I did the tour of the highest waterfall. It was super nice! You first take the Jeep then walk up towards the waterfall in the tropical forest. The waterfall is quite impressive. The guide speaks English and ensure you stay safe at all time. I had a very nice time!

Best place for solo backpackers passing through or staying in Ibagué. Wide pod style beds in dorms for comfort and privacy. Well stocked kitchen and has couches plus balconies to watch people passing from the plaza to pedestrian walkway. Ibagué hot so I didn't ask for hot water to shower but I think they have by request. Normally not many tourists staying in Ibagué during weekdays. Having a door key code or a key outside would be convenient instead of doorbell entry. Lockers for valuables would be helpful.
