Dear Kamineni Hospital Management, I am sending this letter to file a complaint against one of the gynecologists who sits in your hospital. She is mistreating the patients and being rude with her words, deeply hurting a future mother's feelings. Her behavior towards the patient is very unethical and doesn't possess basic empathy while treating the patients. I am writing this letter with the hope that it will get noticed and this complaint will be taken seriously. The women getting treated would be going through a lot of issues and pain & on top of that being mistreated by the gynecologist is a curse. I am sorry to say that she is an absolute shame to the doctor profession and to your hospital. She is showing no interest in treating her patients. I believe it’s important to bring this issue into administration notice so she gets a warning letter and refrain from doing this again to any women getting treated at Kamineni. I have immense respect towards your hospital for having qualified doctors but this gynecologist is an unethical & unprofessional gynecologist. I would like to add one more point here, filing a complaint at Kamineni LB Nagar is next to impossible. I did try calling the front desk, RMO on June 7th 2022 around 8:45am to file the complaint but they showed least interest and didn't bother to take the complaint.

The worst hospital and uneducated staff at reception counter I have ever seen. If you're going on CGHS then it's better to go GANDHI HOSPITAL. Dear Kamineni Management kindly treat CGHS patients with respect and guide them properly. You are not treating them for free even they're paying. Kindly hire the educated staff and train them how to behave with patients.

I have visited this hospital recently to consult Neurology. Initially went directly to emergency and there they took long time to respond. From there they suggested neurology and the waste of time and money started. After getting admitted I got tired of this hospital. No regular visit for inpatient and staff nurse and duty nurses are of poor knowledge. They respond poorly and sometimes no response. Some people doesn’t understand the local language, nor Hindi neither English. And if we ask any thing about patient illness they simply respond like no matter. Is our health’s no matter for them? Some(not all) Doctors treat like, they are all we got. Our knowledge about illness is nothing. These doctors don’t listen thoroughly to patient about illness, instead they tell to family members what patient is feeling about their illness. And then we have to listen to them patiently, how sad for people like me. Kamineni hospital wasn’t like this earlier. In recent years it changed a lot. Cleanliness and billing staff is fast. Because nowadays these extras are observed much compared to basic requirement of this place. In emergency no body reads this but think twice before you enter. Because our health has become big investment for these type of "COMPANIES". And after taking all the fees they fell like doing social service. TWO ** stars because of those good doctors and old kamineni.

Worst and Pathatic... I have never insulted the way security people spoke with us...such a miss - behaviour with patients attender..It is not only with me but I personally saw with same behaviour with others also !!! Lack of dignity and politeness. Inspire of paying so much amount for treatment and taking rude behaviour for asking an help from security to guide...I think that's the mistake I made. I think Ramadevi is the lady's name. She is behaving as the hospital owner... For the first time I am writing a review on all my Carrier, hoping that this kind of mental trauma no one should face. This is the worst hospital. They have no ethics. They prioritise patients who are stable and cash party and then admit them over someone who need critical care. Once admitted patients condition is also not disclosed to attendees. Duty doctors say meet consultant doctor. Consultant doctor is always busy and doesn't give time. Insurance team is lousy and doesn't even reply to queries from insurance companies. This is worse than Government hospital. It's better to die at home than to die at this hospital. Please take your loved ones to small hospital that takes good care and do not encourage these corporate frauds.

The worst hospital I ever visited, I guess Gandhi and Nims hospital much better than this. It took almost 3 hours for 2D echo test. This hospital had only 2 machines for the entire hospital 1 is in old building and another one is in new building. Doctor wait time is another pain area. For general physician check up it took me approx 6 hours. Doctor lunch time is more than 2 hours. I would not recommend this hospital at all. I wanted to give zero rating but min rating is one. Hell with this Hospital

