First time staying here (for training). The room I stayed in the 7th floor was OK, better than your regular business hotel, but not better than other hotels of the same size. I guess there are better rooms (I stayed in a Single room).

Their English language is very helpful also. Although a old Hotel the accommodation is clean, good beds and air-conditioning with ice machine & vending machines available on each floor and for 2 nights very descent..We are enjoying the extra large suites and the Onsen / Sauna. Spending 2 days here whilst exploring the local attractions. Thank you Crystal Palace, from 2 travelling Australians.
