Worst customer service ever. Placed an order on 21st May.. Have been trying to coordinate from past 5 days. Just check the snapshots for the effort they are putting into actually delivering the order. Not recommended at all. Updates: As per the reply by the company, this delay in product delivery is caused by covid 19 restrictions. Poor customer service, bought 2 dress and the print on one of the dress was faded away and misprinted on several areas. Went to exchange for a different one dress at hyperstar mall but was refused for exchange within 24 hours of purchase. Staff was poor and showed no interest in helping us which shows the true values of the company, will never shop again

Yesterday had a experience to go this outlet where I found a huge collection with discounted prices. Plus all the collections looks so good. Even if we compare the prices with other brands so we found a good difference between them. By profession I am a textile guy so I know that for Lawn Collection mostly brands used the same construction means their fabric quality are same but the only difference is their Printed designs and Marketing which took them go ahead. Well I am very happy with their stuff.