Dr Swamy Sir is a wonderful doctor who understands the patient very clearly and diagnoses perfectly. Have been witnessing his medical supervision for quite some time and would recommend him as the best Physician, I have ever come across. Nice hospital...and they maintained hygienic...in this panic period. very very worst hospital in hyderabad. We have taken annual health Checkup. The cost is too much high when compare to other hospitals in Hyderabad. No guided and helpful staff, no hygiene maintained of staff who do the tests. due to illiterate staff patient names are wrong on the report (report is one patient actual name is different patient). I recommend do not waste your time and money. end of the day you feel you need to do the whole check up again in other hospital. the Consultation of health check up is even worst. Hi all, I have visited this hospital along with my mom for orthopaedic. There is an hour long wait to get an x-ray when the staff informed us to wait for 10 mins, whenever we ask the staff they reply very rudely. On top of everything the waiting area has full of mosquitos in the season very we get viral fever very easily. Total time taken for the hospital visit is four hours because of their poor management. If not an emergency, never visit this hospital as we have visited only because it was near to my house.

Even if u ring bell or yell on them it's a waste.They just assemble and speak about curries or movies.Most disgusting experience ever. I have seen a patient coming out of her room with a saline bottle where the blood was flowing. I never slept in this hospital coz I have to check about salines and have to inform respected sisters(they reach us after 10 mins). We felt like better to stay at home rather than risking our lives. Animals are better than these sisters. Shame on you.You guys are unfit for your profession. Ward boys are better and emphatic than these sisters. They just want to logout without stressing. 2)Hospital looks like a palace from outside. But inside it's a waste which looks like abandoned house. Inpatient care takers have to hustle alot they have to step in and step down so called lifts and have to crawl on stairs to reach their destination. 3)Lol so called food.They serve as if in a 5 star hotel..next to your hospital Bhavani hotel is far better than your tasteless food. Gyeanocology doctors of Kamineni have ruined the health of my mother. They are not even ashamed of being such low standard. But they are very good in collecting money.

I booked appointment for covid vaccination in Cowin for a slot and in in cowin it showed 1000 slots available and when I called up the hospital to confirm my appointment to my horror the staff who answered my call stated that they dont have vaccines and they are not giving vaccination. When i asked why there are 1000 slots available in cowin they replied that they dont know it happenned by mistake. Absolutely unprofessional behaviour of the staff who picked my call and also its very wrong on part of hospital to show slots on cowin when they dont have vaccines. I want govt to take action against this hospital for displaying false information on Cowin portal.

I was blessed with a baby boy 30 days back. The way Dr. Archana Dinesh handled my entire pregnancy and delivery was commendable. She was always available for all my queries very well and found her extremely supportive during the consulting sessions. She was always positive in her approach and helped me steer through my pregnancy in a most convenient manner. During the entire tenure of pregnancy she motivated me to stay active and eat healthy. She also goes in for minimal medications and testing and believes that a natural process like pregnancy needs no intervention unless really required. She truly deserves all appreciation and accolades. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a superior gynaecologist. Only visit this place if you are looking to get infected. 0/100 in hygiene. Worst possible place to visit especially during COVID. 1. Not enough sanitizing stations inside the hospital, I’ve spent 2 hrs in it and only found 1 sanitizing station. 2. Not enough garbage cans. 3. If you are getting any diagnostic services, and you have to lay down during your test, they don’t change sheets in between patients which is super unhygienic. 4. They want you to walk barefoot while the staff is wearing footware, which is totally unacceptable especially in a hospital which could be a hotspot for germs Overall, I’d say avoid this place at all costs if you value your and dear ones lives.

Admitted my father in hospital...the staff has no knowledge about what they are treating..by god's grace he is fine now... And also for appointment they have one number where no one responds at all...if they respond will keep on hold for so much time... Please treat patients well and attend to them please . This is the most worst hospital I have seen in my life. I know doctor and nurses are most respectful professionals... But here in this hospital it is business There is no any proper plan of treatment and issues there in all the department..starting from the billing to the non educated associate as nursing stop and wardboys are not experienced enough to insert the sline cannulas... No one speaks english or Hindi... They only speak Telugu... They always chat and laugh in groups there is zero sense of seriousness... We sufferd lot.. Don't go with building and decorum outside.. What ever doctor are they are not at all experience.. If you want someone in your family to die also not to take here.. Because they will give more painful death than original pain, such shame, I won't recommend this for any issues how small or critical...

