Dr. Farhan is very good but other staff do behave very rudely especially the security team, they really don't know how to treat patients attendees. Food in canteen is too expensive with average quality but outside food is not allowed to eat in canteen furthermore it is only allow in basement where hardly any housekeeping is done. They ask you to follow covid protocols which is only applicable to in patients but out patients floor and cafeteria is heavily crowded. Insurance counseling is too poor. They charge for everything. Hospital team will not communicate properly with un-educate people. They will give preference to rich & well dress people. One should think before going to this hospital

Dr. Kapil who treated my son was very accommodating to our requests and his treatment vas thorough. The hospital bills, I felt were a bit towards the higher side but it was very clean and hygienic. The room was large the attendant bed was also relatively comfortable. The bills were completely transparent and we're explained properly.

Watchman and security people are so rude that they think we are taking treatment for free, they don't even have basic manner of talking. No humanity or any kind of basic arrangements for patients attendees. We are not allowed to sit inside and asked to wait in B1 section where there are no seats/chairs to even sit, attached pic of waiting area for patient attendees. I being a physically handicapped person and requesting to allow me sit at least outside wards in night time but where told to go out and sit in B1. Security was so rude and not understanding at all. My son not well, mother has to be with him and for other works I need to be der Or in case mother asked to do anything I need to be with him. Even then we can't sit outside ward also, you are not allowed and forced to go to B1, which is unhygienic place with nothing there. Disappointed seeing such behavior. Even water is not available for patient as well and we have to buy and everything is charged Editing my review , thank you for looking into it. Floor incharge came and spoke to me and they have helped me . Yesterday night the person I thought was incharge but it's clarified that they were part of security team. Please another request is at least place chairs in B1, PLEASE .

One of the best hospitals in Hyderabad. The one thing I really like about the hospital is that they follow the protocol. And they don't go out of procedures. So who ever are newly expecting they should be stress free and with ease they should expect a great treatment from the doctors and the supporting staff. Brilliant hospital, professional doctors, big waiting area, space for children play area, nice canteen. Got my parents, family and friends vaccinated with covid vaccine on 6 march and they didn't feel the pain. Thanks to the experienced doctors there and specially Dr. Hafsa who made all of our family's experience comfortable and great. The hospital designing is also amazing both from interior and exterior. Doesn't feel like a hospital. Feels welcoming. Cleanliness is also outstanding. All my family and friends now want to take vaccines only from Rainbow. Thank you once again.

My experience with rainbow has been very unpleasant with a new mother or twin babies, we were in the room 315. The hospital and the room were clean and the doctor shruti reddy after the delivery there was no sign of her visit to the patient at this point being lost and wondering why she did not visit < Sept 21. 23 is the last we saw of her, coming to the nurses 2 per floor that we were staying with the new born were not attentive and also were asking us to do most of the handling it's a shame & review should be made so people who want to chose a hospital thinking about the care that a new mother deserves but did not get . I think special care should be taken regardless of twins or not . I hope this review actually makes a change also increase your staff or teach them better coordination.

'An Anaesthesiologist knows, who's the best obstetrician'. Being an Anaesthesiologist I had the privilege of choosing the best obstetrician, Dr. Bhargavi Reddy. Mam helped a lot in explaining everything, giving importance even to minute details. with the help of labour epidural analgesia by Dr. Sunidhara Reddy, my wife had a pain-free and a safe normal delivery conducted by Bhargavi Mam and Dr. Sindhu. A heartful appreciation to the nursing and supporting staff🙏. Lactation supervision was the best and I couldn't ask for more. Co-ordinators were really helpful in managing everything and to get things done in time. Thank you Rainbow and Birthright, it was a pleasant journey for us.

Visited for fifth month scan. Only mother is allowed in the scan room, father is not. The problem however is with the reasoning: Covid safety. This does not add up with how much crowd you see in the hospital, and no enforcement of "only one attender per patient allowed". It seems like the stated reason is being used because it makes it convenient for the hospital themselves, not for patients. As others mentioned, you have to figure out everything on your own and there is no voluntary guidance, staff seem indifferent. Having second thoughts about continuing here based on experience so far. Go here only for the doctors, expect large crowds and indifferent response.

Pathetic service and management ever seen in any children's hospital. Giving appointments to multiple patients at the same time but whereas doctor is not at all available on time and reception staff is very worst and they are least concerned about patient emergencies or time they are waiting. We can see in images how clean the children's hospital is and reception staff are very eager to collect freebies from medical reps then taking care of patients who are waiting in their hospital for more than hours.

