Kotri barrage is very nice place to visit for people of Hyderabad.. this barrage is oldest and historical place also. The famous Palla fish from indus river is the especially of that picnic spot. Although it's very expensive but they cooked very well with rich spices so it's worth if you visit and take dinner there. But minus point of that area is dirty washrooms. And even people throw their garbage in river also.. that's bad.. government, management and people themselves should control it. :)

Kotri Tower is located in Hyderabad district of Sindh province, this tower is built on a very beautiful design, the lighting that is installed here in the evening has its own special fun. Boats are operated in the lake, some of them are for fishing and some are for tourists to see the lake.

Great boating spot. A 10 minute boat trip costs just 300 rupees and one boat carries up to 6 persons. Remember, none of the boats has any life jackets.

One of the finest sites in hyderabad, good to spend time here with family and friends. There is also a restaurant near the bridge. This place gets very beautiful specially in monsoon. I would recommend people to visit this place if they are looking to spend quality time with their friends.

Today when i went there was a Shooting of Drama Seriel and It Is Amazing Due to Look at night and So much. I think this is a place famous for look at night

Kotri Barrage is on the Indus River between Jamshoro and Hyderabad in the Sindh province of Pakistan. The barrage was completed in 1955 and is also known as the Ghulam Muhammad Barrage. It is used to control water flow in the Indus for irrigation and flood control purposes.

Kotri Barrage 1950. It is a very quiet place and River Indus was also very quiet in the month of February. Also having fresh fried fish 🐠 makes adventure there.

It's a very beautiful place to visit, specially if you want to explore Hyderabad, the beautiful view of water with white sand (Due to sunlight) its something like you are in a desert with water as well.

All is well their but their isn't proper parking space,sitting arrangement and no fencings on river side and government should do work on this to make attraction of tourists in this we can promote tourism

Had visited today. Well in hyderabad no much places where you can visit but this point is quite beauitifull and worth it. Must visit and see oldest places of Pakistan. Historical place infect. Boating also available.
