This is a nice, cozy hotel situated in a quiet estate. The entrance, ambience and the rooms were well thought out with careful considerations for interior decor. There are more than enough sockets in the room and 2 sitting areas in the room I stayed in (classic room). Their food is also tasty and filling but the wait times are mostly long - 45 mins and above. I was also disappointed by the no-buffet breakfast. They have a wheel-chair entrance and an elevator for ease of going to the other floors. Most of their staff were also courteous and friendly. This is commendable. I was lucky enough to get a discount on the room rates and a upgrade to a classic room. Overall, my experience wasn't bad. They can add more mirrors in the room and extra towels in the room for multiple guests.

The hotel is situated in Jericho GRA, Ibadan. The environment is neat, quiet, and safe. The hotel has a conference room, restaurant and bar. They also have ample parking space, and the staff are courteous.

The name for this place is I'm sorry because you'll hear it so often, it becomes meaningless. A very well built and finished hotel with poorly trained but very nice, polite and friendly staff. The morning buffet is the I'm sorry as the service is very poor, its a buffet where thru serve you to keep you from taking too much. The dining staff don't remember anything you've requested, then when it runs out, which is fast, they tell you I'm sorry. Breakfast doesn't come with water, so get ready to pay extra 11th house is quite pricey for what it offers but you'll sleep comfortably and take a hot shower, you'll however find no bin in the bathroom.

Gorgeous hotel. Quiet and peaceful. Good use of space but small bar and lounge. Furnishing and decor tasteful create the right ambience. You will need a means of transportation faster than walking to access the place - it's in a gated community with heavy security presence. Jaywalking not allowed.

Home away from home. My stay here was very pleasant and memorable. Their staffs right from the reception to the porter, kitchen, laundry, and bar were all exceptional in their duties. The BBQ fish and yam chips is out of this world very sumptuous. My overall experience is waoh. I'll recommend here to anyone coming to Ibadan either on a business or leisure trip to please patronize this lovely hotel. Above all thanks to my very good friend YS for hosting me here. One love.

I have lodged at the property in Akure, so I know what to expect here. I dare say that my expectations were not misplaced right from the reception to the restaurant and the very well-appointed two bedrooms suite I stayed. The amenities, both soft and hard furnishings, all come together to present a gem of quietude, calm, and serenity you will expect in such a hotel tucked away in such a location.

Tasted one of the best fish barbecue in Ibadan. The hotel is located in the most serene part of Jericho in Ibadan right behind Golden Tulip. The have a well managed space, with a clean swimming pool and a nice lounge to chill with friends. Rooms are quite spacious and they operate on a 24/7 basis. Definitely going back again for the fish 😂