Rainbow hospitals birth right (this is the tag)It's very pathetic with maintenance,lift services, cafeteria food related, room nurse services, ip billing, insurance, even we have to pay for parking, my suggestion it's better to look other hospitals if the doctor would come there to do any service. Due to timeline, I'm writing very less points writing this review. I've requested them to remove the needle from my kid's hand while discharging and they said ok we will do .. waited for long time and they didn't and again I requested the doctor she said ok nurse will come do that not by me.. The funny thing is, once all things has done they r requesting the good feedback it's really not sure what should I mention on this. Some times they would behave like wildly. Really they have done soo much of hipe... This hospital doesn't have that much capacity to do the service.

I booked an appointment (a video consultation) for May 7 and the team, at their convenience, moved my appointment to May 9 for 12:30. I only received a confirmation message for my appointment but no one in the coordinator team arranged a call with the doctor. I have called the customer support any hospital number several times but in vain. Why do you have a video consultation option of you can't make it work? I continue to visit the hospital because it has good doctors. The front office staff, coordination teams, etc are horrible. Rainbow needs to work on educating their coordination team staff.

Very irresponsible staff (working doctors), The owner may have high motive but the sub staff are running behind generating money. they need to understand what an appointment is and need to honor it, patients are paying and giving doctors a lot of respect calling Sir/Madam Doctor irrespective of the ages. they are considering the need of patients as weakness by keeping them waiting for long for no reason and advising unnecessary tests and collecting money for a follow up which was not needed. I lost a very high hope i had in the Hospital. so useless the staff are. If allowed i would choose a negative ranking. Five star payments alone does not keep the Hospital at high rank

The service in all aspects, (doctors, nurses and cleanliness) is great. Greatly appreciate Rainbow pediatrics. Doctors explained the case very well and educated parents on post treatment measures very well. Highly recommend for others. Treatment is no less than foreign standards.

If available...we should give minus rating.....worst hospital in hyderabad. They dont do the correct treatment. This hospital is money making. We had a deadly experience. Mother gave birth to his baby (C sec) and she was tortured by hospital doctors....story is discharged mother in 3 days by keeping baby(one month preemi) still at hospital. Asking mother to come to visit multiple times in a span of week which is such a terrific torture to that mother with inhealed surgery pains. It is clear that they are not professional doctors.... playing with lives of patients. Govt hospitals r far far more better than this... charging lakhs of rupees by creating complications to mother and baby while in womb.

My experience with rainbow children hospital Banjara hills is very happy. Best hospital i think. Takes care very well. Once we enter into hospital staff takes care of everything. My son got recovered very fast within 2days for the cure of abdominal pain. Doctor Ujwala daily visited two times and monitored the patient with care and explained all treatment details with patience. I can say worth to take admission in this hospital. This is my experience. My sincere Thanks to Doctor and hospital.

Treatment is fine , but the Hospital administration makes the patients wait for long time even after having an appointment and being present before time. They start scheduling appointments to the patients much before doctors arrival time which is not right . Staff has Zero Proactiveness, front desk staff/reception support staff have no clue on whats going on, unless you ask them repeatedly they won't bother to reply you back. No option to write feedback with the staff not on the website. I had to wait for almost 2 hours inspite of having an appointment. Consultation fee is little high compared to other hospitals . Quality of food in cafeteria is not good,

Admitted my 4 year old daughter with viral infections and covid. Good care taken by Dr.Faisal sir and the team. Explained and clarified all our concerns very clearly. Nursing staff is also very good and patient and gave all medications on time. Doctor treatment is the big plus here.

I was admitted for about 3 weeks due to a complication in pregnancy. The treatment while admitted was great, but the way nurses & doctors deal with you during labour is very bad & disheartening. No one was allowed to be with me due to covid, but the nurses also don't stay with you. I was left to deal with myself while having contractions & when in pain. My consulting gynaec didn't even deliver my baby. Someone else who did it instead, was very rude & didn't bother answering any anxious questions from me. I was pregnant for the 1st time, & they were expecting me to behave as if I'm an experienced mother.

