Some of the best accommodation you'll come across around the UI area. Steady power and water supply. Pretty good in-house services. Ambience is beautiful also. Enjoy your privacy....only down side for me is the absence of a balcony for the room πŸ€·πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈ In-house laundry services, cleaning, easy to reach and fast acting management.

I booked this place for a weekend getaway and I had to extend my stay because it was great. The services are as they are listed. It has a good ambience and welcoming receptionists plus host. There is 24/7 light inverter and solar, cleaners on standby etc. But the place is not advisable if the number of guest staying in a room is more than 2. Also there is no in house chef or restaurant but you are provided with the services of an external one. The serviced apartments are great value for the money.

Highly recommended apartment hotel in Agbowo Ibadan. It is quiet and homely. You will enjoy your stay. The staff are responsive. The owners are wonderful business oriented people. 247 light supply powered by inverter and solar. No generator pollution. When next we come for vacation, we will definitely visit. Lovely place

Nice hostel. Built in a serene environment and closer to the University of Ibadan. It accommodates both the young and old. It’s a beautiful place of comfort as it’s quite expensive than other hostels around the area. The money is all worth it because there are well trained security personnel and stable electricity. It’s a beautiful place to rent as you’d value all the services rendered.

The serviced apartments here are great value for the prices. Cost is far lower than hotels of a similar standard. The staff are courteous and well informed, and the owner is also accessible. Environment is quiet and clean, there's 24/7 power, wi-fi, and free cleaning and laundry services. However, if you're not very familiar with the area, it would help to have a cab's number that you can call when you need to go out. The apartments are listed on Airbnb and are exactly as in the pictures and descriptions. Would 100% recommend.

It was a fair place, but the roads in Agbowo needs repair. That's the only issue . The rods are narrow and poor quality

Thanks God for this building and the owner as it can't be erased that Diamond Home and Properties Management is part and possibility of the Hotel. Glory be to God

Rooms are perfecto and so is the service...daily cleaning, free laundry service on request, closer to transportation and University of Ibadan. The location is not top class, but within the building, you will never notice it. School next door can be a little noisy in the early morning during school days for few minutes.

It's a very nice place, the amenities are quite good. Electricity is 24/7, powered by a solar inverter. Security is also good. I'd recommend it if you're looking for an affordable place.

This is hands down the best Airbnb I have stayed in Nigeria. Staff are very responsive and the attention to detail is amazing. It’s such a great place to be. Laundry , 24hr inverter power supply, friendly staff, well organized. This will always be my go-to place in Ibadan. Absolutely love it.

Great place for short stays with one or two guests. The solar power is good and reliable when NEPA isn't. Victor is a great host and is very responsive to requests. The area is a bit tough for getting deliveries and sometimes you'll wish you had a full service kitchen if you're staying for months like we did, but overall it's a convenient stay especially if you need to be near the university.

The experience at AGhi serviced apartment is prolly best I’ve ever had, I came down to Ibadan with my partner just to spend a WEEK but we ended up spending 8 MONTHS because the comfort and care we got was unbeatable! Security is the best, the power supply is so excellent that we don’t know what it feels like to be in the dark againπŸ˜‚ Every other facilities were exceptional great! We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll do it over again at any given chance! To cap it all, totally unrelated but I’ve achieved greater things during our period of stay. A 5-star rating will do no justice! It’s the best affordable place to stay!

The environment is serene and conducive for student. The library within the hostel is of standard. I am fascinated with the solar powered electricity installed in the building. It is good for student. The 24hours CCTV camera make the hostel more secured. However, I think the rules and regulations of the hostel is too much.

Splendid facility, excellent service, reliable utility services (water, internet and electricity), tight security and an amazing staff. A great place for your stay in Ibadan.

Updated May 15, 2022 to five (5) stars. Why? Y'all I have stayed in myriad more places since including Hotels, serviced apartments advertised via AirBnB. This man is using his own money. No corporate backing and still provides an inverter and tries harder than those with more money. If you're in Ibadan - this is the place. If you must go to Ibadan this is the place and if you WORK FROM HOME... Don't overlook consistent electricity and Wi-Fi for work purposes is essential. It's a 4.5 overall due to the AC but he deserves a 5 star for his efforts and accountability + communication. Recommend: Solo/Couple/Group travelers for this is a solid 3.75 stars given the value. Distance from touristy/night life area has an impact but BOLT is available. Firm bed. Parking on site. Secure Environment. Staff is Very responsive via WhatsApp & In Person. Daily cleaning. Americans: it's a King Bed. There's hot water. A ceiling fan. Cable TV. WiFi is on a password. This wasn't used heavily so I can't attest to how their limits work but they have a system in place. Setup is as close to a Western standard except for the AC. The fan may suffice unless you came straight from AC, but if you're used to no AC or adjust quickly then you'll be fine. The lights are on sensors, most of everything in the room has a remote (e.g. TV, Fan, AC). They explained the light schedule. They have an inverter in place. USB outlet makes life less stressful for adaptable heads. LAUNDRY IS OFFERED which is a Plus that should help extended stays. CLEANING is offered. We only stayed a weekend & a weekday so I opted out. You can feel safe as a solo traveler, COUPLE or family group. The area can be costly via BOLT upon arrival. If you come by train expect N2.5k. Taxi @ the train station will ask for N4k. From here to the lively parts of town run about N1k including the Jericho area. Uber never worked but they sent a discount (for the area) after the trip which proved useless. Again, it's cheaper to BOLT around town than leave the train station. 2k going to the train station. Expect hagglers at the train station to keep Bolt out as they are trying to maintain their taxi system. Yes, they work hard to agitate you and the driver by saying his car can't enter and you'll need to tip the guys to walk your bags in. Just walk to end of the drive where the dirt road begins and it's less than 50 steps. Problem solved. ***** Oh, learn the neighborhood names because that's how drivers associate where you are/where you're going. ***** I expected more of a small apartment hosted by a local couple, but it's akin to a hotel that has many updates. Nothing wrong there just explaining. Front Desk Lounge area for renters/patrons. Restaurant menu offered for on site cooking which is helpful when you don't want to go out. Room close to the advertisement - it actually has a balcony that I didn't see/notice from the advert. Distance from Things - Nothing extremely far, but we didn't walk anywhere & just local shops nearby. We didn't need anything beyond what the property could offer except bottled water and the ShopRite is less than N700- 1k away. P.S. that late arrival or going out disclaimer ... they have a work around meaning just alert the front desk that you will return late and they'll attend to it without complaint. FYI: sincerely... every driver warned us that most folks shut down at 9p/21:00 local time & we only stayed out late 1 night with no issues. I THINK IT'S LATE FOR IBADAN. For the price: YOU CAN'T GO WRONG. This is an okay place, solid 3.75 Stars because it's GOOD for what it offers and I know it'll improve even more than they've done (e.g. Inverter & Light Timers/Sensor in place) given the owner seems approachable, willing and caring. Since 3.75 isn't available here they shall be rated 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐.

This is pretty much the best hostel I have stayed in throughout all my Ibadan visits. A lot of things stand out for me , from the friendly security men , to the surveillance cameras to the 24 hour supply of water and electricity, amazing stuff . It’s totally value for your money

🫀 No running water on each floors.. You would have to come down to the first floor and still trek a little before you can fetch water. The toilet and bathroom are manageable but no water too. Hostel closes by 10pm No use of electronic appliances except iron.
