Clinic is really good, they take complete details first and then screen. The doctor is very good and explained the problem in detail. The staff are friendly and explained the procedures clearly. Edit: They don't care when you go for treatment second or third time, make you wait longer and even after multiple requests they won't respond properly and on weekends it's hard to get any attention from the staff. Probably they should focus more on customer experience aspects too.

I have undergone Laser Hair Removal treatment. I was having very dense hair before and now it has been reduced almost to invisible. All credit goes to the wonderful doctor's hard work and patience. I got a hair transplant procedure here this year under the guidance of Dr Raj and Dr Aishwarya. The entire team is extremely helpful, supportive and honest during the procedure. I had gone to the clinic for a consultation for hair fall. Dr Raj Kirit did a preliminary examination and profiling. Post that, he suggested various options that are available. Each option was discussed in detail along with pros and cons. Based on the requirement, further suggestions were offered by the doctor. Overall, it was a good experience with the doctor covering all areas. Staff was polite and were available for help whenever necessary

Do not take your decision based on all online reviews because these all the accurate. When you go for first visit that itself their team will ask you to give feedback about them and that to in-front them so they can make sure you are not giving any negative feedback. When you itself telling these are time taking treatment and it takes 6-8 month to show results than how can you ask patients to give positive feedback on first and second visit itself. Second, hers treatment is VERY costly if you can spend atleast 1Lakh within a three Month than only this a preferably place for you.

One of the good thing here is that, taking variuos history parameters of the patient, kind of a case study about the patient. Doctor is also having good patience to listen all pbs and explained well about the things the root cause of the issue and treatment details. This is the first visit here and now we are taking laser treatment and hoping best results. So far, So good.

We met Dr Raj Kirit. It’s very good experience. He has lot of knowledge and his explanation is very good. Lot of patience in listing everything but only concern is price point view. There is no fixed price. Changing it by face. You will feel strange and surprise how these ppl taking reviews on the spot.

Let me give my review here, we visited for laser hair removal and the doctor was not available and the frontdesk guy said there are few senior dermatologists available even though doctor is unavailable, however we were cheated itseems because there are 2 ladies who we don’t know their designation because their names were not mentioned anywhere. We felt like they’re just helpes and tried to fullfill the doctor unavailablility. We got to know after their consultation that we lost successfully 800 and we’re not worried about the money but we were cheated believing that they’re senior dermatologists..lol😂 please do not trust YouTube and don’t visit when the doctor is not available. I have extremely sensitive skin, I visited many dermatologists but none like Dr Raj Kirit. What many couldn’t do in years, he succeeded in treating my acne in just 2 months with limited medication. I did face a hiccup here, but sir was quick to correct it personally and kept a tab on me out of his own interest, which is a rare quality in doctors! He also prescribed me precautionary measures for next 6 months as I told him I wouldn’t be able to visit due to professional constraints. He continued to explain them in detail taking a couple of minutes, considering how busy he is. I would suggest Celestee to everyone!

I have recently got done a procedure and dr Arpitha did a great job. She was patient and explained everything and cleared all my questions. She made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure, would definitely recommend her. The only issue I had was with the cost of procedure because they took more than what was told to me when I visited a couple of months earlier.
