Ordered two sets of diamond jhumkas through video call.I had them delivered to USA by making payment online. Throughout the video call process and selection process, Riaz Khan helped me out and for placing and tracking the order, making payments, Ajay helped me out. Based on my experience, here are pros and cons: Pros: 1. Extremely good customer service, they try to accommodate video calls as per our time zone. Happy with both the designs. 2.Very quick replies from both Riaz and Ajay, and they try to help you out in selection in all possible ways when shopping via video call. 3. Not to forget, the team did a great job in packing the jewelry very securely despite being International shipping. Cons: 1. I got them shipped online from India to USA. The team needs to do a lot of homework on what type of documents would the US Customs ask. My order was stuck in the US Customs department for almost a week and no one knew why it was stuck. I had to follow-up by myself by calling USPS and US Customs department and provided the required details. If the team is working on International orders, they must know what type of documents have to be provided to pass through the Customs and Duties. This was lacking. 2. They say they do quality check on the jewelry prior to shipping, however one diamond stone was missing in one of the jhumkas. This wouldn't have happened if they did the check properly because any loose diamonds would've easily been identified during the check or if there was already missing diamond prior to shipping the item they should've fixed it. I talked to the team and they said they would fix it for free of charge when I visit their store in the future. Overall, from my experience maybe I would consider online shopping gold jewelry but not diamond jewelry to not lose anymore diamond stones. But would visit their store while in Hyderabad for in-store shopping :)

Krishna Jewellers has a wide variety of jewelry collection with beautiful craftsmanship and design. As an abroad customer, proper communication was really important to me. The team, particularly Srikanth, excelled at communicating with us. Srikanth was always available to us and we did multiple video calls with him. He showed us their collection very patiently and was always pleasant to talk to. He was one of the best employees we worked with. I went to buy a necklace and earrings and had the most pleasant and relaxing experience while looking at the jewellery pieces. Rama Devi who showed us the items was very very knowledgeable, soft spoken and pleasant lady who instantly understood my needs and interests. She was very patient and showed us many models asking if we were ok with what is being shown . 10 start rating to her for making the experience enjoyable. Later she was patient to explain the rates,items wise breakdown to my father and answered all the questions. Thanks to her I bought an extra pair of bangles which was not part of the plan.
