Your slightly above average event centre in Ibadan. Located on the Isebo Iyana Church road. Large hall, can seat up to 250 comfortably but overtly crowded today. Good hall layout with minimal obstruction by the columns. Chilling ACs and fair lightings. Raised stage upfront for music or wedding receptions. Limited parking space but we'll managed and utilized. A big NO for me is the convenience facilities for the hall. Both male and female toilets looks decrepit and not maintained - even the basic cleaning - this can be improved on greatly. Also have accomodation facilities upstairs and out back. Layout and amenities looks okay for the location and pricing.

Comfy rooms and exclusive event center, they also have a swimming pool here and a nice bar too. This place now wears a new look.

Giving the 3star because of the hall😌 So there is Hall and Hotel in the building, do well to read all to get the review. Firstly, I love that a place like this is on the route in that environment having a Hall and Hotel together to help make events easy. The hall is spacious for 250people to comfortably use, and there was the availability of AC which reduced chokeness. You can always access what is going on in the front from where you are sitting.Their was limited Parking space (still okay for the environment), the hall is a Solid 10 for anyone that wants to get it. To the Hotel: I love how big and spacious the room is, the place is conducive for lodging and also for pictures, they have different areas you can make use of . Where i had problem was in the maintenance and staff( your staff can may or mar you, the receptionist for the night was really Rude, thank God someone else took turns with her in the morning). Secondly , need for maintainance in the room(there was no basic essentials for the room when we arrived , I mean toothpaste, mini bath soap, towel), The restrooms lacked basic cleaning, bad smells and there was uncleaned bedsheets and pillows, also the ACs don't work unless there is light. Above all, it's a very nice place and needs to heavily improve on maintenance to function well.

Has a conducive environment. And the idea of the suites behind the hall makes the venue even better

The hotel is good and secure. Just that the entertainment(Tv) in the rooms aren't giving expected pleasure to watch. And also need for the hotel to up her maintenance game

Cool place to host events. The hall is spacious. However, they only need to add to their air-conditions

Well,I was a guest on the 11 and 12 of March. The door replacements were ok for security reasons but there is still need for servicing of the rooms air conditioners for more comfort.

A great place to stay! The staff were hospitable and helpful including the gatemen and receptionist when I went there to meet with a longtime friend who lodged at the hotel

Cool place to do cool off, nice rooms they've got with no or little noises from the outside environment. ... just that no much space for parking that could take big crowd of cars. Beside the place seems quite crowdy, I guess that's being that it's a top-notch place for the area.

Big rooms at affordable price but poor customer service.

The place would have been better if only the janitors could sincerely clean the rooms. I hate bad smells and using uncleaned bedsheets.

It's a good place but I would have suggest a club should be there also instead of only a bar.
