Pathetic service. Simply overpriced and the estimation slip that they bring just have some random number for diamonds. They are wrong at times. The calculations that they make are also approximate and if one does not check themselves with the calculator, they could be cheated. Please be aware, while the collection may be good, they charge hefty margins and prices, especially the diamond price.

Very worst experience. They will ask us to wait based on our status..when I pointed the same they just showed very costly jewellery which I cant afford and made fun of us...worst staff and the manager..the way they treat the customer is very disappointing and disgusting.please ever visit the shop if you are middle class people because there are so many top jewellery shops in India who treat the customer with utmost respect (eg: tanishq very very polite towards the customers)

This jwellery shop is wrost. They dont know how to behave with their customers. We waited almost 5 hours with our small baby just to exchange our jwellery which we had purchased earlier. Really Pathetic and 0 customer service. They cheat also as dont even mentioned today's Gold rate . Whatever they feel they tell customer. Worst worst worst..........

This place is being run by a bunch of dimwits who have zero value for customer’s time. We purchased jewelry worth 22 lakh rupees and transferred the money through RTGS as it is a huge amount. Unfortunately the RTGS service was slow that day and it took about 6 -7 hours for the money to be deposited to their account. These dimwits who have no idea about how the transfer process work, throwed us a very bad attitude and showed no respect and made us wait the whole time. My father also took one of their store manager to the bank and confirmed that the money was debited from our account and will be transferred within 24 hours. We purchased jewelry at various other stores and never had any issues. Other stores also accept the bank confirmation receipt of the RTGS and process the purchase. Utterly disappointed with their customer service and their attitude towards the customers. We are never going back again!!!

One thing I came to know after leaving shree why shree is too unique compare to other organizations. the main reason is every sales man in this organization will not try to sell just ornament but they try to create the bond with customer. Believe me Customer service is to good. Even The owner Anil sir always used to say that customers are like God for us. He is no more but he will be always in my heart. The members of this organization always think that they are one family. I am regretting now after leaving this organization. There is no comparison between shree and other organizations. Very good experience the day we went to buy a diamond product and wedding jewelry. The same week when we arrived to purchase a smaller everyday item the service was terrible. Vowed to never buy from this flagship again. Do better !

One of the most popular jewellers specialised for diamonds. Maintenance Store is really superb. Jewellery making and diamond cutting facility they have at the same campus. One can find most latest designs. Valet parking available. Two Floor showroom is simply superb and looks completely unlike other jewellery showrooms. However one may find percentage of making charges and percentage of wastage on little higher side. Have a nice shopping.

Don't know how people gave good review for it..may be they have good collection.but they should be genuine to the customers..3 to 4 years back purchased an polki chain for 2.5 lakhs..I was really shocked by seeing the chain it changed colour like rust..those ppl have to say the drawback about the chain.. I want to enquire about it staff was irresponsible fed up with this..just gave it back to them..they gave 1.78 lakhs for that rusted necklace may be they have exchange policy for the polkis was 82% for them..but cam to question them for that chain..we have to bare the loss for their jewellery..

Jewellery collection is diverse but prices are so high compared to the local jewellry shops (may b because of the quality). Gold, diamond and Kundan(what not) collections are available in different price ranges. If u don't find the one u have in ur mind the staff tries to get that after few days which is a nice thing. Good ambience, very spacious place tidyly maintained with good staff and enough parking place.
