Staff was rude and we can't expect respect from them. There were many tables available inside but the staff asked us to vacate the table where we sat and point exact the middle table(they didn't come and show) of the big hall. It looks like a fish market where were sitting, moreover the floodlights were over there. No privacy, no peacefulness. After having a biryani, they told that biryani was out of stack and so we went to Spicy hub Restaurant to have another biryani. I don't understand that the Paradise hotel is famous for biryani and how they could say biryani was out of stack. I recommend not to visit Kothapet Paradise with family and friends.

Personally I dont have good experience.we went for dinner at 9:30pm,they shifted us 3 tables saying boys are leaving for the day. After giving the order biryani, for serving of it we have to call the table serving boy many times and other boys don't serve and last it's very clumsy seating.i suggest to have good service for dinner we have to check in by 8;30 pm only. Biryani is tasty.

We used to visit Paradise before covid. The ambience is good. Valet parking is available. Lately we only visit the Take Away section. Some waiting period is there. They serve both veg and non veg. The famed Paradise Biryani is sold by the restaurant. The food items they serve are just ok. Their videos are more mouth-watering than the actual dishes. We usually buy veg items from this shop. They sell the most tasteless Salan.

Not worried about customer service.. I waited for 15 min , No one turned up at Counter. Counter desk left vacant.. I was forced to go restaurant for placing order. This has happened on 7th Jan around 3 PM

Paradise is one of the best restaurants to taste hyderabadi dishes and most importantly biryani. This restaurant in kothapet is a small restaurant with good seating and also provide take away. They have so many options in biryanis. They have curries, starters, soups in both veg and non veg and also desserts. Biryani is definitely a 10 while Manchurian is a 7.5 and other are at 8.5 -9. The service could be improved. They are very few options in veg section. The food is at acceptable price. Avoid weekends( too rushy). Overall it is must place to go.

We have visited on holiday to have dinner. Not much crowded. Atmosphere is good. Clean & Near environment. Taking our order is very late. Serving order is very very late. Billing is very very very late. When asked them about the lateness,they said,there is no enough manpower in restaurant. Previously Restaurant was full of manpower, presently no response. Then we shall discuss about food. Hot & Sour Chicken Soup is very spicy,but tasty. We didn't order any starters. As starters are very costly 350-520rs. Directly we have ordered biryani,as paradise is special for biryani only. But it was disappointment in biryani which is tasteless. Chicken fiery boneless is not much taste. It tasted like Street food. Mutton biryani is okok. Not much taste. Raita is like sambar. No sweets in restaurant. Overall didn't expect like this. Very very disappointed in eating tasteless biryani

This is a usual place to be for the world famous biryanis. Paradise has many outlets and this one is a decent one with dishes served well. All the dishes are served in a great manner, hot and fresh. All the classic chicken, mutton, and seafood starters are available. Biryani is made as per our customized spice level and the meat pieces in a freshly cooked way. The Desserts available are the go-to Hyderabad sweets.

Excellent Nizami Mutton Dum Biryani. One must visit the restaurant whenever been to Hyderabad. Lots of outlets in Hyderabad.

Worst food after lockdown. Please avoid going to paradise. Service was bad and food was worst. Complained to manager about the taste and quality and they told due to covid their staff migrated to their native place and couldn't take overall menu orders. When all other restaurants recovered from covid and started attracting customers by providing good service , paradise was busy in blaming covid. They only provide 30-40 items in menu and that doesn't include spring rolls , crispy corn , even fried rice🙆🏻‍♀️. Staff was new and don't know how to take orders from customers. We've ordered veg manchuria and panner 65. Veg Manchuria was average and panner 65 was worst. When you sit for dining in this restaurant waiters don't give their menu , they just rudely ask what you want. They don't even apologize for their ride behaviour.

Ambiance was good but food quality and taste was just okay okay... I have ordered reshmi chicken kabab..but they gave me some yellow coloured kabab..which was not at all good... When I told them that I ordered reshmi kabab not these yellow kabab,the staff was arguing with me regarding kababs..as per them reshmi kabab is yellow kabab only... But as per my knowledge and as per my experience in all over India reshmi kababs are little white Nd rest burny colour..but these guys don't understand anything... Nd biryani was not that good.. flavours are not balanced... Earlier I had biryani of shah-goush, lucky,cafe-bahar..they were much better than paradise (of this outlet). Staff were also not attentive... Sanitation process not following properly. At the time of entrance nobody was checking temperature 🌡️ Nd no body was giving sanitizer, not even self service sanitizer was kept at the entrance.. No body is sanitising the seats.. don't know what kind of facilities they were providing. Paradise need to work on everything..this restaurant is running because of his name..the goodwill which they made earlier..but now they need to work on their staff and food quality.

Biryani was good. Only disappointment was that the hand wash area and restroom were the same. Did not like that area. Not clean. 3star due to that issue. Else the food was good. Bit costly though.

One of best to have authentic Haleem it's get feeling like haven and delicious to eat every spoon of haleem is feel like and very much tasty , 💯%pure Mutton, 💯%pure ghee, 💯%hygienic......

It was a lovely Saturday night dinner🍽. Paradise is obviously just like a paradise. Now they made it online dining. Just have to scan the bar code on the table and order from the menu online. Food will be served accordingly. Menu is again moderated which is case of many restaurants these days. However delicious 😋Biryani is always on the menu. Good staff and proper sanitization. Tried their nizami mutton biryani for lunch, it served well for 2 people but it was not extraordinary it was quite good. It was served with raita and brinjal. For dinner we had naan roti and Tikka masala. It was also quite good.

Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani with Mirchi Salan & Dahi Ki Chutney 😍😋 The taste of this Hyderabadi delicacy was superb. Even the taste of Double Ka Meetha which was freshly prepared was awesome. I visited Paradise outlets in Secunderabad, Khairatabad, Himayath Nagar & this one is of Kothapet in Hyderabad. Even I visited its outlet in BEL Road, Bengaluru.

Typical restaurant menu, and the taste of the food was decent. Had ordered Haleem which tasted below average. Better to avoid and go to some other nearby restaurant as the maintenance and presentation has become bad.

I have ordered a veg manchow soup.they took ages to get it.There are tables without salt and pepper on it. The picture I have posted is the veg fried rice I have ordered with rice completely dipped in oil. I have asked the waiter to change it. He did it with bit of hesitation... 2nd picture is what I received after the complaint... so, you need to ask what you need for... nobody will serve you with the standards they promise especially paradise... utterly disappointed with the quality of food.. don't fool the people with the pictures displayed jn the restaurant...

Missing original Paradise flavour..better to go Paradise main than at kothapet....if a regular visitor......and take away point staff too lethargic

Yesterday I visited this outlet with my family on the occasion of Father’s Day, It was a disaster. There’s nobody to receive you I entered the restaurant and wandered myself for 10 minutes asking waiters and reception for the table. Waiters will not answer any of your question in-fact they don’t even look at you when you try to talk to them. Later we found table was vacant by other people and then we sat down after giving the order they will make you wait for at least 40 minutes mean while they won’t even offer water. Apollo Fish : 2/5 (Was not cooked properly) Chettinadu Murgh Kabeb : 5/5 Nizami Mutton Biriyani : 4/5 This branch is a mess and it needs complete staff change while compared to other Paradise Branches I visited this was the worst. Never gonna walk-in or recommend this to anybody else. Thank you @Paradisekothapet for making us feel you are not welcomed here again.

The service was good, the ambience did not feel good as the spacing between tables was less, the ambience should have been good considering the popularity of Paradise. Coming to food we were disappointed, have tried Apollo fish, chicken drumsticks - both tasted well. Ordered garlic naan and tandoori chicken curry - both were below average. Garlic naan was overly burnt and tandoori chicken curry did not taste good at all.

This place is a disaster. The garlic chicken kebab was uncooked. the chicken was pink and slimy. When we asked the waiter to replace it, they wanted me to confirm all the pieces were uncooked. So, I literally had to cut every piece and show them that it was uncooked. Only then they were okay to replace it. Also, the service brutally slow.

Spacious place to eat. Menu and food both are good. Price is also pocket friendly. Nice place to have biriyani and some special hyderabadi mitha.

Other customers have mentioned and I vouch for certain facts about this place. Service is very poor, and the mutton biryani, though having tender and juicy meat, did not go well with rice which was very bland. I’d ordered chicken shawarma and god knows which oven did the shawarma roll come from, it was smoking hot. I haven’t had shawarma which can burn your tongue, it definitely made its way from microwave oven. The hype of Paradise biryani got disproved the moment I took first bite of biryani. Not worth posting pictures for review. Sorry not sorry!

My grandfather, my father and now me along with my son came to paradise..We love Ali bhai Paradise but this is what we received We ordered mutton Haleem -- we have to wait on the table let me tell you I don't want you to elaborate want to finish of I am going to stop my tradition from here onwards NO to Paradise A worst biryani and Service but haleem was awesome .... But Paradise Biryani restaurant.... They have failed plenty of time to check...

Very unhygienic place. I saw waiter putting his hand in his nose and serving the food with hand. It felt so disgusting. Another important thing to notice, serving person never washes their hand after cleaning the table. Better to go other restaurants in town, if concerned about the hygiene.

The food is excellent no doubt and the quality is superb, their classic biriyani taste. The only things that bothered me is their service time. You need atleast half an hour to simply order as the staff count is really less. You always have to call them still they don't even listen!!

The worst biryani I have ever had in my complete life..!! You guys gotta do something quickly about this taste and quality decline. The customers are really unhappy about this.

The food is quite good in taste and it's reasonably priced too. But the major issue is with quality , hygiene and ambience....it's terribly pathetic. You will feel like you are sitting in some mesh. I have visited it, just last week ...the AC was not working ...they have put one bucket to manage the water which was coming out from the AC .....and the whole environment was like l m sitting in some cheap and disgusting restaurant. I usually don't write critical comments on any reviews...but it was pathetic.

The quality of the food is going down and the original Biryani taste is missing it's not even cooked properly (rice is not boiled) but the Kebabs still mouth watering except Tandoori chicken, staff is not local you may find difficulty in communicating with them or letting them know your preferences over food requirements, they can understand little English. When I spoke to one of the staff members on the taste of the Biryani got to heard from him that almost every regular customer is complaining the same, and he was silent to my question 'Why the feedback is ignored'. I have also found that there is 'NO CONSISTENCY ON THE TASTE OF THE FOOD' The first order my can tempt you to order second time/next time and you end up regretting. Go for Paradise as an exploring option.

Biryani is very nice, the flavour is very good , it is one of the most attractive factor, mutton is very soft, juicy and delicious. Spices in Biryani is moderate which is liked by meny. Rates are high in home delivery by food delivery service provider, compared to parcel counter at hotel.

The place was tidy as always, the service was impeccable, and food was served hot & fresh, it was Perfect..the buttery soft Rotis, the crispy Manchuria, the delectable Curries, and the yummiest Biryani!!