This is one of the worst hospitals in Hyderabad. For name sake it is corporate, but you will not find any qualities of such. From top to bottom no one concern of patient care.Poor administration. Even if you want to complaint on services, the staff fear to guide you to meet the higher ups. Not at all deserved to be in corporate hospitals list. Pathetic Health checkup systems. They take money with different packages, but doctors will not go through the reports. They will turn your reports and say "all is well". My sister had detected problem in heart, which is clearly mentioned in echo report, but cardiologist did not speak of that problem. Seems they appoint consultant doctors of poor knowledge. It appears they are trained to speak only few words...reduce weight...low salt N sugar...no oil..etc. They did not even suggest further investigation/tests. Totally a hopeless hospital.

Worst. Incu their looks like normal ward, with curtains as the barriers which always stays open. And distance between each patient is just 5 feet. And it is most chaotic place with nurses shouting and talking I mean isn't such places should be quite?! But no it's just opposite. No hygiene at all. And in my case they didn't inform the attendees about the treatment or test doing to the patient until the attendee himself asked for. Is that the way to do. Yes, as a doctor you may know what to do, but it is also responsibility of the hospital to tell the attendees what's going on with their loved one inside their supervision. People come to you for your help and offcourse they are paying and importantly they are believing you to take care of their love ones. Please be sensitive and don't loose their faith on you. Because ones lost can't be found again.

I did my COVID RTPCR test but they didn't send me the reports and when I call them atleast 5/6 times they put me on hold , next when we visit their hospital covid test department was closed and security was shouting on us .. Today was my flight just because of them I'm not able to board flight , as my COVID RTPCR test report was not send me online and not able to scan the QR code at airport .ihave lost almost 19000 rupees .

The doctors are very impatience. They don't even listen to the patient problems. They ill treat the patients and exaggerate the problems. Doctors especially ENT Dept lady faculty and a doctor is not capable of explaining the problem in a proper way to the patient and even she can't provide a moral support to the patient which is always expected from a doctor. This hospital is more interested in only making money and not in curing patient diseases.

I have worst experience with this hospital, sisters in icu(susrutha block, 1st floor, ward14 ) were rude... They are busy in chitchatting rather than taking care of patients. They won't take care patients properly and they shout on attendees if we question them? Even though doctors were good, Worst service in this regards.

Went to Kamineni hospital (LB nagar) in early December for a preventive checkup. The medical staff advice - tests and procedures - were top notch. The nurse training specifically in the ER section was highly disappointing. Lack of basic protocols in hand sanitizing and adherence to masks was shocking. The masks are not meant to be worn around your chin wen dealing with a patient in a confined space. The sheets on each bed had multiple dried blood stains and were filthy - this reflects on the leadership of the hospital. The management and executives have done a poor job in running the basics of the hospital. The medical staff is doing an excellent job but given my experience the management is failing miserably. The Kamineni family needs to take a closer look at the executives that have oversight of the facility because it is not meeting the basic standards. Do not approve!

One of the most commercial hospital's in the city, i will share small story which i faced in emergency ward mostly pg students are working they dont know how analysis&diagnosis the patient conditions how serious it is simply you will met educational fools here in pandemic situation. but their management well trained about form filling and op card billing first then it means first we need pay the money during this time they dont care about patent condition/situation because they dont know anything once fees paid they start to search the doctors. this is how kamineni emergency ward working.

