The location is good and their hospitality is also good but there are lots of cockroaches in the room. And also if you just leave your food bag in the room and leave it for just 10 mins then you can see a cockroach inside. This is a complete unhigine and i have faced a water shortage in the morning (8:00AM) for 40Mins. And due to that i am a bit late for the work I came for Hyderabad. Hotel management please look into these issues because the place is excellent to stay. Completely disappointed due to these two issues.

Stayed at Pride inn for 4 nights. The rooms were big enough for two people. Toiletries and towels were not provided. Luckily we had brought our own so we didn't ask for them. The room was not the cleanest but mostly manageable for the price point. The parking is a bit tight but manageable. However if both the parking slots are taken you have to park on the street which is usually full of other parked cars, so watch out for that. The biggest advantage is the location. It is in the middle of hi-tech city and most offices are nearby which makes it great for work related travel. Security is adequate. There are cc cameras on all floors. Overall a decent stay if you are on a tighter budget.

We had a peaceful stay at this hotel. The service was quick. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. Especially the bathroom was neat and tidy. The only drawback is that we were not told about the complimentary services that we can avail. It's far from Secunderabad station and also an hour away from the airport. Apart from that, I highly recommend this hotel!

Decent room at the price point. Pretty old style room. The hotel was difficult to identify as it's on the other end of the actual route shown by the maps. No clean FabHotel logo to identify it. Customer care is pretty difficult to use and doesn't route to a human at the other end. Room was clean and spacious though.

Room was not at all clean. Cockroaches are roaming in bed and everywhere. My family members booked that hotel believing some positive reviews. We had a terrible experience. Even after we filed the complaint we didn't receive the refund yet. Fab hotel should take care of this. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who's concerned about hygienic place and good food or safety.

The rooms look good. 3 quota food is free. Comfortable ambience. Not for hi-fi people but it's a deal. There are 2 things to know. There is no view to enjoy and that there is no fridge. Everything else is great.

Good place to stay overall if you want a good service then I would suggest you to call and book with them personally because if you have booked thought online I saw that people where facing problems ( I called them directly for the book ) the breakfast was free and room service was great It's the most affordable hotel at this price point and I understand why people are complaining about cockroaches I stayed for 5 nights and haven't seen any bugs so I would say that they have fixed the problem Moreover they took care of the bathroom pretty well the rooms where big and they also gave me free water bottle everyday after room service was done Overall :- I would say that this is a good place to stay but definitely avoid during the Rain session or atleast bring your own vehicle because the road in front of the hotel turns in swimming pool In this price point and in this place yes this is a good hotel to stay with family or couple Privacy was given and I'm satisfied The food was also nicee mostly south India food was given during the day which was Free And I loved the tea very much Overall extremely nice in this budget

We booked rooms in Fabhotel pride inn Hyderabad from 17 to 20th June. When we first checked in they gave us a room where lock was not working and then changed to second room. Today we found lots of cockroaches roaming around the room. When we reported to the hotel manager he lethargically brought some pesticide and started spraying and he just said no smell or anything you can stay here. Myself and my wife felt very unhealthy staying for another night. When we spoke to customer service they asked for proofs of those cockroaches and said it will take 48 hours to take actions on it after ground team verifies. Fab hotels are mentioning their rooms are safe for couples and family but it’s completely a false thing. Attaching the videos and photos.we just stayed only for one night & break fast provided was really bad. Concerning my wife’s safety we moved at the same night to different hotel. Please do not believe with their images posted on Google, very bad service has been provided. We do not recommend this place to anyone.

All good, but one issue, they are lacking flexibility. Many times, the timing of check doesn't match with hotel check-in time. If rooms are available, why early check-in charges? Now instead of 12pm, I requested for check-in at 8.30 am, and they are asking for an early check-in charge. If rooms are available, as a courtesy, a 2-3 hours early check should be allowed free of cost... I still remember, I checked in at Trident in the morning at 6 am and checked out the next day, still, they charged me for 1 day ... This is called Service.

Very bad rooms , you don't get hot water in there said time also. Located in a very bad locations. All sanitary pipes are open in this street. Dirty smell. You cannot walk on that street. Very bad service by the attenders. Better don't prefer or reffer thi hotel to anyone.

