Location very near to Ibaraki station and bus stop make me easy going. Clean room with AC. However, breakfast only 1 japanese menu everyday, laundry need hundreds yen, and no "sisir" (hair organizer).

Best location at ibaraki since it just a few minutes walking from Ibaraki Station and Aeon. The breakfast is free but there's no other choice except what hotel serve. There also washing machine and dryer that can operate by using yen coins (200 yen for washing and 100 yen for dryer).

Clean and good located! Indoor/outdoor pool. Seems to be good value for money. Love the japanese breakfast !

Lovely place in a perfect location to stay, relaxing, welcoming and lots of thoughtful extras which make it very special. Will certainly recommend Hotel Crest to others.

Nice hotel in a convenient location, very close to the station and the bus terminal, and close to the Aeon mall.

No air conditioning. I repeat, no A/C! Rooms are HOT and uncomfortable.

The hotel is kind of old. But the service was kind enough.