Kamineni is a hospital you'd like to have in the neighbourhood and which I have actually. It is a good multispeciality hospital with some of the experienced doctors. This is located in L.B.Nagar. Enough Parking lot and cafeteria spaces. 24/7 Emergency services and ambulances also. Pharmacy is good , Diagnostic labs are good. They won't provide any kind of services to patients with OTHER HOSPITAL OP. (Except Emergency🆘. So, in general only kamineni OP works and Staff can sometimes be really puzzling and funny. Also, I had problems with gates. confused if it was entrance or exit. I also had car accident while entering the hospital as I was confused 🤔 because of no sign board at the gates. They depend on watchmen instead. Kamineni Medical College is right besides this hospital. So, Juniors and pursuing medical students can be seen around often in the hospital. Stat safe and healthy! Kamineni doctors killed my cousin. Very bad treatment. My cousin admitted for herniya operation. They gave high dose of Anasthisiya due to that his brain got damaged and he did not recognise anyone. after 1 week he died in hospital. He was very healthy person when he went to hospital. with one reason he admitted but doctors killed his life with high dose Anasthisiya. I request everyone not to go Kamineni. All student doctors will give treatment in kamineni not the real Doctors. Very bad treatment. they don't have value for Life

Worst experience. There seems to be a significant disparity in the treatment of CGHS beneficiaries compared to private patients. Upon arrival, I was directed to a different building, where junior or intern doctors attended to CGHS beneficiaries, while the main building was reserved for private patients with more experienced doctors. This discriminatory practice is troubling and raises concerns about the quality of care provided to CGHS beneficiaries. I believe it's crucial for the government to address this issue promptly and ensure that all patients, regardless of their status, receive the same level of care and attention."

If you are a CGHS Beneficiary then dont visit the hospital at any cost. They treat cghs beneficiaries as third category patients. No senior doctor will check you. They made a different section for cghs beneficiaries where only interns or jr doctors will check the patient. Govt must look into this.

i am visiting this hospital for last 15 years and fully satisified up to now. Now every thing is changed!Now CGHS beneficiaries have to think twice before going to this hospital!!! I have visited hospital on 30/10/2020. I have consulted through CGHS payment.We are consulting the specialist of said hospital for long time through our CGHS payments. Now they are not allowing to consult earlier specialists through CGHS beneficiaries. The experienced doctors are treating direct payment patients only and not CGHS. They have made special wing/building for Arogyasree (Telenagna govt) and CGHS. The hygiene conditions in the building are inferior in comparison with direct payment building/main building. I have consulted through CGHS payment. The CGHS consultation fee bill has given for Rs135, but they have taken Rs 235. I have asked him about the discrepancy in bill. The person told me that the extra charge of Rs100 is for the preventive maintenance charges towards covid19. Then, I have asked him for the bill for the extra charges and he has refused to give the bill for the same. I have contacted his superior who is in Room no.8 of buliding (cghs/Arogyasree wing) for further clarifications. She also told me that they will not give bill for Rs100 extra and that is management decision. She has also refused to give bill even though I told her that I will complain to our department. They have also not given any protective masks etc in spite of charging Rs100 extra. Hallo managemnt of kamineni,! Have you aware of this? They'll only check reports if they're of their hospital and they say it is bcz of corona. Just money minded people. Though oncology department is gud worstness of Gyenaacology department is of whole new level. Totally avoid it for Gyenaacology department. If we go for consultation of Gyenaacology doctor they ask us to consult 10 other doctors totally covering their hospital. Nothing less than a money churning machines they are...... Gyenaacology department is worst... they'll never answer the call properly. Better go in person if you really eant to talk to them only to get frustrated.

My Dad got admitted into kamineni on Saturday although addmission process was Late Treatment was extraordinary Big thanks to Dr.Sruthi For helping us with many things and big thanks to Dr.Kamala priya my dad have fear of needles While doing Lumbar puncture she did extraordinary job she diverted my dad and the procedure was done so flawlessly, I cannot thank enough big big big Kudos to Dr. Kamlesh M, (Neurologist) He's awesome he examined every report from different hospitals we went before coming here and gave the best treatment plan possible, Psychiatrist Dr. Saradhi is a good listener he assured us Nothing is severe with my dad and he'll be back to normal in no time, Dietitian Prathyusha is also very good she takes everything into consideration before making the best diet plan. Radiologists were also very supportive And they go an extra mile to ensure that the scan is good thank to nursing staff. They're all very good. I just hope management works on addmission process nobody wanna wait hours before getting admitted except for that everything is awesome

A one stop shop for all medical needs. Friendly staff and very economical for outpatient treatments. RT-PCR test for Covid is fairly priced and results are usually received within 24 hours. Mr. Vedant Kulkarni Ganesh in the Covid testing department is a fantastic Blake and very helpful. Keep it up Vedant. 👍🏽

Though the staff are soft spoken, there is too much delay in getting reports. Waiting is too much. Even for an Ultrasound test with consultation one has to spend 4 to 5 hours. That mean your full day is wasted.