This place is infested with cockroaches. My first day in India after 5 years was horrible. I immediately noticed a cockroach as soon as I entered. I was too tired to do anything about it. I slept and when I turned on the light there were few cockroaches on the bed. Next morning the house keeping changed the room right next to the current one. It’s slightly better but there are still cockroaches. On top of it the hotel staff were unprofessional about guest policy. The policy I received on email clearly says guests are allowed till 8PM , people on the premises insists on no guest policy . The room was nothing close to what was shown in the pictures. Overall my first experience coming back home was a nightmare.

Food is tasty and for 11 nights I had to pay around 2500 for good usage of Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Not a good experience at all.We miss the welcome note and checkout note from the receptionist (i was shocked when they showed me the room. It is like a normal guesthouse room. Don't believe on the photos available on Google. They will miss lead you.). For 1 nights I had to pay around 1500 without Breakfast. Staff are not professional (In my room the washroom exhaust fan was not working. They take 30 hours to change it and i also asked for a disposable glass they never sent it). This is 0 Star hotel. 3 star hotel can be far far better than it. Those who stayed in 3 or 5 star will be in great trouble after booking there. Rooms are full of small cockroaches, Pillow covers was dirty and smelly, you will get dull cream colour walls all around, very boring & not good vibes. You will get good hotels in that area. The room was neat and spacious and I really liked the service of the staff. I read past reviews but in my case there was no such problems at all.

It is located right behind the Melange Towers. You can expect a 2 star hotel experience here. The rooms are spacious and cleaning will happen only when you inform them. Breakfast is good but it's costlier then expected.

It’s very neat, hygienic and comfortable. I stay for 3 nights and it’s one the best hotel found in Hyderabad. Even the meal was @ good price and taste was good.

Rooms were really value for money. Location was fine but I felt the staff should have been a bit more courteous and interactive. I would expect a bit more professionalism if I pay such money. Apart from that, it's a good place to stay in, would recommend

We stayed here for 15 days they provide good service, rooms are spacious neet and clean, wifi is working excellent, complementary breakfast also good.

Piece of mind no much interference

Affordable price to stay, front desk and room services were friendly and the rooms are vast. Few things were making uncomfortable during stay, like the mattress were so worn out that springs inside them were poking out in bedspread, cockroaches were found inside the room.

I am canadian. My sister booked me a room here and when i arrived i was told i couldnt stay because I am not Indian. I am also indian i simply moved to canada. He later told me its because i have no criminal background check number. My sister offered her identity but they said no still. They had a customer helpline which she called to ask about a refund if possible. But the Fabhotel company refused to refund. It must be noted that this no foreigner rule is only stated on the fabhotel website, not on agoda, makemytrip or booking.com (which is where all customers will book from). No one will search up specifically the fabhotel site to make a reservation. So this is a major flaw that the hotel should take responsibility for either by issuing a refund or allowing me to stay. So at this point, they wouldnt allow me to stay and they wouldnt give my sister a refund. And the people on the phone kept sending her in circles to the "appropriate person". After an hour of time wasting she requested to speak to the owner of that location who finally allowed me to stay. Not surprisingly i committed NO crimes during my stay. However, during my stay the room service was prompt and the room was clean.

Nice Hotel. Good staff behaviour. Breakfast was good served as buffet in dining space in ground floor. Room was spacious and neat. Comfortable for 2 persons. Comfortable for short stay. Near Hitech City Metro (5 mins walk). Near Raheja Mindspace techpark. Nearby road will be vibrant with food stall and people in the evening. Reasonably priced.

Such a poor experience in this hotel. The rooms are not safe and breakfast provided is very bad. Cockroach’s all over the rooms and even on beds . When made complaint to hotel manager and customer service fab hotel they are not taking up any action asking for 48 hours for ground team to verify with their own eyes. How do you feel safe for a women to stay in such kind of room. Even we made the advance booking first they gave a room there were no locks and then shifted us to different room there we found lot of cockroaches everywhere. This is really unsafe for a family and kids to stay. Don’t believe with the pictures which is uploaded. They do not clean the rooms properly. Very very unsafe to stay here.

Breakfast was included in the price, but for only 1 person whereas 2 persons are allowed in single double bed room. So this seems somewhat unfair. Rest the room was decent as compared to the pricing.

Loved the hospitality by Mr Sujit. The rooms were really clean and big. Breakfast buffet was good enough with not too many fancy stuff.

I booked a room via booking.com website and I am content that the room was as per the pictures shown, properly cleaned bedsheet, rooms and bathroom. The staff is very co operative and attentive with the responsibilities bestowed to them. The hotel is also a very good and accessible location.
