I have stayed here on two separate occasions and I enjoy the hotel very much. I can tell you that this hotel is comparable to a Marriott or a Hilton, if not better in some ways. First i would like to mention "Geraldine" was absolutely amazing in helping us with things around the hotel. She nornally works breakfast and she was very quick to help my wife and I with our infant daughter. She was very attentive and very kind. She notices little details and she kept my water glass full. All of the staff was very kind and helpful whenever we needed something but Geraldine went over the top with every request. I look forward to seeing her when i return in a few months. I wish I would have had more time to use the amenities but i was able to take some nice photos and enjoy every thing i had time for. Since we had an infant with us. We ordered room service many nights or ate at the restaurants on property because it is easier than going out with a baby. The food was amazing. I could probably eat that "Filet" every night but i know my doctor would not be happy with me. The only issues we had was the bathtub/jacuzzi would not hold water. It had a slow leak at the drain. We ran the water slowly to maintain the water level. It wasnt really an issue but it is probably because they are seldomly used. The other thing was there was a crack in windows of the skylight. We notified the front desk and they made a temporary fix so we could stay in the room. The level of service we received from everyone was exceptional. I look forward to returning to hotel and relaxing.

Great hotel with beautiful large pool, gorgeous mountain side views great staff and very good restaurants. A special thank you to Daniel Cubillos, Jonathan Paez, John Martinez and Cristian Polido and Henry who were all very professional and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. I also strongly recommend the Maki Bar which has outstanding Asian menu and great staff. Special thank you to Christian Guzman and Katherine Acevedo. All who I have mentioned above deserve any promotions available in the future and are an asset to any company.

Nice pool and great mountain view. Also good breakfast. A little short of staff and then things are sort of slow.

Times are hard and it shows. Very empty. They make you feel safe which is a good thing. Went for a drink and some empanadas.

Room nice and clean, breakfast full of options, fruit, eggs, cold and hot drinks, clean pool. Overall experience was good

Highly recommended hotel, great facilities, toscana restaurant, le bistrot restaurant serve delicious dishes, wherr you will be able to eat healthy food, salad bar and enjoy the good cooking of the area and a wide variety of dishes. Have a comfortable Spa and great accommodation rooms. Also have a meeting room for conferences. It is a great place with a familiar atmosphere, game rooms as well it is surrounded by nature.

Nice hotel. Great service and excellent food (sushi bar, steak house, italian cuisine and typical Colombian food). I highly recommend!

Big rooms, nice view, cozy garden, nice little minibar, ok breakfast and a BIG pool! I did not get to try the restaurants but I bet they are great.

The view is beautiful and the 4 restaurants all had great food that made it easy to eat with a young child. They not only had great cocktails but a great selection of mocktails and house-made fruit sodas. The staff was amazing especially the concierge Jonathan that helped guide us to everything we needed around town and was great with our child. Great place to bring the family. I would definitely go back.

The hotel was nice, but the parking lot was filthy with trash. Also, they gave me a hassle with my US passport to get the IVA exemption. They required a stamp on the passport and told them that I use the BIOMIG and there is no stamp, they completely ignored me.. poor customer service!!!