Unprofessional, by the time I entered the room they have already taken the vaccine in syringe and gave it to me and sent me in a span of 30 sec. If they are taking 1410 for one dose atleast they should show the syringe and take the vaccine infront of us, and it's been 2days and I didn't got the invoice from hospital. I called to enquire about the invoice, the respective department staff said that "this is happening in most of the hospitals not only us, we can't do anything" and he cut the call while i was speaking.

Very Worst experience we had with RTPCR of My brother-in-law Mr Azeem Baig, UHID/Sample ID 20210604236, test result at Kamineni Hospital LB Nagar who had to catch international flight on 09/06/2021 could not board as the airport authorities could not verify his RTPCR result online at ICMR portal. The reason being the Kamineni authorities are not updating online. Even the staff are not responsive.

If being worst is an art , then this hospital must be the Picasso of it. Neither treatment nor the administration are good . It takes several hours for a single Xray , since the Google doesn't have a feature of zero star I'm giving it one star , otherwise this hospital doesn't deserve to be rated . I thought it was the good hospital in hyd overall compare to other hospital but it was the worst hospital later iknow that.. when I Stepin into the hospital no 1 irrespective , and miss behavoiur of security KAMENENNI HOSPITAL , LBNAGAR reception because when i was came for enquire for consulting a Dr.Renuka Security push out from the hospital without any reason & the lower level staff don't care about the patients. Security don't have any sympathy, many female employees are very rude, not understanding about the patients situation. But money they want in lakhs or crores,and I won't suggest this hospital

I thought Kamineni was a good hospital but worst service by front billing people and no response from the incharge person who were sitting there,no guidance by him ,i visit health check up yearly,this time every thing got downfall in kamineni,last year incharge in front office a guy and girl (sandani)were there ,they are the responsible incharges, I got good service by them in hospital ,i thought doctors will change every time but employees also who work will also changes, I never suggest any one to visit hospital

Very good hospital, wonderful experience from start to finish. Especially services which i received from Dr. ARCHANA DINESH BIDLA (Gynaecology) is excellent. She is very friendly and ensured that i am properly informed about my health. She explained everything to me in a very clear manner. She was also very kind to me and made sure i was feeling comfortable. Not only has she taken care about my health but also lovely to speak at my every appointment. I am happy having experienced kamineni services and I highly recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst care from the hospitals… No one takes responsibility. If you are coming via CGHS then it’s a nightmare they won’t care at all… I have visited kamineni for MRI reports and Neurosurgeon consultation. Once the mri is done they need to provide report for that they took whole day n the next day too… it only works if you escalate things.. Waste of visiting here… won’t recommend any one to this hospital… this has become a business now a days… it only works smooth if you have known people in the hospital.

1) Billing/insurance processing teams are the worst teams in this hospital.Even though patient was kept for 6hrs in ICU,their records were depicting as late night which was considered as the second day(any stay in ICU after 12AM midnight is considered as day 2).We were moved to our respective room around 11:00 PM(even though our doctor advised the ICU team to move the patient to our room by 7 PM,people were so lazy and moved only around 11 PM after multiple followups) but their records were updated as 1 AM.Billing team were arguing(we have even asked them to check CCTV footage). Finally they accepted their mistake and revised the bill. 2) Billing department were forcing to pay amount in advance though our cashless claim was pre-approved before admission date.Finally they have taken an undertaking (which i don't think is legal) stating that we are ready to pay diffrence amount during discharge.Their estimation is something which will give middleclass people nightmares. 3) Consultation charges during stay in the hospital are huge.Same doctor charges half of the amount when visited as out-pateint .However charges are double for the same doctor visit during our stay.Also for OP, 2 visits or any visit before 5 days are free, i don't understand why the same logic is not applicable during our stay. Finally, we had a bad experience with the billing department and rest all is fine.