My kid got good treatment and we are happy with doctors. Only few minor points can be improved, when we shifted from general ward to twin sharing, there was a patient with TB symptoms. So request to ensure which treatment is going on for other patients so that it will not spread to others. Then on request we again shifted to other room. Also if the main doctor come for rounds to see the patient, at least 2times a day will be better. And once tests are done and reports are received, it will be better to show to doctor and let us know the results. Not to wait till doctor come and tell us. After breakfast/lunch/dinner , plates are not been removed. In general ward washroom cleaning can be done frequently as there are so many patients. And also sanitizer can be kept in general wards at each bed.

My son got admitted with breathing difficulty. We were in the hospital for 2 days. The treatment was good. The Doctors are very nice and explained the problem very clearly. The treatment was also explained in detail. The admission process was also simple. The nurses were friendly with the kids. All the staff were nice and cooperative.

Expert doctors with great treatment. The issues are with lift staff, security staff, they should behave with attendants respectfully and one observation is one of lady security in lift is talking on wired phone and it was blocking exit. She was always on phone and miss the floors. But on the treatment wise I would rate 10/10.... especially, the doctors...

We have admitted my daughter on 28-Oct-22 and treated well. We got discharged on 31-Oct-22. We have followup on 4-Nov-22, which is just after 3 days of discharged. What surprise me that, we have to pay for the consultation Rs.900 again. We came for followup of the same issues, same doctor. What i understood that after discharged we got 7 days followup free. Consult with OP manager and came to know that even just next day of discharge we have to pay as per hospital policy. Upon my request to show the policy OP manager showed the policy which is expired 5 months back. However, if this is hospital policy, we respect the policy but it needs to be visible or accessible for patients to understand better.

I really love the doctors there.. but the management is pathetic. Visited 3 times in the last week and received the same hospitality every time. Here in the picture, i was asking this madam a question and she didnt even lift her head to acknowledge.

Very worst, just we went for normal check in and they have been taken into ER, nothing done just triage they have done and charged 900rs... very worst service, I really wonder on that for normal baby they are suspected SEPSIS nd ordering unnecessary labs.... The best maternity care available in the city. I am fully content with the services and treatment. I would highly recommend Dr Himabindu Veerla maam. She is an amazing doctor and we delivered baby via normal delivery. Her expertise, knowledge and the way she calms patient down, truly is a reflection of her commitment towards providing best care, vast experience and knowledge. I went here to take my first dose of covishield vaccine and I must say it's quite big, hygienic and well maintained hospital! Definitely recommend who are looking for children's hospital!

It's absolutely a negative experience with this hospital. They just have a name in the market but the way they deal with people is pathetic. I visited this place for vaccination on a paid service. They just asked me wait, wait and wait... The security over there is of no use and the waiting time will kill you people. I suggest you not to consider this place for vaccination try other alternatives.

Today my daughter surgery happened to remove adenoids and tonsils. No issues with doctor, he is very friendly and surgery also went well. We have been waiting in post OT to move to room for last 4 hours, but staff is saying rooms are not available. People who came after us, got the room. When I questioned staff, they are not responding. Also they didn’t gave medication and food to the kid. Requesting management to look into these kind of issues. I called grievance manager, finally he helped to get food and to move to the room.

I think decisions were taken on time, doctors were good, need to improve on nursing, there should be one to one patient to Nursing in ICU, that is what we expect the tleast in ICU when shelling out so much of amount, overall it was satisfactory.

I don't know why the people are going to this hospital. Moreover, it is in Banjara hills.. I face this situation with doctor Dr.Kavitha.Y ( Diabetologist ).

Regarding this Dr sai reddy Deepika. She deserves less than this I believe. My scan was done in hardly five minutes and of course in this covid pandemic it’s better they does it accurately in less time but she was actually talking with a fourth class worker there and she was hungry I guess.. she was constantly kind of shouting on phone and discussing about the previous patient who has an anomaly.. she was irritated and also irritating. My dates were not accurate and so I had asked her only one doubt regarding for which she never replied.. we r paying good 6k plus for this first trimester screening and we get this!!!! Never been to rainbow after this.. and yes worth mentioning is their time sense.. one hour wait is atleast ok.. we can understand but two to three hours that too in this pandemic and most of us will be working or have kids... and not worth waiting also.

The doctor consultation is good. I am giving this 2 Stars because the call service is really bad. When I called the number mentioned on the report to get the update on lab report but nobody answers. When they answer they transfer the call somewhere without listening and nobody answer there. One more thing, they mention a link on a bill to access the report along with the user name but no report was uploaded even after so many days and we have again walk to the hospital to collect the reports. We I asked the staff about these issue they don't have the answer. Rainbow team, you seriously need to work on it.

