please check the price breakup before you purchase, they are charging very high making charges and platinum rate than other big brands like Tanishq ... Recently my wife brought a finger ring as gift to me, the invoice which they have provided has no detail break of the price when I asked them for the break they have no idea of the product price breakup took half an hour to provide and match the amount with paid verses price of the product for which they don't have any clarity and they say it's thier bands product tag price and they don't sell have exact breakup.. when I asked them they told 45% as making changes verbally when I told to match the invoice amount with the product price they calculated with 55%... What they say and mention is false literally they are cheating customers by hidden over prices charges...ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS WALKING INTO THIS SHOWROOM AND PURCHASING IT... BESIDE THERE IS TANISHQ WHICH IS TATA PRODUCT WOULD SUGGEST YOU TO CHECK AND MAKE YOUR DECISION BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE AND SEPENDING SO MUCH HARD EARN MONEY OF YOURS...

My go to stores for fine designs and diamond jewelry in Hyderabad. The customer service is stellar and they take time to go through a variety of designs plus walk you through all the ongoing and current offers. I have bought a lot of pieces over the years which is a value for my money and also received many compliments on my choice. Definitely a good place to shop at.

Why was quality check not done. Gave it back for repair. It's more than 2 months, they are still repairing. Got a call saying hallmark got removed this time. How can i trust on such defective and inauspicious ring now????? I m not taking back this ring. REFUND MY MONEY!!! Keep your unauspicious ring with you now. ORRA spoilt our festival and then wants to deliver their defective product

Horrible experience. Horrible team. They are sitting to rob people's money. Instead of Appricating the value of the product they have decreased the price. They changed the design of my product without my consent which I had given for a small repair which was a company defect. That too it took them four months. The designs are nice but the quality is poor. Mostly everything is 14k good and SI quality diamonds. I even purchased a necklace of 14k because they were very convincing but I exchanged it for something else because the whole chain became black in one wear. I don’t think I’ll go back here again. There are better places on the same road.

Decent collection. We wanted to exchange ring for another one, but the melting machine broke down. We had to wait for more than an hour for them to recover gold. They claimed they had recovered all gold, but there was a discrepancy in the net weight. They showed no interest in explaining the situation, and just assumed the weight of recovered gold. We felt cheated. And probably never recommend ORRA to anyone who wants to exchange gold for their Jewellery. Bad experience..

We went 1st time to this store after checking out the online collection. Collections were very Latest. I got what I wanted and the bonus was the experienced and friendly staff. The salesperson we was tagged to was very experienced and made us understand about diamond features and gave us the demo. That was an amazing experience which I am sure no jewellery shop will ever give you.

They give all wrong commitments on the schemes and made us to pay and enroll in the schemes and while buying the product they say it's not eligible in offers....Don't believe these people and enrol for such schemes.

This is the worst jewelry ever visited. Staff and management with zero ethics and work etiquette.They will keep on calling until you visit the showroom.They are very good at making false promises and giving you fake assurances.I wanted to buy a pair of ear studs by exchanging my old gold.And before visiting the store,I inquired about the same.They said that it can be done.After I went to the store, they started showing their true colours.i have selected a pair of ear studs and the sales executive (Miss.Manisha) asked me to proceed to the billing.Then I reminded her about the gold that I brought to exchange.At first they said that the carat analysis machine isn't working;after making me wait for 30min; she came up saying that it would take an hour for the old gold exchange process.when I said ok for that,she went to the manager and had a talk for 5 min,then finally here comes the best part, she has come back and said that ear studs pair that I selected was out stock.Thanks to this wonderful lady,Miss Manisha, who made me waste half a day for all this drama!! I really don't understand why the hell you want to cheat customers in the name of a brand!! U think customers are fools to believe in all the nonsense stories that you cook up!!??if u were fair enough to say that u don't want to take old gold,I would have paid the amount for the same and brought it.u people better stop faking and fooling around with customers.