It is a place CGHS beneficiaries should think twice before going there 1st they are collecting Rs 100 more as consultation (135+100) and they are saying that there are some doctors who will only treat the CGHS patients if you whant to meet doctors other than those you have to pay extra. the doctors are behaving like governament hospital docters and not even examine the patient and ask the patient problems and give two options want to take medicine are get admitted for tretment. if you get admitted again they charge extra saying covid -19 expenses separate and they will not give bill . if any surgery is to be done they will charge Rs 20,000 extra for Personal Protection Equipment(PPE) for this also they dont give bill. like this there are so many extra bills for CGHS patients.

Visited for my father's Cardiac check up. OP money is 800 rupees. Wait for 1 hr to see doctor. Main doctor Sagar B is on leave. Dr. Suresh is on rounds. Waiting hall is vast and can spend leisure time. After 1 hr, Dr. Abida S checked the patient. Doctor listened patiently, suggested ECG and 2d echo. Staff management guided nicely. Tests results are given then and there itself. Looking at the reports, Doctor changed medications. Over all a happy day. Remember it will take you're half day/full day sometimes. INVESTIGATIONS / LAB TESTS ARE HIGHLY PRICED i.e., 3-4 TIMES THE PRICES AS COMPARED TO HOME VISIT SUCH AS THYROCARE / 1 MG / CALL HEALTH. So don't waste money unless it is an emergency.

I have shared my name and cell no. to get information. Hospital official called me to know my requirement. I have asked whether Dr. Sridhar, Surgeon is available. She said Yes. I want to undergo hernia operation covered under CGHS. Then she said Dr. Sridhar won't see under CGHS. Then I asked her which Doctor (Surgeon) will see for CGHS cases. She says I don't know. Then what for sitting in that seat and why called me when she can't answer fully.

For a simple RT PCR covid test for international travel. They are not able to provide status on phone so I can go and pickup. This hospital has serious process problems. This is not for NRIs goto better hospital for travel related covid testing. If you rely on Kamineni you will miss your flight.

Good only for normal fever and virus flus like dengue or malaria treatment. No integrity or ethics, they are more money minded than patient life. In this aspect if there is negative rating i would have given "-5". My brother almost lost his life, they kept him unnecessary there until the complete insurance claim amount is round figured. I visited Dr. K Sravani for my tonsils and got surgery done. Doctor treated me well and surgery went good. Nurses were a bit delayed in work and there was no hot water to either drink or bath which was a little issue but apart from that rest all was good and junior doctors visited regularly to check the condition and give some moral confidence.

I have visited this hospital recently to consult Neurology. Initially went directly to emergency and there they took long time to respond. From there they suggested neurology and thrly and sometimes no response. Some people doesn’t understand the local language, nor Hindi neither English. And if we ask any thing about patient illness they simply respond like no matter. Is our health’s no matter for them? Some(not all) Doctors treat like, they are all we got. Our knowledge about illness is nothing. These doctors don’t listen thoroughly to patient about illness, instead they tell to family members what patient is feeling about their illness. And then we have to listen to them patiently, how sad for people like me. Kamineni hospital wasn’t like this earlier. In recent years it changed a lot. Cleanliness and billing staff is fast. Because nowadays these extras are observed much compared to basic requirement of this place. In emergency no body reads this but think twice before you enter. Because our health has become big investment for these type of "COMPANIES". And after taking all the fees they fell like doing social service.

The O.P. consultation process is a cumbersome and need to be optimised a lot, compared to other corporate hospitals. Doctor's availability can only be known a day prior, and consultants had to followup on daily basis, if the doctor is on adhoc leave or unavailable. It would have been better if the availability can be intimated when surely available via possible communication channels. Acurate information is hard to get and many followups to be made to consult a doctor.