Dr Murthy is one of the best ENT surgeons. The doctor was kind and polite before and after the surgery. The technology used is amazing here. Would recommend this hospital to eveeyone!

Probably the best Birthing experience anyone can get at affordable pricing. We got in touch with Chanchil madam before getting admitted for delivery - and she was very helpful and attentive throughout our birthing experience and stay at Rainbow Banjara. Each and every person in the hospital is friendly and accommodating. If they act tough on admitting friends and relatives, please understand that it’s to ensure safety of your own child and all other children in the hospital. All in all - excellent staff and top notch facilities.

HORRIBLE!!! They are the masters at covering up medical mistakes. Even the doctors will lie to you and hunt you down for a good review even after making mistakes. Oh and they will ask for the bill back so they can correct their mistake and charge you. I am not from India and chose this hospital because my kids were being born here based on passed reviews and I will tell you most of the reviews here are either fake or they hunted that person till they gave a good review.DO NOT GO HERE go to another less expensive place and you will get the better service. Not sure whether this comment will be useful to others. The first visit to this hospital is The worst experience. I went here for my kids vaccination and enquired about the vaccine availability in help desk, reception and vaccination counter. Everyone is telling about first take doctors appointment. OK, I took the appointment by paying 1210/- rupees. After waiting for another 2 hours doctor told me that this vaccine is not available in Rainbow hospital 😑 😒. Almost spending 3 hours of valuable time and money and I am hearing that vaccine was not available. I really felt very very bad. They might have told by checking their inventory about availability of the vaccine and then I might have taken the doctor's appointment. They just want money 💰...

Best children's hospital ever. Period You don't need to worry about buying anything extra to start with. Treatment, coaching, Assistant, support etc etc, complimentary photoshoot what not. Very good and warm staff. I give all in all.

I recently visited Rainbow Hospital and wanted to share my feedback regarding the services provided by the gynecology department. Unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. Upon arriving at the reception it was a noticeable lack of cooperation from the staff. Their engagement in personal gossip and delayed entries, which could have been handled later, left me feeling unheard and overlooked as a patient. I believe such behavior compromises the quality of care and reflects poorly on the hospital's commitment to patient satisfaction. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, and necessary steps are taken to address these concerns for the improvement of future patient experiences.

I am extremely Happy with the treatment provided to my baby from the initial day. And very thank full to Dr.Nithasha mam who had been very supportive throughout the stay. The nursing staff were also caring compassionate.

Hospital responded very quickly. Nurses are too cooperative and good. Dr Faisal is very good doctor. His treatment is very accurate and patience, listen well and explained properly. We have consulted with our first daughter since 10 years now We are consulting for our second baby too.

My experience with rainbow children hospital Banjara hills is good . My daughter recovered within 4 days for the cure pneumonia. Doctor Ujwala madam visited two times daily and given confidence to parents and explained all treatment details with patience. I will recommend to others for admission in this hospital. This is my experience. My sincere Thanks to Doctor and management. Supporting staff are discipline and punctual to their duties . Kept premises clean all the time .

We are seeing Dr Faisal sir from past 7.5 years. Doctor is always thorough in his examinations, listens patiently to all my concerns I appreciate that doctor explains the treatment in easy way .he is incredibly knowledgeable and I strongly believe that all my 3 children are in good hands. I have seen many doctors but I feel truly fortunate to have Dr.Faisal as my children doctor and I’m Confident everyone does feel the same.with Dr.Faisal you will never be disappointed. Doctors have provided appropriate treatment, medication and information. We appreciate all the services provided by rainbow staff including house keeping. But One small request based on our experience to the organization is to increase the number of private rooms as condition/behavior/treatment/ambience around one child/patient might provide inconvenience to other child/patient. Canteen services definitely need to be improved.

We did not have a great experience. The facilities and staff are good. Scanning doctor at Banjara hills was rude and arrogant at times. Sometimes, scanning dates were not available in short notice. Our main doctor did not present at the time of delivery and came after delivery. I was surprised and felt very unhappy as I came specially for the doctor. I would suggest the management to take a serious note of these issues. Thank you for all the good work and support.

Good facilities and very good cross consultation with doctors from different expertise. The daily doctor consultation was really useful to know the current status of treatment and path forward. The ICU and Private room facilities are really good though the shared room facilities need a bit of improvement.
