saw a need for improvement here as it caused inconvenience to me. Otherwise I see rest all good. Dr. Dinesh Reddy took care of my family member and he was very generous and helpful with all the doubts we had. I give 5 stars for his medication and treatment. Posting some pics and videos of the room that we stayed. I feel the colors of the room can be changed as it was dull environment with green wall. I personally like walls with white paint in hospitals.

My husband G Surya Prakash Rao has been under the care of Dr J Shivkumar from 2006. We have always found the doctor to be very courteous and competent. My husband underwent CAG and FFR on Aug 13th and was discharged the next morning with advice of medication. We found the doctors in Cardiology, the nurses in ICCU and the Billing section all very helpful and good. Our overall experience has been very good. We thank all of them for being very considerate.

My father V Sreenivasa Rao was admitted on 14 Aug.20 here due to breathing complications and was treated under supervison of Dr. Dinesh Reddy. Following are my observations. 1. Staff very very helpful during initial stages of call for Dr. appointment and admission. Particularly keeping in view of the current pandemic condition. 2. The parking of the hospital is very bad. No parking available in the hospital, you have to park outside with your risk. Anytime police van can put you fine or taken into custody. Inside response for the patient is zero. Always forward here and there. No one help you to get correct steps. Now I am I side the hospital. About the doctor or service will give another review.

Hi we recently got admitted in to Apollo hospitals for the treatment of Dialysis. The response of the doctors was so good and they were so interactive with us. The housekeeping boys helped us a lot by cleaning room the properly and taking the patient to the washroom overall they were so helpful.

Good hospital with quick services. Admission formalities are a bit too much and hoping the hospital can work on reducing the paper work for admission processing. Parking for visitors also needs a thought since its parked in the side in the dirt and open. Nursing staff is good and help understand and follow instructions well making sure the patient is treated well. While admission a few charges are a bit much )asst doctor, nutritionist, etc

My experience at Apollo Hospitals Secunderabad has been memorable. The staff was very courteous and ensured that my admission period during a covid attack was as stress free as possible. My recent experience in apollo hospital is, it is Covid Safety Hospital and I have seen all the staff are very strict and they make sure every one is following the protocols to keep the hospital COVID safe. It was a great experience meeting Dr. Dharma Rakshak, Chief CT Surgeon at Apollo Hospital Secunderabad. My father was admitted under him for CABG and AVR. Upon meeting him he took the time to listen and answer all of my questions and even ensured me by stating he was there to care of everything. From ER to the admission process to the discharge process. Everything was handled really well. The staff team was very empathetic and comforting throughout my Grandmother's illness. Good service rendered by the team... Ms Padma madam guided very patiently, she is very approachable, compassionate and very easy to talk to person. Her team is also has been very hospitable. She did splendid job in figuring out our needs and tried to cater them.

My grandmother was admitted here after she came here as an emergency patient. She was kept in the CICU for a little while before moving her to in-patient ward. The doctors were great! In Emergency the doctors were quick to diagnose the issue and responded well, they also made sure the patient didn’t get scared due to everything happening around her. In the CICU she received spontaneous attention and was monitored 24/7 by the doctors and nurses there. After being moved to in-patient ward, the doctors made rounds every morning and made suggestions for patient care for the next day. All service were made available such as pulmonologist reference and physiotherapist etc. Medication and food were all given in a timely manner which was very helpful in maintaining patients health. The housekeeping staff here at Apollo were great!! They were very helpful for the entire time my grandmother was admitted here. Overall, great service.

My Grand Father was infected with virus. So they kept in ICU. Atmosphere and treatment all is good they have good facilities. But only concern 😟 is money for 1 day they 1,05,000 which is too much. Normally middle class and backwards class family cannot afford that much. If patient is admitted in ICU they will not allow you to go inside only 2 members are allowed per day that to at give time. What is happening inside we never know which is very horrible part.

The operation went well and successful on 15.02.2023 and found No Complications . Post OP ICU nursing care is great. Last year when we took my dad to Apollo we really felt they have good experienced & knowledge doctors and he recovered. However, basing on my today's experience I wouldn't recommend any of my family, friends or well wishers to Apollo. Today I been to Apollo for my consultation as an out patient as I have been suffering from cough & fever from 3 days however doctor didn't bother to pay attention to fever and was rushing to complete prescription and had only forced for X-ray and didn't allow patient or attendee to speak with their symptoms. I regret now as I wasted a day in trusting Apollo doctors as not every one would be same plus NOW MY FEVER RAISING UPTO 101.6 doctor was only inclined to get admission or simple suggesting to take Dolo without identifying what's the patient is going through. Consultation shouldn't have completed without diagnosing for all illness here strangely, Dr. Dinesh Reddy was only interested to treat cold or cough but not fever. Wrote tons of medicine when asked what are the next steps or when do we revisit he again wrote test worth 10K and asked us to do the test and come back. First based on the X-Ray he said no issues but again asking for other tests? Lost faith in Apollo, almost spent 4500 with no result. A shout out to Apollo, please ensure to show empathy to your patients and let them express their symptoms for a better treatment rather just imagining and writing prescriptions to send off the patient. Presently, I took two doses from afternoon, cough is still the same. I wish to give rating as 0 however google doesn't allow to do so.

Visited for full body checkup while billing they told if eye doctor is not available in secunderabad they will take person to hyderguda brach and eye check up will be done there. At the end of the they did not do eye checkup and asked visit next day , when we visit next still no eye doctor nither in both the sopitals and no refund no checkup done, poor communication

Covid RT PCR TEST Great hospital, quick and efficient staff. I had to travel internationally and get the PCR test done. I called them, came after 2pm, their staff took the sample and sent the result within 24 hrs. The report they issue can be used as fit to fly certificate.

It's a great caretaking and well advanced hospital !!!! I would say...this is one of the very few hospitals that holds great doctors with such a vast experience and advanced knowledge. More than home amenity is what you get with round the clock.. house keeping and nursing service! My dad has gone through angioplasty. It was very well managed, planned and executed. Wonderful and Warm experience from start to finish at apollo secunderabad largely with the chief cardiologist Dr. Shiv Kumar J sir who treated my father for Acute coronary syndrome. The doctor ensured all the proper testing before explaining and performing the best conclusive surgery (Angioplasty). Not only was he knowledgeable and terrific with the surgery he was also greatly compassionate towards our finances and treating the patient. I wanna to give 0 stars for the service what doctors provided. They created unnecessary pandemic situation for a small issue and made us to admit for 15 days and their was not even a single rupee benifit for the treatment what they have given. Their was no progress even after 15 days and they discharged in the same way with what problem we admitted. Worst service by the doctors where i ever faced. Maybe this is called corporate hospital mafia. Human health became wealth to this kind of hospitals.

Wonderful empathetic service during COVID times. The staff Padma helped my elderly mom secure a digital consultation with her doctor, which saved my mom not only the trouble of visiting the hospital but also avoid COVID risk during these times. Really commendable service by Padma. Thankyou !

I was joined in Secunderabad Apollo hospital due to chest pain after all the tests it's confirmed its a heart' stroke one of the wall was completely blocked immediately the started doing treatment on the next day morning they stented to the blocked one.. thanks to Dr Mrinal and Dr Snigdha both treated me well I was happy with services they provided thanks to all the staff.

Treatment was prompt and timely. A big thanks to Dr Shivkumar and the whole team having treated my dad for his heart issue, especially that he was brought here in emergency situation in middle of the night on a weekend.
