Visited this place recently as I was having mild fever and I have visited after confirming that my covid-19 test was negative, because without that no doctor is taking up the appointment in this pandemic. This is located at as rao nagar, up of the puma show room. Temperature check was done and I see the sanitizer is also placed. I have met doctor Kavitha and she gave some general medicine and asked to get HRCT test and i have made and came to clinic next day and I see the clinic is closed and I called to customer care and they said it would take some time to reopen and they are not sure when it would be as they had some electrical issue in the clinic. After a day I again called the customer care and I asked them to give online consultation and they said doctor wouldn't take it, I asked to atleast give other doctors appointment they said yes and they would follow up next day and I don't see any one calling back to me. I was really disappointed with their service, you may have any problem at your clinic, the patient well being should be priority and as there are multiple branches you could have allotted me another doctor at another branch, as a General person we don't have idea about how serious the issue is, thats the reason we come to doctors with total hope and faith and you lost it. They said they will call back next day and appoint another doctor, but I didn't get any call and I lost the faith in them and went to other hospital.

Very delayed health check up processes . No value for customers time. Token system should be implemented in first come first serve basis.

Worst in service, TMT is doing Staff nurses, No permanent and specialized Doctors. No neatness. Staff effected with covid. No accuracy in reports. Waste of time and money.

This clinic is not organised properly, poor service. I came for my annual health checkup which was booked online but still had to wait 30 mins in the queue for registration, there is only one receptionist to guide the patients and also for registrations, why don’t you have atleast 2 receptionists in peak hours. The entire checkups are not organised, there is no procedure on which room to visit next, minimal staff to guide. The doctors who do the scan are in a rush to get away from the clinic. You are asked to come next day for scan. It’s necessary to have the doctor on premises for scan.The washrooms are not clean and there is only 1 washrooms for women and 1 wash room for men. My x-ray was not done but it was ticked as done in the checkup list. I asked the receptionist to help me with the feedback from so that I could provide feedback, but she said there is no feedback from available. With all the above points, I would say opt for other clinics for any checkup.

Visited this clinic for my mother's health check up. Small place with almost all tests done here, conjusted. No proper system to manage patients / customers on 1st come 1st service. But staff are polite and take care of each and every patient for their respective tests ( because of them my 3 star). Prior intimation of ID proof should be given.

This comprised of 30 nine individual tests ranging from lipid profile to ultrasound of stomach and internal organs like liver, kidney, cardiogram, ecg, chest X ray etc. All tests were carried out swiftly and I consulted Dr. Vivek Belde (General Physician). He comes across a very pragmatic and caring doctor. He spend good amount of quality time to evaluate all my report and suggested to get couple of additional test. This is where I learn that individual tests done at Apollo Clinic are super high in cost. For example Folic Acid they charged Rs 1980 where as outside it is only Rs 550 Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D they charged Rs 3050 compared to Rs 1450 outside Testosterone they charged Rs 1280 and outside it is Rs 400 Moral of the story while the doctor consultation is good experience please DO NOT get any test done at Apollo Clinic as they will charge double and triple the price for each test. Also I had to messageD on the whatspp number and asked Mr.Uday at the counter (only thrice in person) to send the soft copy of the report after which I got the report on whatsapp.

Staff here is very polite, especially the TMT staff are very helpful and courteous. A bit of planning and managing things will help customers with the wait time and coming back and forth. They should not take more customers than they can handle.

I have visited this clinic for annual health checkup. Here waiting time is too. But the nurses services are good. X RAY department and especially TMT staff receiving and guiding is very appreciated.

Apollo Clinic AS Rao nagar is a good multi-speciality facility. Provides diverse care facilities. Especially in the dental department Dr. Mounica is an excellent dentist. She's very professional and knowledgeable, and she made me feel comfortable from the start. She listened to my dental issues and gave me a clear plan for treatment. The results were even better than I expected. What's truly special about her is how kind and caring she is. She really cares about her patients' well-being, and that's impressive.

Worst staff and doctors, very unprofessional, no respect for patients and doctors don't listen to your issues. I went for free health checkup provided by TCS. I will escalate the concerns to to TCS health insurance team.

This is very very bad service. 1st time I call to customer service she hold my call 20 minutes and second time called 18 minutes kept my call on hold. No one not responding. All are saying this is not my duty I asked report details and bill. All are useless person just pick up calls not solved my issue. My phone taken they rated themselves.

My experince is good. Thanks to Mr.Shobhan for his expertise in collecting the blood sample with zero pain. All staff is very cooperative and creating comfort to visitors. Draw back I found was shortage of doctors for few tests like 2D eco where I had to wait for 4-5 Hrs(Practically it is impossible for few people). Found very few centers in Hyderabad, Secunderabad, hence few area people had to travel long distance to reach the clinic.
