I was the regular customer of Aabharanam and used to buy jewelry from them, whenever I came to India. In my last visit also I purchased jewelry from there, and have provided some IGL certificate. We didn't have to time verify it, I thought it was IGI certified and came back to US and got checked it here. To my surprise I have found that the certificate provided to me was from some local lab which named IGL, the name and symbol reflected to IGI. This was really shocking for me, so I did little digging and checked the certificates of my old jewelry purchased from them. Earlier they provided certificates of IGI and GCL and now they are providing certificates IGL (which is similar in pronunciation of IGI) which seems to be a local lab and dosen't pass international standards Really disappointed with this and never expected this will happen from Aabharnam which itself is a brand

I believe when ever I come to Hyderabad I have never missed a single time not shopping in this jewellery store as my mother is a regular customer for the shop even I have been there couple of times the first thing I have noticed is even the owners of the shop work like the rest of the staff infact they work more I never expected the owners will be showing the arunimntes there are hell lot of designes where I never expected till we find for our taste they show us and if needed and possible of making alterations they take care of they have very updated models with them and u find small value models for daily purposes also

Uninteresting collection of jewelry..... Was not tempted to buy anything.... The saleswomen were wearing such drab and bad fitting khaki jackets... Just looked very awkward in them.

You find limited variety of jewelry. Good place to find ANTIQUE ornaments. Pricing is HIGH...

I really like the stock at Aabharanam. They have some beautiful pieces. However, the manager/owner is often cold and rude, and that really makes it hard to come in and purchase anything. Today, the place was absolutely packed — I mean, there wasn’t even much place to stand. I understand that sometimes it gets busy, but we were barely acknowledged or asked about what we might want. This is a huge disadvantage, especially when I have such wonderful relationships with other jewelers around the city. What is the point of having nice stock when you can’t be pleasant to potential customers?
