My husband and I had a wonderful stay here, very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast is included and it is delicious, there are many foods to choose from. Beautiful view as well.

We stayed here for the Artistic rollerskating world championship. Great hotel, excellent service, they could accommodate all our requests, lent us a conference room, free water refills, etc. Very kind and polite staff.

Warm welcome on arrival, helpful with car parking room clean very comfortable bed,. And excellent hot shower, good choices for breakfast... Recommended

These people, the management are crooks, don't put your money there, they are not responsible for any payment you had made in advance, no communication and rude manners, once you give them any penny, they won't care about you. Stay away from that place...dark business around....

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff. They let us store our luggages because we got there early before check-in time. Also, the included breakfast was FANTASTIC and service was efficient. The bedroom was nice, clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Would stay there again

I liked it. I enjoyed my stay by resting very quietly. Something really outstanding was the Biosafety protocols, especially in the meals zone.

The staff everyone at this hotel seems to work together as a team. Coming back to stay here feels like coming home. Every employee we had contact with wore a mask , and went out of their way for us.

Very nice hotel however if you are familar with Colombia you know its a very noisy place so you will be able to hear everything in your room. However the staff is very nice and will do just about anything to make your stay comfortable. I am lucky to have the boss sleep buds because without them I would not sleep here. IT is very noisy outside. The check-in took a while as well. But other than that I really do like it and I feel safe here.

The room smelt awfully damp and humid, the smell was even more apparent in the bathroom. The noise from the street was a bother. The breakfast was very average with artificial orange juice. F25 Hotel is soleless and overpriced. Furthermore, F25 Hotel charged me IVA tax even though I am NOT a Colombian citizen. I have been traveling in and out of Colombia for over a year and have probably stayed at 50 different hotels in Colombia and have NEVER been charged IVA tax. The supervisor at the reception provided unrelevant information about migration in Colombia but could not provide information such as the applicable law to support her argument. I was advised that I should reclaim the IVA tax at the airport when leaving the country. This ended up in a very unpleasant argument at the reception and I paid the IVA tax to end the argument.
