There is a discriminatory shop, if you do something then service will be done or else no one will ask you …… we have not seen such a thing …… and then force the first customer to take it. After speaking anything, when the customer wants to return or change, we did not say so when he retracted, or he left the speaking work and went away! Then customers feel cheated.

Quality of products is nice. 5star to quality and trust. Its just that the sales persons starts by quoting high price and then with a lot of negotiations they finally reduce the price to match with what other brands in market sell. If your sales team quotes one price which is already the final will be great as it will save a customers hour worth of time and energy which is 10x the worth of what you finally discount. Also for person like me would always prefer to go to a shop where price quoted is upfront less. I go to a couple of shops and then to you shop or first your shop and then to a couple of shops, and if price quoted by someone is lessor, i make decision, and that has turned me down several times purchase with you and end up purchasing with brands like Tanishq, how come your quote for 22carat finger ring of 3gram be higher than what tanishq quoted on their website upfront...

The new store is all bling and nice BUT THE STAFF & MANAGEMENT NEEDS A MAKEOVER TOO. The management staff is rude, shows a lot of attitude and not appropriate as per the standards of a well established Jewellery Store. We had gone to buy bracelets and the lady staff doesn’t have manners to talk to their esteemed customers who have been using them since 10-12 years now. We gave feedback to one of the staff (whom we knew) about the scenario who was equally uninterested like her fellow staff and failed to attend us. This kind of service isn’t expected. We walked off the place deciding to never buy jewellery from Shivraj Laxmichand Jain Jewellers.

One of my friends suggested me this shop. Reaching there is little bit tricky for me as i was unaware of that location but Google map worked like a charm. The shop looks small but it has 3 floors. Ground floor is for silver items like utensils, first floor is all about jewellery. You can find here authentic marwadi jewellery and good designs.

Don't ever buy jewellery from here because they will never stick to the delievery date. I had my jewellery customised and they have been telling that they would deliver since 25th but they don't. Infact they will never call to inform about the delay as well. Everytime you call, a lady from the reception answers and tells the same dialouge- "she has spoken to the delaer, today they couriered and tomorrow it will reach, 100% guarantee it will come tomorrow" and then the next day same story again, with same lady telling the same dialouges. They don't understand the necessity of our plans, and the whole point is if they can't deliver on the mentioned date, they shouldn't agree to deliver on that date is the whole point. Everyday they keep delaying only. Definitely wouldn't recommend this jewellers ever to anyone. If you are doing customised jewellery, this is the worst jeweller option for you. At the start, rhey would make huge promises telling ki yes this is possible, that is possible, later they wouldn't stick to anything
