It's a very nice restaurant with local, continental and intercontinental dishes. One exciting thing about this place is that they serve only hot and fresh meals. The restaurant's reflects a local setting and the meals are served in heathen pots. You need to give this a shot. However, if you are allergic to energy drinks, you might want to avoid their daiquiri mocktail. I met a lot of foreigners(most especially Indians and Chinese) in the restaurant. I think i will visit this place again.

Edit- after writing this review I fell ill vomiting and stooling, the pizza, several times. I ate 4 pieces and two slices of the pizza are left. I have food poisoning. I am going to every length to take this food poisoning situation very seriously. Their service was already bad enough and now this! Nah. The owners of Tamberma, will be held accountable. This is unacceptable! Customer service is trash and food is overpriced as well as small portioned. We asked a server to come clean the table so we can sit and place a food order. He said 10 minutes. 10 minutes turned to 3 hours. We had to even leave that booth and go to the front and sit down at the eating tables still no one attended to us immediately we had to almost beg to be attended to. They favor customers that they believe have more money and ignore the ones that they believe have less. Still after all of that, we wanted to at least leave with something to eat. We asked about their pizza and a woman server told us that they cut their medium pizza into 8. That was a lie. They cut it into 6 and the medium is not medium size at all. The pizza box they use make it seem as if the pizza edges touch the 4 sides of the box edges when it doesn’t. 5,900Naira and change for a small pizza and terrible service mtchewwww. Also, it seems as if nonafricans or something owns this business and if so I can obviously tell that they treat their African workers/employees as trash because of the way the servers and employees treat us, their customers. This experience and coming here was a whole waste of time and money. They don’t take peoples health seriously. I even think the food poisoning was very much so intentional. Never again.

I can say for sure that Tamberma has a really groovy vibe. The dining is outdoor, and there are usually salsa dancers and live bands performing during the evening time into the night, really cool vibes. You can even learn some salsa dance steps if you want. The service was good too, I had a lovely time.

Tamberma has made itself one of my favourite spots in Ibadan. I went with a group of friends at night and it was really good vibes. The food was nice. The staff was helpful and patient. And the live band was amazing. It'll seem pretty loud at first but you'll eventually get into it. Loved it here.

One of the best restaurants in Ibadan with carefully curated Indian, Chinese, Continental and Local (Nigerian) menus you really can't go wrong with most of the dishes they offer. They've also got an indoor section if you alone and wanana chill or even with a plus one, another segmented area if you need a little bit of privacy and two open sections. By the way they've got the best Pizza in Ibadan period.

It had this African woodwork feel and it's quite a distance from where I stay. But the place was nice. I had steamed rice and chicken curry sauce from the Chinese food menu. It's a bit pricy so budget for 10k and above, spent 9k. If you're looking for where to take really cool pictures, it's not quite the place but yea I enjoyed myself there.

The place is very good. The food too is very nice. The Manager Mr. Bhandari is also excellent and listens to your request. He should continue doing so. We wish Tamberma all the best.

I love how large of a space they have, it’s broken into different section and Trudy have their own vibes so you don’t need to worry about space constraint going with a large crowd. The wait staff were attentive and even tho they had a shift change in the middle of our dinner, the orders weren’t mixed up so kudos to that. The meals weren’t all that tasty so that needs to be worked on. So far, this is a nice option for fine dining as Ibadan is lacking in that.

The Nigerian dishes appeased the locals. My beef stroganoff and mashed potatoes left much to be desired. It was strips of beef like the local Nkowbi dish (I'm sure I'm misspelling that) versus cube of beef rump. The sauce was OVERWHELMING with a lemon zest, cream and something in the undertones that I can't recall right now. I'd try the lasagna and Indian food next time. Also, Ram (the person that chatted via WhatsApp) said they require a deposit for reservations on Saturday, but this was not listed anywhere online nor their Instagram page. It was foregone for our dining night because how would they expect to secure such from foreigners that don't have local accounts?! Pleasant Al fresco dining. The live band was 5 star in sound less so in presentation. They were good though. Service was prompt and efficient. They have a backside for seating, but we didn't notice it. The onion rings were okay but the locals offered to make me some from scratch for less once I explained the ingredients. I thought it was funny, but I guess 2k naira is a lot for 6-8 onion rings. Your best bet: Get the Nigerian and/or South Asian dishes as the kitchen may authentically make those given their heritage. Catch them on an interactive night (e.g. live band or karaoke for a couples/group night out).

The atmosphere isn't the best in the in the daytime, it looks dull. The food is nice but costly especially the drinks. Don't go for the Chinese foods 😉. There's a peppered chicken with salad and chips dish that's not on the menu. It's very nice and affordable so you should ask for it when you get there. Hope you have fun 😊

Their food then was really great. We had pizza and it was fantastic! I loved it! It had loots of chicken and beef and a reasonable amount of cheese. Although it took quite a while to get ready, I dare say it was worth the wait. The atmosphere is cool and very relaxing, their rest rooms are very neat! I love that! They have ample parking spaces and beautiful arts on the wall for pictures. I sure will love to visit again.

I didn't know such place existed in Ibadan and I'm glad I got to know. Their meals are great, and great outdoor atmosphere for relaxation.

Lovely ambience, it's a fantastic outdoor restaurant & lounge and a perfect place for group hangouts. I had fun, absolutely enjoyed the Chinese food I ordered as well 😋 Tho the parking space isn't quite big enough 😅 I had to park outside. They have a lot on the menu, many of which are quite affordable, all in all I enjoyed my evening 😀

It's very serene, offers delicious meals and amazing cocktails. Their fries are the most crispy I've had in a while.

The Tamberma restaurant is situated in a nice, serene and quite environment. The design and esthetics is cool and beautiful too. The food was served in African earthenware given a purely African experience. And it's quite taste too. Customer service was top notch too.

Really loved the food here! Service can be a little faster/better but I enjoyed everything I ate.

I really enjoyed my visit to Tamberma. I went in the afternoon so it was not crowded. Though, I heard it can be quite noisy at night due to the large crowd (that's if you are up for that kind of adventure). My first impression was that it was cool, great ambience, great service (at some point the waitress wanted to kill us with love- every second "Do you want anything?" I'm sure I would have bought the whole place just because of this). Is it a place I'm willing to visit again - yes and yes. It is run by Indians and the menu is great with a large variety of meals. Well done Tamberma. As a Lagos girl, I really enjoyed my stay there.

Tamberma Restaurant & Bar is the place to be if you're looking for a cool place to hangout with friends or to relax alone. The pizza was the highlight of my day there! Being there was worth every minute of my time

Serene and beautiful environment. The design and aesthetics i love it. It’s somewhere you can dine with friends and enjoy yourselves, there’s like different segment you can choose to sit (indoor or outdoor). I had singapore noodles and lamb sauce was tasty. On the other hand, my friend had this chicken soup or something it was just chicken and onions did not go with the rice at all. You might want to try a different soup when you order.
